The website is designed very bad
The website is designed very bad. I spent 250$ on courses and subscriptions but can't access any of them 'cause I keep getting logged out when I try to take a course. They ain't putting in enough effort to give the service I paid for. I called customer service like 4 or 5 times and still haven't talked to nobody. I also wrote a complaint but Vector Solutions ain't responded.

This company used to be called Red Vector and they were good, but now Vector Solutions owns them and they will scam you. They might try to put your credit card on recurring payments without asking. Plus, there's no support. I completed all my classes, but they never reported them to the DBPR. I called the support line about 10 times and no one ever called me back. Don't do business with this company. They only have salespeople who will try to get your credit card and tell you to contact support for your state hours. It's a terrible company.

I paid $499 for a year subscription in February . During the middle of my subscription, my account got deactivated, so I couldn't take any courses. I sent an email in January when I realized it had been deactivated for months. But, I never got a response. Now, I need to take classes for CEUs, so it's become a problem again. The company won't do anything to fix it, except reactivate my account so I can buy another subscription. They say they can't give me a refund for something that happened so long ago. They didn't even bother to answer me when my subscription was still active. I had other important things happening in my life back then, so I couldn't pursue it. But now, I've tried to get it resolved, and it's been unsuccessful.

I've been using Red Vector Vector Solutions for over 16 years and have taken 224 classes. I don't know what happened to the provider, but I'm done using them. In March 2022, it took me 34.75 hours to complete 16 hours of continuing education, which is 13.33 hours at 50 minutes per hour required. I had to sit at my computer for all of it. The programs would kick me out and not save any time, even though they would ask me questions and have pop-up verification commands throughout the classes. Three times, I was kicked out of a three-hour class in the last 4 minutes. They blamed it on state requirements, but then admitted that the classes and formats were new and the bugs hadn't been fixed yet. This means their stuff didn't work like it did for the past 16 years, and it became my problem as they worked on fixing it. Now, in July 2022, I can't renew my license because I'm missing a required class. I've been contacting them every day for a week now, but I can't get a call back or the course I need to renew my license. Something changed, and they went from being a top-notch provider to a "give me your money and don't bother us with your problems" provider. I have to go to another vendor to get the continuing education I paid Vector Solutions for. Money isn't the issue here; I'd gladly pay double or triple what I pay them so I don't have to waste an extra 20+ hours on busy work because their products don't work correctly. Buyer beware, time is money, and they have no problem wasting mine.

I had a problem with Vector Solutions. They auto renewed my subscription for $450 for one year. When I called to dispute the charge and cancel the payment on the day of the renewal, they refused to drop the subscription or charge. They acknowledged that my original subscription was on June 10 at 10:55 am. I called on June 10 at 10:00 am to dispute the renewal. They didn't want to cooperate and end this subscription in good faith.

I had to go back and forth with Jessica P. about refunds and there were many delays in getting a check. I complained to Chase Bank, and they credited my account. On May 15, I received an email from Jessica saying that they canceled the check refund and that my bank should dispute the charge. She wished me a great day and weekend. But my bank denied the dispute. I want Vector Solutions to mail me a check for $749 to my home address within 5 days.

I tried calling on Saturday to cancel, but they didn't answer because it was the weekend. I called this morning on 3/9 to dispute the charge, but they said they don't give refunds if it's already processed. They said you have to call the day before to cancel. I think that's unfair because they didn't warn me about the charge, especially since it's a yearly thing. Now I wasted a couple hundred dollars on a program I don't need anymore.

Following that, I had several phone conversations with my customer support representative, informing her about the surge and the need to adjust our numbers for the upcoming year. I briefly mentioned this in an email, but most of the discussion happened over the phone. Unfortunately, she disregarded my requests and proceeded to deny our conversations, even lying to her superiors about it. I never intended to maintain or increase our numbers for the 20-21 contract; in fact, I was considering discontinuing our use of Vector Solutions due to other significant challenges we faced with their services. Disappointingly, Vector Solutions chose to believe her instead of me. Therefore, I am kindly requesting a 75% reduction in my bill.

Vector Solutions has been attempting to cancel a Target Solutions Edition Premier Membership with Target Solutions Learning, LLC. This membership, for fire department training, is overseen by volunteers who sought my assistance after failing to get a response from Target Solutions Learning, LLC about terminating it. Despite not using the services since 2021, they're still billed and can't end the agreement. I contacted the company on 10/28/22, was told to email their support, and requested immediate termination, yet no reply has come.

In 2019, I signed up for the AEC Pro Subscription from Vector Solutions for around $400. Last November, they sent me an email about automatic renewal, which I had agreed to. However, after using the service for a year, I decided to cancel within the specified time frame. Despite this, RED vector still charged me for the autorenewal. I had to stop the payment and report it as fraudulent to my bank in order to get my money back.
Then, in 2021, I received another email stating that they would automatically renew my subscription, even though I no longer had an active subscription with them. I have emails from November and December clearly requesting to be removed from the service. I called them this year to have myself removed and left a message. Additionally, I sent two emails requesting removal. They did respond to one of my emails, assuring me that I would be removed from the service. However, they still attempted to charge my bank twice this year and sent emails confirming their attempts.
This company is constantly bothering me and wasting my time with their fraudulent behavior and attempted thefts.
