I went through drive through with a special order crunch wrap box, I specifically requested NO TOMATOES on anything in the box, after getting on the express way and the wrap had tomatoes on it and the hard shell tacos were broke up so bad they could not be ate.
I called to speak to a manager she said if I could turn around and come back she would replace it but she was sorry cause she had new workers on the line, she further said she would talk to the new worker, when I pointed out if the new worker was not trained correctly it is nor their fault, she then said I guess all I can say is sorry is this how you train your team on customer service?

On 4-7-2017, My daughters & I went thru the drive thru of Taco bell at 11:10AM at NW 122nd & Pennsylvania Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The worker was rude while taking my order. When I got to the window & paid, she handed me the drinks that were ordered. None of them were marked. I am a 55 year old diabetic. I asked her which one of the drinks was Diet Pepsi. She replied, "The fullest one", very rudely. All 3 of the drinks were full. As she handed me both bags of food I ordered, she wadded up the receipt and threw it away. She did not ask if I wanted it or anything. Needless and sad to say, I will not be returning to Taco Bell. I did nothing to deserve this type of service. Taco Bell has delicious food that I enjoy & used to go to 3 or more times a week.

triple double crunchwrap
When I got the crunch wrap it wasn't wrapped at all and had no meat, that's not at all what I asked for. Not to mention how rude the lady was to me and my girlfriend. I will likely never eat at Taco Bell again. I've had many bad experiences at your restaurant but this was the worst. I didn't even eat my meal that I paid for because it was so poorly made. After sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes, we drove home. I opened my bean and cheese burrito and the cheese wasn't even melted and the beans were ice cold. I asked my fiance how his was and he said the same about his burrito supreme and nacho griller. This is ridiculous! How is it that it took 20 minutes to make my food and it still came out cold?! I would like some sort of compensation!

I went to a taco bell last night at 7pm at 4220 Franklin Rd. SW in Roanoke Va. and bought a few tacos and I'm just wondering when did their quality of food actually go so low, I buy them and take what was no more than a 10 minute drive back home to eat what I thought would be a great taco just to find out that it's cold and also soggy with the bottom falling out, I don't believe that they actually call that great customer service, it was not the end of the night so there is literally no excuse for that, the best thing I can say about my visit is that the drive thru teller was cute and she was very nice, in my opinion they just have a standard of give us your money and here take this crap that we call edible, but hey they have my money now and there is nothing that I can do about it but this, they really need to improve of their service to paying customers because what they are doing now SUCKS. Visiting them was nothing at all of what the commercials make it seem like.

I have had it with the Taco Bell in Swansboro, NC on W Corbett ave, this is the second time I have come to the drive-thru window during regular business hours & the staff refuses to respond to me & will not even come to the window, tonight I saw them hiding in the dining room with the lights off !
This is Outrageous ! They are now supposed to be open 7 Days a week until 1am & both times I was at the drive-thru window at 12:03am, I'm assuming they are high or have completely lost their minds, how in the world can they possibly think they can get away with this - under No Circumstances will I Ever patronize this Taco Bell ever again & I want an explanation on exactly what is going on - This is simply Insane & one the worst examples of Customer Service I have ever experienced in my Lifetime !
I want something done about this - I should have known better than to give this Taco Bell a second chance !

Every time I come to the Taco Bell on Pemberton the scene is pure nasty. How can you serve food when it's a mess where you make the customer's food?! I came through the drive thru and the girl was eating a Mexican pizza. At the window. Like it was a normal thing at this location. Last time I came here on the inside and a lady with a checkerboard shirt was eating a fiery taco walking through the kitchen. Very unprofessional. This is a business not home.

Thursday March 23, 2017 - I went into your location on 28th Street 8th Ave. New York at 10:57 looking to get an AM Crunch Wrap and was told that "We stop serving breakfast at 11:00." I handed this fool my phone, which now said 10:58, and told him "Does it say that it's after 11:00?" Knowing that the answer to my question was no. The worker, who's English was poor - gave me some sob story, that I could hardly understand, and I just left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I just drove through the drive-through at the Taco Bell in hurricane Utah. It's March 20, 2017 and the local time is 8:08 PM. The young man who answered the drive-through window asked if he could take my order. I responded, "I just need one minute please." He then replied, "Sorry, we don't sell minutes here and laughed." At this point I decided not to place an order and I drove away. I am very extremely disappointed with the service at the Hurricane, Utah Taco Bell. I've been a customer for probably over 10 years and now I will never order from this Taco Bell again.

