store advertises as having free wifi, but it's down all the time.

The store says on the door it has free WIFI, but it's down most of the time.
You ask the people there when it will be fixed--they are noncommittal .
It's bait and switch when you say you have it but you don't. It's not caring
about your reputation when you don't correct your mistakes. It's frustrating
for the customers when they expect something and don't get it.

I went through the the drive through and did not receive one of my taco meals plus I order two Unsweetened Teas and received Two Sweet Teas This was so upsetting as one of my family members had no dinner I called the manger and she told me to bring in my receipt and she would handle the matter . I am so upset though for the the inconvenience this caused me.

I was with a large group of people and we all ordered together. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, however the cashier put it in a soft taco supreme. When we received our food, I was surprised to find that I did not receive any item of food. Not the soft taco supreme nor what I was hoping for, the crunch wrap supreme.
When I brought the error back to the cashier I was told that the only thing they could do was have me order and pay again. So I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and asked for my soft taco supreme since I already paid for it. I only received the crunch wrap supreme.
Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the quality of customer service and how they handled their error. I hope to hear of ramifications or compensation promptly.

Why are the nachos $1.49? I remember when they were .89 and it seems like they give you less chips. It cost more than a taco! Why aint the bean burrito on the dollar menu? Why does a beefy fritos burrito, which has rice, beef and nacho cheese in it, cost a dollar but a single crunchy taco or plain bean burrito or even a regular tiny nachos does not? Who does these prices? Whats the deal with a meximelt being over $2? Its just meat, pico and cheese melted but it cost double then most the tacos and burritos. I remember getting those for a dollar too. Yall really need to change the prices. And bring back the original rice with the melted cheese and green onions! Ok im done!

I have arrived to Taco Bell in Kimball four times in the past 2 months on a Friday or Saturday night. The hours of operation say 12 am however twice they have been close 12 to 14 mins early . Twice they have been out of chicken and/or beef. They continue to close early and not prepare enough products for business. I love Taco Bell they have great products and prices but I'm sick and tired of the disappointment of being turned away with no service. I work in the food industry at Logans Roadhouse and we never turn business away, even when they walk in the door at close. I wish management would take their customer satisfaction under consideration. I hate to complain because I work in the service industry. I would like to be contacted about my complaint @ [protected].

food poisoning and rude insurance agent
I probably will never eat Taco Bell again for the rest of my life, and if I do, it won't be from this location. I became severely sick with food poisoning around 3-4 am the morning after eating at Taco Bell. I was awakened by severe painful stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea that persisted for several hours into the following day. I had to miss 2 days of work (loss of wages) I was so sick. When my husband called and asked to get a reimbursement for our meal, he was told we would need to file a formal complaint and given a number to The Jemez Agency (insurance agent) I called to file the complaint and spoke to THE RUDEST MAN I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE, Allen at Jemez Insurance Agency. He basically told me I would have to prove I got sick from Taco Bell and was extremely combative and confrontational. I told him I have worked in the legal field for over 10 years and have no problem obtaining an attorney to represent me if necessary. At that point, all I had wanted was compensation for my meal and to know that if I needed to go to the ER or see a DR that I would be covered, but now I am going to file a formal complaint and I want the 2 days lost wages. I plan on reporting them to the local Environment Agency.

This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a Steak crunchwrap combo with and orange juice and asked for an additional order of the 2 pack cinnamon delights, equaling a total of 4. After making it to Newport News, I realized that one, my steak crunchwrap was not steak, it was beef; two, I only had 2 cinnamon delights. I called the Williamsburg, VA location (1812 Richmond Rd Williamsburg, VA, 23185) and asked to speak with the manager on duty. I spoke with the manager name Brittany and explained to her that my order was wrong. Brittany was incredibly rude and instantly got an attitude with me saying "I mean, I don't know what you want me to do." I said responded to her and said "I'm telling you my order that I paid for was incorrect and your only reply is that you don't know." She finally offered to comp my next order, but she was not professional at all. She is a very rude manager and very careless.

their food... tacos and burritos specifically
I was so unimpressed with the size of the tacos and burrito which I purchased. They were so thin and hardly had any filling to make eating the food satisfying. I have included actual pics of the food which I paid for vs. the food pics Taco Bell advertises. The disparity is such a joke. It's not what anyone would expect to receive, and certainly not worth the money. I had been going to Taco Bell for many years yet hadn't gone to a location for quite some time. This last trip was totally disappointing and unsatisfying.

