breakfast naked egg taco and breakfast burrito
SAVE YOUR MONEY! These absolutely tasteless offerings are the worst items on the menu. No flavor whatsoever. I wanted to try what I thought was going to be great, but what a disappointment. Plus you can only buy 10 each day as that is " the number we take out of the freezer each morning". We had 15 people who wanted to try the naked egg taco but couldn't buy that many. So we went with breakfast burritos. 3 different kinds. Again totally without any flavor. Bland, bland, bland. I say again, SAVE YOUR MONEY and get a Jack in the Box ultimate breakfast sandwich

I just returned home from the Taco Bell in Coppell, TX (N. Denton Tap Road). I ordered an Orange Cream Pop slushie (said those exact words), in addition to 4 items of food. My total was $7.12. The guy at the window handed me a green slushie drink- I stated, "That is not what I ordered b/c my daughter can't have Mountain Dew- that's too much caffeine for her (she's too young)"; This guy looked at me as if this eyes were going to POP out of his head. He then brought me the Orange Cream Pop slushie - THAT I oringally ORDERED- and said, "Ma'am look at your receipt, it says 'The Blast', ' so that is what you ordered!" Hello, just because you put that on the receipt, doesnt' mean I ordered it." He just HAD TO BE RIGHT- no matter what b/c he ARGUED with me even AFTER I told him just that." He then slammed the window and immediately turned his back to the outside. I LAYED my car horn down and he finalllyyyyyy came back to the window. I told him, " I need your Manager or the Owner's business card ASAP; a Manager came to the window & I told her but she also didn't seem to give 'two _____." NEVER have I seen such an old, rude, obstinate Employee anywhere. I am repulsed by this man who thought he could even talk to a customter in such a manner. EVERYONE in customer service knows that the customer is always RIGHT ( and I actually am right!). I will NEVER come back to this Taco Bell ever. Shockingly rediculous in hindsight.

Last visit was Saturday 4/28 around 5pm at the Speedway, IN store on Crawfordsville Rd. We placed a pick up order via the app and ONCE AGAIN the whole order was wrong and we had to call and go all the way back ONCE AGAIN. Stuff we pay extra for (extra meat, extra cheese, add sour cream etc) was not on the food. I said no beans and they give us extra beans. Food just sloppy and cold. No mild, fire and hot sauce we asked for, no plastic silverware, 2 napkins for 6 items The manager was rude when I called. We have this experience EveryTime we order from here! Its ridiculous and unacceptable! We went back for the 2nd order and it was WRONG AGAIN! Get this place together!
3 fill up boxes
Went inside last night (4/28/18) for dinner for myself and my family. I ordered 2 Chalupa fill up boxes and 1 triple melt box and I asked for onions on all my tacos in 1 of the Chalupa boxes and only 1 had onions. All of our tacos were cold and the tomatoes were mushy and gross. our Chalupa tacos were so hard they were hard to eat. Very disappointed in our meals with what they cost.

Taco Supremes way under the standard. I worked at taco bell in North Attleboro MA in 1984, I remember making Taco Supreme's and the work Supreme was applicable, I think I remember the recipe, 2z meat, 1 pump of sour cream from the thing that looked like a caulking gun, 2z lettuce, 1z cheese, 2z diced tomato, am I close? Look at this picture, either the staff that made these taco's was having an off day or this franchisee is intentionally ignoring the taco bell franchisee spec's, either way these taco's were way short of supreme.

My family and I walked in to taco bell being greeted by one of the employee's Viviana T that was very nice. She greeted us with a smile and ver polite. Next to her was the "manager" which at the time we were unaware she was the manager and she had a very unfriendly just looked at us and dogged us out as if it bothered her she was at work. Our order was taken and we then proceeded to take a seat. Our order was called when my brother got up and picked up an order of 12 box tacos. Our order also included 4 crunchy tacos when we realized they were not given to us. I then got up to let our cashier Viviana know that the 4 additional tacos were not given to us. She then relayed the information to thr cookes when they said they were given to us. One of the cookes said someone had already taken them. I informed them the only thing that was taken was the 12 pack taco box. Then among the employees they started to whisper regarding the tacos which I did not appreciate. I will not make a big deal over 4 tacos if they were given to us. They then called the manager " Elida" which was very very rude to the point I could not beleive she was the manager. She asked me what had happen and at that point I was very frustrated with the situation and I proceeded to tell her that I would rather not speak with her and I would like to file a formal complaint. I just feel since the begining we were not welcomed and I dont feel that is great customer service. If this business wants to suceed they need to educate the staff of good customer service starting with ALL managers.