Taco bell on belair red has the rudest general manager i've ever met in my entire life! (Her name is stacy) she had the nerve to ask me "who this" when I called to ask what time to pick someone up who doesn't have there own phone that's why I called the store. And not to mention when she answered the phone I thought I was talking to a 15 year old hood rat (No in not racist my boyfriend is black and nieces and nephews) and when I asked her who she thought she was talking to she said she was stressed I don't care how stressed you are im a customer and i'm sure not your kid or employee. You should really consider age when hiring managers because she's really let her job get to her head I guess she thinks she's general manager of augusta ga that's how she acts. Ill never eat at taco bell again and hope no one is seeking a job there she's awful! I'm getting in trouble for ringing. Up a 12pk of taco's then turning them into supremes. I'm working at Taco Bell here in Bluffton indiana. I have had customers to ask for a 12pk of taco's then tell me to make them supremes. The other TB stores I've worked would have you go back to the screen were all the pack of taco's are . Ring up the 12 taco supremes and delete the reg. 12 ok. I've always been told this is corps way. But the TB wants to to modify the tacos and it steel comes to the same price. $12.99 +$4.80=$17.79. I'm getting herrassed for doing my job right. This needs to stop.
Well Thats Strange! The Store I work at is a Franchisee owned by Tacala LLC and when some one asks for the 12 Pack we Press the 12 pack under the combos tab and it asks for certain combinations of the 12 pack such as: 12 Crunchy Reg. 12 Crunchy Sup. 12 Soft Reg. 12 Soft Sup. 6 Crunchy Sup 6 DLT sup. and 6 soft sup 6 DLT sup. (I hope that wasn't so confusing to you! But to answer your question in my opinion I think you did nothing wrong but I don't know how your locations is ran. But don't ever be afraid to asks your manager or fellow team members questions. If they refuse to help you then report them to your area coach so they can fix the problem!

Ive known this for awhile but friends told me tonight I had to report it. You have a girl working at Taco Bell who mostly cleans up (fat brunette, kinda curly hair) . I've been in the store lots after my job is over. I've watched her a not, and she's really a slob. She always looks dirty, greasy, isn't friendly, half way wipes tables and seems to either be fighting with some guy or is on her phone sneaky like. She also whines and complains a lot and the past few times I've seen her outside she was bawling and swearing in the parking lot at some guy who was trying to quiet her down. I don't know who the guy is but he puts up with a lot of her abuse. That chick hits and hits him hard but he never hits back. Anyway, word is getting around about her psycho attitude. I like your tacos and nachos but seriously, I don't want anything to do with this psycho chick. BTW, word is out (she told my best friend) that she keeps her guy under control by beating the crap out of him. That she likes to scare him, take his money etc. Yeah, I'm sure he has his problems but no one deserves to be beat up. I couldn't believe how she treated him. She makes me wonder how she treats other people that she works with.
I think her name is Chas, Chels, or Chelsity. None of us can remember for sure.

Your receint jingle pretaining to " if your morning is hell ", is found, by my wife and I, to be in very poor taste. Really, do you not know the differences between Bad and Hell.
We will stop dinning at Taco Bell until, we see that, you have figured it out. Also, I get the impression that you don't really want to hear complaints, because of the time and trouble it takes to report our concerns.
The TV advertisement, if your morning is hell, is very Offensive. Is that the best you could come up with. We will not be eating at taco Bell because of this advertisement...

The nastiest Taco Bell ever! Most Taco Bells do not look very clean but this Taco Bell beat all the rest for uncleanliness! On the scale of 1 to 10 it was a 12... the worse! To start with, the Pepsi machine area was horrible I honestly did not want a drink because the caps where the drink flows out are filthy needing more than wiping needed to be removed and put in Clorox water and scrubbed and rinsed with scalding water... the area was filthy! The containers holding condiment sauces were filthy, when you put your hand in to get some sauces they felt sticky and dirty! Every table in the store was filthy we had to get some napkins and wet them to clean a table to sit at! The floors were filthy with food all over them! No one working seemed to be concerned! This store needs to be remodeled, modernized and cleaned up! We had to be at a meeting at 7:00 pm and did not have time to go any where else! The bathroom smells old and dated, the filth was unacceptable! We have patronized this store before and it is never clean! I will not be back! We had friends that got sick eating there a few years ago... now I know why! I am going to report it to the FDA!

