Moved in 4 days ago. Was advised the home had a smart lock system & would be installed prior to moving in. No mention of additional 25$ fee. Day of move in, a service tech showed up unannounced to install it. At that time, I advised the on-boarding agent and she then informed me that she would need to revise my contract to reflect that amount. The alarm went off the next day and we had no instructions on how to turn it off. We unplugged it. I will not sign the new contract as I want the smart system removed. Now that we're all moved in. We found the fridge broken and can only use half of it. The dishwasher was beyond disgusting, with a layer of slime-like dirt. Unusable/unsanitary. The screen in living room was completely cut out. Then, we find out the main plumbing drain line has a clog. Effecting all drain pipes. We have literal sewage backing up into my tub and both showers and the front yard. I advised Sylvan Homes of the issue 3 days ago. I've yet to see any service technician or even a phone call. I have no where to go and this is day 3 of unsanitary plumbing/living conditions. Called multiple times. All I keep hearing is, I'm sending an email for a tech.