We visited the Bellview and I25 location tonight 04/26/18 at 10:15pm we went to order but the drive thru cashier was very rude we weren't quit ready with what we wanted and this cashier not wanting to give his name made it known that he was in a hurry and they were short staffed and we were taking to long to order. We told him to hold on just a min and he responded with "OGod" he could have turned off his head set so we didnt hear but he didnt seem to care. We proceeded to the drive up window got our food and asked for a mgr and ofcourse he said he was the mgr when he couldn't have been if so Taco Bell has a issue. He was very rude at window with us and our food was made very poorly and rushed, we will be visiting this location tmrw afternoon to speak to a real manager. I am customer that willing to purchase them that I did ordered them too for my taco salad that it is " Beef, Nachos Cheese, and white Rice's, when I started to ordering it. Someone in Taco Bell in back of the office yelled at that lady who was trying to taking my orders she did not eventually answer me or tell me what's going on or what's wrong that I am deaf man that tried to write down the orders down on paper that I wanted them to do. They only gave me is"Steak Taco Salad" other two I wanted them to do. Manager said no so I know the other Taco Bell Company will in bigger Citywide would love to helping me out! I would like an explaination to why you have a general manager of a corporation, who smokes meth and is also fraternizing with an employee named Alex and absolutely nothing is being done about this. Jessica Angelo and she works at the Mentor Ave store that is located in Mentor OH. There is proof of her smoking at work in the restrooms. As well as sharing her drug addicted life all over social media. It amazes me that such a respected company would tolerate such behavior. Something needs to be done about this before someone is hurt.

The tb on hypoluxo just east of 95 in Florida is conveniently system down at 1:28am. I have been here several times and heard the same thing. I have also heard that people were fired for doing this at this exact location because they don't feel like working. Just thought you should know you're losing money. Your customer service clearly isn't up to par. I submitted a complaint on Sunday for numerous reasons and never heard anything back. On Saturday night I was at one of your Taco Bell locations in Nashville Tennessee. First of all, I ordered my food and had to leave the store immediately because the guy in front of me had a loaded gun in his pocket... and then took it out and was playing with it. It was horrific and I was actually scared for my life, that people actually called the cops and they came to the location. Your employees should notice behaviors like this and do something like this instead of having customers run out of your store scared to death and without their order. Second of all I have multiple charges from that night from Taco Bell when I only ordered one thing ( that I never recieved) I don't know if they charged me for this crazy guys food that he demanded without paying or what... I would appreciate a refund of all of my charges and geez, Taco Bell is the last place I will be thinking of going in the future.

I love taco bell food in all other stores i have eaten at, i was ecstatic that taco bell was coming to Hugo Okla. But after trying several different menu items, this Taco Bell has totally different tasting food. Please send someone under cover that knows the real Taco Bell food, to see the difference like others and myself have tasted. The food is not the same as in your other Taco Bell stores that i have eaten at.

I have been to this place now three times. Once again my order of three crunchy taco supremes and two Beef mexi melts. I decided to eat them in the parking lot over next door then go to my business in the grocery store. My complaint is the meat in the mexi melt was cold, not even hot. I have complained about this place twice before apparently they are not getting the message. My tacos had very little meat in all three of them. and They were not even hot either. I'm am very Pissed off right now. We work very hard for our money and why would I want to go back to this place any more ? I'm sick and tired of the poor service ( Food ) that comes out of this place. I would have gone back to complain but I felt it wouldn't do any good. So I am venting Via this Media. i plan on voicing my displeasure of this Taco Bell. I didn't get my cinnamon twist for the 5th time in a row! I paid for it I literally paid for it. I work in customer service so I know what I paid for is suppose ro be there. When are yall gonna put everything in the bag? I have witnessed the manager Steffany purchase many times from some guy while she was clocked in some drugs which look to me like meth. I would appreciate it if this would be looked into because having my seven-year-old daughter see that while we are eating is inappropriate, it is unprofessional for a manager of the establishment to be purchasing illegal drugs Rossi is clocked in in front of customers.
Actually I made this up about Steffany because I was angry. My daughter was misbehaving so I pulled her hair and slapped her. She tried to intervene and said that this is no way to discipline a child. She asked me to leave the restaurant. I thought it was over, but I found out that she took down my license plate number and reported me to CPS. I wrote this because I was angry that she reported me to CPS for what I did to my daughter.

I live close to a Taco Bell in Southaven Mississippi near Stateline Road which is also considered Main Road and this is happened on several instances but today was really just the day I stop by often on my way to work early in the morning to get breakfast and they are never open I do see a vehicle or two outside they don't respond on the drive-through no lights are on and I'm like what is the purpose of you guys advertising breakfast and no one can get it this is very convenient to me where I live but it's also very inconvenient when I can never get what I try to get Sonic is right next to it and most times Sonic ends up winning unless I just get too frustrated and have to go on to work someone. Someone really needs to get with management or could be a training piece but this is not the way businesses s*** run especially from someone that's in retail Food business as well.

We went to our local Taco Bell for dinner. When we tried to add to our order the lady Dominque L. told us we had to go back through drive through. When she gave us our order, we wanted to make sure we had everything. So we counted our stuff because last week they forget t to give us parts of our order and she didn't offer sauce. So we waited for her to open the window so we could get sauce. When asked she got mad and slammed the window on us, opened it, threw the sauce at us and slammed the window again.

I ordered a crunch wrap, not supreme, with extra meat and I got a poorly folded, almost no meat, burnt crunchwrap with wilted, disgusting, bitter lettuce. So, I was charged for the extra meat and was given even less meat than a normal crunchwrap would have. It was all in the bottom half too, so one entire half was just nasty lettuce. They we're goofing off and screaming at each other through the kitchen the entire time we were waiting for our food.