I work in the vicinity of this taco bell, before my shift tonight I stopped to grab some quick dinner, I ordered 3 tostadas extra cheese & tomatoes, what I got was stale tortillas and what appeared as lettuce, a few tomatoes and a few shreds of cheese thrown at them. I have to say this was down right hurtful and I was infuriated. The business I work for provides plenty of business to this taco bell as far as with employees and our daily clients. I was extremely infuriated and disappointed. Unfortunately it is now to late for me to go back and request my money back, I know to these people we might just be "other customers" but some of don't have time to sit and eat like others ( I work at night- fast paced) but they need to understand that they are serving human beings not animals. Thank you!

On March 8th, 2017, about 7:30pm my family ate at taco bell, 1237 Trotwood Avenue, Columbia, TN, they brought me a crunch wrap supreme home. After eating about two thirds of it with no complaints, I took a bite and bit into a metal ball, approximately a half inch in diameter. I spit it out only to find that it had broken out a crown/bridge out of my mouth. This was an expensive piece of dental work, costing me 700 dollars out of pocket with insurance! I will be expecting a response from taco bell. I used the website of the local store, sent a message, but have not heard a word from them. Unless I get some type of call, email, etc.. I will be retaining an attorney.

I walked in to order lunch and there was an individual sleeping in the dining room. I do not know if it was an employee or a customer, but either way it appears odd I do not know if this is allowed in the units.
I placed my order and the attendant in the front of the counter was using profanity when speaking to another employee in which, i know that profanity is zero tolerance in food establishments. I thought i would bring it to your attention so that maybe you can let the employees know that as a customer we see and hear everything. I have trained individuals in front of the and this did not seem appropriate... someone that cares.

Triple double crunch wrap, I actually went to the store with my wife around 9 PM Sunday, March 5 to get a naked chicken Chalupa the drive-through was so full the line wrapped around the building was barely able to park so I went inside the store to turn in my order and they informed me that they no longer do the naked chicken Chalupa and that the triple double crunch wrap was the new item of the month. I ordered two of the triple double crunch wraps spicy along with the wife's food had to wait 20 minutes roughly to get my food there were a lot of people in the dining area that we're waiting on their food as well probably seven other orders. I finally got my order as I was leaving the store I looked all the drive-through all cars were gone and it was empty I'm sure it's hard to balance the drive-through and the inside so I can't really complain about that but the triple double crunch wraps Were somewhat left to be desired, they look nothing like the picture awls I could really taste with sour cream and jalapeño hardly any meat whatsoever and look nothing like the picture very very disappointed!

I just visited a taco bell and was very disappointed. First, I was ignored at the ordering station. my 2 triple spicy wraps were missing some ingredients and the empanadas were burnt so bad they could not be sold. The taco bell was not clean, there was paper and trash on the floor, spills on the counter, no napkins, scraps of food on the tables and the floor was dirty. I did not see the bathrooms, i did not want know what they looked like. The manager, James was telling the employees what to dobut he was being ignored by his staff. The girl putting my food together did not seem to know what to do as she just kept looking at her coworkers and grinning, trying to hide her incompetence. My order took 25minutes to receive with only 2 customersinside. My food was cold and soggy when I got home. I feel I really wasted my money today and very unsatisfied.

Taco Bell in Waynesboro, Virginia 22980. Mark the manager on duty was intensely salty and unbelievably unprofessional. Our original order was put in at 12:22 and didn't make it home till 1:50 in the morning. By the way this TACO BELL is only 5 minutes away... Our original order only had 4 out of 13 items correct, everything was wrapped in other products wrappers, so confusing and wrong. Called the store after the clusterfrelk from tim-buk-tu and back, had us drive back and Miraculous Mark was waving tacos in our faces saying the tacos looked fine when they were still yet AGAIN made wrong and he still denied that it was made wrong. We were given less than half a refund because he said that Taco Bell doesn't do full refunds.. Mark continued to raise his voice and roll his eyes like he just took acid straight to the eyeballs. Our food was than cold after all of that. Trainee on floor told us to come back at noon the following day to speak with the General Manager (Which we will all be glad to) Mark never put a receipt on the bag, both times around and the second drive through we explained there wasn't a receipt in the bag and he said there was, so we spilled the bag out in front of him and still denied the fact. We still have both receipts on the phone from mobile order.
