Taco Bell unsanitary issue. (gross)

Today Feb 28th 2017 I stopped in to have a bite to eat at our local Taco Bell in Hermiston Oregon 97838. The Woman who took my order is an older lady, I would guess in her early 60's she didn't seem very friendly to begin with but I over looked that. After I sat down with my food and was ready to eat, I heard some one blowing there nose in a Taco Bell Napkin. Now TB napkins are not that strong. It was kind of gross just listening to the individual who was blowing it. So I looked up to see who it was. It was the lady who took my order. After she was done wiping her face and disposed the napkin in the trash. I thought to myself, I hope she goes and washes her hands. Well she didn't. She continued stocking the condiments, napkins, etc that are in the lobby. At that moment I had lost my appetite.

I don't care if every thing is in its own wrapper or not. But I can only imagine the germ that she just transferred to everything she touched. I then realized she was moving kind of slow, so thinking she might be sick.

I would hope that Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant would have strict guidelines on sanitation. Especially if you are an employee.

This isn't the first time I have had issues with this Taco Bell.

I have been in the cleaning business for over 25 years. If you would like to hire someone who will make sure that stores are cleaned and sanitary, for your customers to enjoy there food, then please hire me. If not then something needs to be done with this Gross, germ infested problem.

Taco Bell tacos

This is ridiculous that every time I got to Taco Bell I definitely DO NOT get what I pay for and after ordering 8 tacos today and getting this type of service I am not a happy customer at all! I am attaching a picture of how every Taco I get looks. This is the poorest service ever! After posting this on Facebook there was a strong long of comments about the poor service received at this Taco Bell.

Taco Bell lenoir, nc

This is the slowest Taco Bell.We waited 22+ minutes for 2 burrito combos, then the brought me 3 tacos. I have managed several restaurants &the service here is always very bad &terribly slooooow. I even commented that they need more help &one of the employees stated no they just need employees that work. When I asked the manager for the phone number for corporate, he said yes ma'am, look it up on line &walked away.So obviously even the management is aweful. I can't believe that your company has become a successful corporation by this tour of restaurant.Another customer came up to me &said that he& his wife hàve stopped here many times&they have never had good service even when they come in the middle of the day.The entire crew needs to be retrained& the management needs to be replaced.Please send some members from Corp as incognito during lunch& dinner times &observe.

Taco Bell entire order

My wife and I hadn, t tried taco bell in a while so with the new nkd chicken out we decided to give it another try. We arrived at 6:30pm on [protected] and our order was taken by sandra at 6:34pm. Our order consisted of
2 bf chal sup
-sour cream
Taco
Lg mtn dew
Chalupa only
Nkd ckn chal

After app. 15 min. A bag was set on the counter and sandra then told us that they were out of nkd ckn chal. She ask my wife if a regular chicken chal would do. My wife said that it would be ok. The bag was left on the counter and we waited for app. Another 15 min. After finally getting the order we were informed that there was an extra taco for the inconvenience in the bag. We took the order home and was unable to eat mlost of the order. The chalupa shells were burnt, hard, and cold. The tacos were stuck to the paper wrapper and fell apart. Please do not bother sending any offers to retain our business because we will not be going back for sometime to come.

Taco Bell customer service

Last Thursday me and my dad went to the taco bell in Washington, NC and the customer service was terrible. I got the $2.89 meal with the burrito and when I tasted one of the chips I noticed it was stale. I walked up to the front and told the cashier that the chips were stale and her response was "Stale?' and gave me a dirty look. I said "Yes ma'am they are stale." She said "OK, hold on." Meanwhile she told another employee that they were stale and that employee comes up to me and says "The expiration date is still good." I said " I understand that, but, they are still stale." She handed me the chips and walked off.

Taco Bell horrible service

Just left Taco Bell in Eunice, La. order took over 20 mins. We ordered the naked chicken, girl at window said they had to cook and will take 5mins. 5 mins turned into over 20 mins, while we at drive thru window and see workers walking around inside, some even sitting in dining area with headphones on...like everyone on break at some time. The girl at window ignoring my husband as he is attempting to get her attention to ask for our money back we no longer wanted their food. When she finally acknowledged him, she got our order from back, my husband told her he wanted money back instead, she said " we had to cook it" my husband said " you said 5 mins, 20 mins ago, i wantend me money back" ( we could have spent of 20 bucks elsewhere than taco's, too expensive and overated for product). She The'nin Saïd " Sorry" shovel bag out window and slammed window shut. Me husband was furious...Will not be going back

Taco Bell service

Taco bell in Glasgow, Ky

I have been by Taco Bell in Glasgow because this is where I live. I have been by there 3 mornings after 7 am because this is when the sign says they open and can not get service! The lights aren't on, and no one will answer the drive thru. This means I have no breakfast and I am late for work because I am trying to give my local Taco Bell buisiness. This store is a joke! They must not need buisiness of customers! The store in Glasgow is practicing false advertising and hopefully something can be done about this! This store is a joke. Maybe Glasgow needs a different Taco bell location that cares about their customers and honors their hours that are displayed on their signs.

