Last year September I signed up to a programme that was advertised as a one off payment of $29, I was worried as they didn’t have PayPal so you had to give credit card details but I was ensured it was only one payment, so unfortunately I trusted them and went ahead, they offer free trials of programmes but they are not free and after 7 days they started debiting my card with $49 USD which is about $75 AUD per month, I had no idea this was going as I was ill at the time and over 10 months I lost $750 with no benefit at all because I never accessed anything. They say they won’t refund all the payments as I didn’t cancel within 60 days, how can you cancel if you are unaware they are debiting you, I feel they are very devious and looking online this seems to be a common practice as the exact same thing has happened to numerous others, google complaints, look on BBB, look on Trust Pilot, this is how they operate, wish there was a way to stop them and maybe start a class action to get our money back.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of all 10 payments.

First off, contact your bank to dispute those charges immediately and block any further payments. Then, spread the word about their shady practices to warn others. You trusted them once, but now it’s time to take control and make sure they don’t scam anyone else. Don’t sit back; fight to get your money back.
