Sustainable Energy & Lighting Solutions LLC is a great company, I can't say enough good things about them. They took over a system that wasn't their responsibility and made it exactly what I wanted from solar. Woody, Liz, and Lacey are awesome people to work with. Thank you so much!

Our installashun was done professionly, fast, and nice. Some munths later I had sum questions and called. Liz took my call, listened and right away sent me info I needed. I'm an old person and she was real thoughtful and kind as well as smart. I can't say enuff about this bizness, maybe they could give tips to other pros or lessons.

This company, Sustainable Energy & Lighting Solutions, has been a real headache. I paid for a 32 panel system with a backup battery, but there were so many delays. When the crew finally came to install, the first crew did a terrible job and the system didn't work. The second crew blamed the first crew and even caused damage to my ceiling. They only got half of the system to work and said they needed to reschedule for another worker to come out. An inspector came out and found so much damage to my roof that it had to be replaced. They agreed to pay for half, but it still took a month to reschedule. The third crew finally reinstalled the system, but one string of panels still didn't work. I had to reschedule again for a month later. It's been over 6 months since I started and the system is still faulty. Even when the sun is shining, it only produces 9.5 kw of power at peak hour. When the power went out in a storm, the system didn't kick on and I was left in the dark with a $65,000 system that doesn't work. The critical loads that were supposed to be on the system also failed to come back on when the grid came back up. I called the company and they said they were waiting on Generac to call them back with answers. I waited 10 days and nothing, so I called Generac myself. They diagnosed the problem remotely and said I needed to contact Sustainable again. When I did, they said they were still waiting on Generac. It's been 10 months and the $10,000 battery still doesn't work and smells like it's burning. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