Taco Bell customer service

Well, needless to say I had a less than satisfactory experience at Taco Bell on Monday, 01/30/2017 at 7PM. I went to the location on 1701 E Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL 33612 with my husband and decided to order food. While at the drive thru, I encountered a nasty employee by the name of Carla H. My husband ordered two chicken quesadillas, one with light sauce. Carla made a comment into the speaker that my husband did not hear, so he politely repeated one quesadilla should have light sauce. Without missing a beat, Carla yelled into the speaker, "I SAID LIGHT...CREAMY...JA-LA-PE-NO!" She said this as if my husband was slow and she had to break it down extra for him. Once we got to the window, I asked for a manager immediately. I was greeted by a girl with dreads and gold teeth, who looked dumbfounded from the get go. I explained to her what happened and I asked for the number to the corporate office. She advised me that I would have to contact the store to speak with someone else named Carla on Wednesday because they are a franchisee. Not to mention, when Carla came back to the window, she continued to be condescending. Also, my husband and I ended up getting sick from the food, which led me to believe something had been done to it since we spoke with the manager before we got our food. I contacted the store today, 02/01/2017 at 2:30PM and spoke with a manager named Markesha. I told her I was told to ask for Carla when I contacted the store so she could file my complaint. Markesha advised me that there was no manager at the store named Carla, only the rude employee that took our order previously. Markesha was very sympathetic to my complaint and provided me the phone number to the complaint line and told me she would pass my information along to the higher ups because me and my husband ended up getting sick from the food. I am extremely frustrated with this store because I have never encountered such rude service and then on top of everything else, my husband and I mysteriously get sick. I am definitely going to make sure that I leave a review everywhere I can and I will also contact the corporate office myself to make sure something is done to this store. I need whoever trains these employees to teach them favorable customer service.

Taco Bell regular bean burrito w/extra cheese

Here's my review which says it all "This may sound petty, but I'm done with ordering (and paying) for "extra cheese" on my menu item and receiving nothing. I specifically said while ordering "can you PLEASE really add extra cheese because it never actually happens." And of course, I get home and there's actually LESS cheese on my little bean burrito than the regular standard bean burrito. 4th time now. This is a particularly bad location to source your Taco Bell cravings. I would suggest driving to the Monterey St. Taco Bell (also in Morgan Hill) because the Condit Rd. location is wildly inconsistent and can't get it right even if you make it a point to ask. Boooo."

Took forever in line, workers moving super slow when I got my food in Drive Thru and got home I live about 10 minutes away, my food was ICE COLD. And guess what I will post on Facebook how terrible the food was and cold and pricey. None of the workers paid attention to customers just texting on their phones, and joking around only one person working in the back. I will never go to this restaurant again.

You could contact the location's manager or the corporate office. It is ridiculous to consider going to any newspaper as that will go absolutely nowhere.

Taco Bell prices

On TV you have commercials for the double wrap taco for $1 but I went to the Taco Bell in New London CT and the price is $1.99 that is false advertising and the employees answer was it is not a corporate company...huh? If you are going to advertise this on TV you should be honest The store in Norwich CT has them for $1 very interesting. This is very dishonest of Taco Bell and they should not put out commercials if they have stores that don't comply with the advertised items.

Every commercial states that it is only applicable within participating locations. Taco Bell restaraunts can be franchised, which means they participate in different sales and promotions, and are owned by different people. Pay attention to advertisements.

Taco Bell customer service

When I went back to get the missing item, I was treated like I was trying to scam them out of the item. They wanted the bag, then the girl from the food prep kept on insisting that the item was made and placed in the bag. Scam for a $2.59 item... Really! I spent that much gas and time just driving back. My kids love taco bells but I think next time I ask them what they want, I will definitely discourage them from this taco bell. Since this is the only taco bell at a reasonable distance...

Taco Bell service

I was at the East Peoria Il. store on my lunch break because it is quick and easy. ordered my food and waited and waited. everyone after me had already been served. so I asked the colored girl that looked to be a manager if I had been forgotten about. she looked at me and turned away. thinking that she was looking in to it but she was not. so I asked another colored girl if I had been forgotten about. she took my recite and asked the first girl about the order. she said it had already been handed out (but to someone else because I was still standing there). I only have 20 min. lunch break and I was late getting back to work. now I may get wrote up because of this company. they did give me my money back. another girl that had nothing to do with it did apologize. but not the first two girls. I will not be back ever. If I get wrote up because I was late getting back to work (that means I will not get an annual raise due to that rite up) I will be taking other actions (lawyer) due to that store not caring about customers.

Omg. Thank you to the previous commenter on the original complaint. The "colored" thing stood out so much that I didn't care about his bad experience. I HAD to comment on it. I can assume the girl that apologized must have been white being that "colored" wasn't put in front of "girl" in that sentence. (Rolls eyes)
What YEAR are we living in for that term to still be used AND I'm in definitely agreement that the color or tone of someone's skin is insignificant to the quality of customer service. What a shame, original poster...

