This morning I have ordered and paid by PayPal 29$ program which I still didn't get in my email inbox, not a single email saying thank you for your purchase, nor the program!? Furthermore, within 5 minutes I was charged for 199$ which I didn't ordered nor authorized payment in PayPal, and with completelly diferent credit card!?
So at the end I paid 29$ for something I didn't get and 199$ for something I didn't ordered. Not to mention that these are all reccuring amounts... Since this is obviously scam and robbery!

Claimed loss: 228,00 USD

Desired outcome: Please refund
