Sylvan Homes review: Application process and company software

I submitted an application as a co-signer for a relative who would live in the rental property. The Sylvan website would not permit me to upload US Gov documents to the website (paystubs), nor would it accept bank statements downloaded directly from my financial institution. I emailed the documents and information (that far exceeds the requirements) to the Sylvan leasing rep (who acknowledged receipt) yet the application was denied since the info wasn't uploaded to the company website. Let me repeat: "I followed all of the instructions, yet the website wouldn't permit me to upload the information."