Taco Bell service

I visited the Corydon, Indiana Taco Bell on 1/4/17. It was around 8:30. Instead of asking to take my order I got a hey how are you. I went ahead with my order and was interrupted to be told to hold on. Then I got to start again and when I started over I was told hey I already got that. I said sorry I didn't see it on the screen out here and was rudely told it was because they weren't using that register. I asked what the new double stack taco was because it wasn't anywhere on the menu board. The girl rattled off something really fast and all I caught was habanero sauce. I said sorry I canthink understand what you said. She said it again fast and with people talking and laughing while she's talking I gave up and ordered something else. When I got to the window I saw a boy a girl and a heavy set short middle-aged lady leaning on the counter talking. Thwysiwyg seemed you debate who was going to collect my money. The older lady started my way and then turned around and yelled how much does she owe? They got my money handed me food and all the time just talked to each other and rang all the orders on 1 front register. No wonder they messed up orders as to what went where. I was so frustrated I drove off and then realized they never gave me the drink I ordered for my son. When I started to go in to get it I saw the woman that had taken my money that was dressed as the manager standing outside the front door talking to a redheaded man. I know it's a state law you can't smoke within 8 feet of the doors. So with my son having asthma I decided to go back thru the drive thru and wait . I told them I didn't get my drink and never got an oops sorry, nothing. The 2 kids stayed leaning on the counter talking to kids in the lobby and someone from the back had to come up and get my drink for me. This is a real shame service has gone so far downhill. When they reopened the rebuilt store service was great and employees were friendly. I witnessed a food fight in the back on a previous visit. I know this is not how the franchisee would want this store ran. Someone higher up the management chain needs to visit this store at night.

Taco Bell service

We were at the local taco bell in Alma Mich recently for a family dinner, the manager took the order and as I was waiting she waited on another customer. My order was served to me on a tray and as I was checking the order my family went into the dinning room to be seated, the manager was waiting another customer, I told the manager that my order was wrong but she refused to address the problem and continued to look away from me. I am a proud black man that works at the local collage, when this white manager made a racist remark to me and walked away, I felt disrespected because of her remark and because i was black. Another employee had to correct the mistake the manager made. We as a black group demand something be done with this white manager asap or we shall make a formal protest to the city fathers.

Taco Bell mt morris mi taco bell

I waited a half hour in line at the mt morris location. Got our order pulled in a space to check it, it was wrong. Go figure they are incompetent #####. Went to the door with it to go get it figured out mind you it's 8 o'clock no no they were locked. We had to wait another half hour in the line, only to have one rude ### ghetto manager to deal with who could have given two #### less that we waited all that time in line, and instead of making what we were missing a proceeded to say i'm just going to give you your money back and you can go home. All while throwing a ghetto attitude. It was utterly ridiculous, and someone's getting fired.
Not to mention i just bit into my crunchwrap and instead of being chicken, it's beef. It cannot be that hard to freaking do that job, it is not rocket science.
Oh she took the receipt so she could refund me the money for my missing items instead now i know this is hard to believe, instead of actually making what was miss ing.
Never going there again. Worst customer and manager service ive ever ever had. Bunch of damn #####. I'm a medical assistant and these people make more than me? Seriously. That manager could have given to #### less that we waited an hour in line. She should be fired.

Taco Bell not taking order - turned off headset...

On December 29th Taco Bell, Monticello, Arkansas. I sat at speaker approx. 10 minutes one car ahead of me at window. I finally moved to window asked if something was wrong with the speaker.. The worker had her back to window with head resting on window...finally turned around, and she told me head set was off... The car behind me who had also waited left. Every time I go there you have to wait and wait, wonder if the workers are turning off the headsets on a regular basis...Something should be done about this horrible service...

Taco Bell cleaness

I seen a lady with the name tag Sara drop utensils, not wearing gloves, fixing food with dirty hands, and even seen her lick her fingers then kept putting food together. The food she was fixing was for the drive thru. So at that time I decided I didn't not want to eat there and left asap. I went to the drive thru and stopped the people telling them what I seen her do. This is a problem that can be prevented cause there is no need in such nastiness.

Taco Bell employee at taco bell in vicksburg, ms

You have an employee whose name is Ashanta Wright. She has recently been promoted. She does not talk to those who work under her appropriately. Yesterday she brought a team member to tears. She raises her voice and throws her weight around. Also, on yesterday she brushed up against an employee and another employee had to step in to stop her. This is not the first time this has occurred this year. In fact, it is the third. During the previous episode when this transpired Miss Wright actually hit/slapped a young girl. This person was a minor and her mother insisted that she resign.

Your management team in Vicksburg are very much aware of Ashanta Wright's actions. This includes both your General Manager and Hiring Manager. What do they do? THEY TURNED AROUND AND AWARDED HER ACTIONS BY PROMOTING HER.

Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I hope that this situation is remedied soon.
