I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in 3 years, because food did not taste right, I thought it smelt like human feces. My son decided to go thru a completely different Taco Bell where we live in medford Oregon I ordered two hard tacos and a tostado. The shells on tacos were completely broken, with only meat lettuce and I could of counted the grated cheese, the tostado was soaked in red sauce maybe 2 tablespoons of beans and few lettuce shreds thrown on it, no cheese or tomatoes. But what really angered me was the chicken nuggets I bought for my grandson, they weren’t crispy they were soaked burnt they just looked like coal pieces no I’m not even exaggerating. Taco Bell only had one good thing on menu empanadas and they removed those. Who runs this. Corporation, a bunch of middle school children. I have never been so disgusted by fast food restaurant, twice now from same chain. It cost me 20.00 to realize I will never go back there again, I posted pictures on Facebook too. But the 15.00 I spent at windy worth every cent. Clean up your act. You are major disappointment
Recommendation: Don’t waste your time or money
This is a disgraceful quality control by Taco Bell. The food is awful, badly cooked and not worth even half of the price you’ve paid for it. Take pictures and post them widely on social media, also make sure that you tag Taco Bell directly to get them accountable on this. In their Medford location, the corporate team should rise up against such carelessness. Taco Bell doesn’t seem to appreciate both quality and customer respect– save your money for another place.
