I ordered a personalised swiss tool from this company as an 18th birthday gift and requested that I be notified if they were unable to fulfil my order within the required timescale. I had an acknowledgement of my order and receipt for payment on 12/06/21 and have since heard nothing despite e-mailing them, filling out a contact form on their website and also repeatedly trying to phone the number given which after several rings gives a message 'this number is not recognised'! I am concerned having now seen some very bad reviews of this company that I am not going to receive my order and I have therefore contacted Barclaycard to try and claimback my money. I have sent the company and e-mail cancelling my order but I am not expecting any reply or refund direct from them.

I ordered a Swiss army knife and leather pouch on 19th May from Swisstool uk.
Since then I've tried emailing and calling . No response . The phone constantly rings with no answer . After reading so many reviews with the same problem, I believe something should be done to close this sham of a company down because all they are obviously doing is ripping off innocent people.

I have not received the item I purchased even though the money was taken.
Have tried to email and phone several times but cannot get through.
Have read several similar reports online yet their website is one of the first to appear and seems legitimate.
Really hop they are just sloe with very poor customer service and not a total thieving scam website.
This needs to investigated asap!

I've ordered two knifes from www.swisstool.co.uk website as Christmas presents for my husband and son. They both enjoy camping so I thought that these knifes would make a good present. I just received a message that they were not able to deliver my order and cancelled it! What a terrible company! It's my fault that I did not check the reviews and I will never buy anything from them again. What am I suppose to do now? I have no presents for my family! Swisstool ruined everything and I will never forgive that!

The knife I ordered has eventually arrived, but it took nearly two weeks. Most of the time the website was showing order status as 'queued'. Having read large number of negative reviews (unfortunately only after placing the order) I was getting concerned, emailed the company, never received a reply, tried hard to find their phone number, but no luck. As said, the knife eventually arrived, looks genuine and was slightly cheaper than elsewhere but it was not worth the stress. Would not use this company again.

Lesson learned - read company reviews before shopping online!