Took 15 minutes to get through the drive through with only one other cars ahead of me and nobody in the restaurant. Went through the drive through because the entrance had three employees standing outside the door smoking cigarettes. They made a mistake with the car order in front of me because I could see them handing products back and forth. When I finally got to the window, she had to ask me what I had ordered. Then she told me how much my order was and I gave her a twenty. Twice I had to hand the change back because she had given me the wrong amount back in change. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP. IT IS BEING RUN LIKE A PLAYGROUND. I live in the area and hate to see business go under because of poor management.
20+ minutes waiting in the drive-thru line
This is a complaint towards the McMinnville, Oregon Taco Bell. In the past year, there has only been one time that I did not have to wait in line both inside and in the drive-thru for less than 20 minutes. Also, they do not apologize or acknowledge in any way that you have been waiting for an excessive amount of time. They do not even mention it. "Sorry for the wait" or "thanks for your patience", has never been spoken. It would at least lessen the frustration. So the last time I went there, I asked them why it always takes so long and their response was they are short-handed and they have a new manager. I told them this has been happening every time I go there for over a year, so they handed me a coupon for a free taco. Seriously, that does not fix the problem. Extremely poor customer service at this Taco Bell. Every other Taco Bell I have been to has been great! This is the only Taco Bell within about 20 miles. We love Taco Bell, but we rarely go there any more. If we really, really want Taco Bell, I bring some reading material to pass the time while waiting in the drive-thru! Also, once you get in the drive-thru line, there is no escape if someone comes up behind you. There is no exit lane. You are basically stuck there for a minimum of 20 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. One of the corporate managers needs to go there and wait in the drive-thru to experience it and then figure out how it fix it.

Someone needs to do something about the taco Bell in fallbrook they fu ked up my order three times this past week And when I called to talk to someone one about it the were completely rude and disrespectful honestly I think that taco Bell should be shut down. I was at taco bell 020446. The manager was using the touch screen register with gloves on and then making food orders without changing gloves. The grossest thing. That type of work ethic is not ok. Been in line at this location from 10:20 to 11:15 to get steak 2 steak quesadillas. And the problem was that I had car in for me and bunch of cars behind so I was a hostage of a taco bell. Then I was informed that they ran out of steak. So I had to order second one chicken. I was like wow. Then I received my food and secon quesadilla was missing. I was shocked. It was horrible overall. It was my last visit here... Hope you will find this information useful

On April 29, 2017 I went inside the Taco Bell located @ 7540 Bellfort, to order food for my grandchildren, I was trying to order 2 boxes of your 12 tacos, and was turned away because they had no meat. Poor attitude and poor service. I had to travel to another Taco Bell located over on Woodridge Houston Texas. I had no problems at this location. You need betters service at the Bellfort location.

Hello, my name is Kenya.. I feel the need to express the poor service I received on May 5th 2017. I visited a Taco Bell restaurant in Phoenix Arizona, In the order I placed was a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce. Unpon going home and taking a bite out of my cheese quesadilla I quickly realized it was all jalapeño sauce and no cheese at all! Highly disappointed In my experience.

This particular Taco Bell[Store ID 030422] located at 1570 22nd St, West Des Moines, IA 50266 always has issues in drive thru orders this is the 3rd time I had items missing from my order and first time I called in the store to mention this issue the reply back was I have to drive back 8 miles to collect those missing items and they cannot refund it back. First two times I didn't bothered to call thinking it is a matter of only few $ but this particular store has consistent issues of missing items it seems and no one bothers to even say sorry or refund the amount.. I hope they improve but from my side I'm done with them and Taco Bell ..
