Recorded a gift card and after the 3rd time I called I was sent a credit for $50.00. I received a notice to refresh my card due to updates to the company site. As soon as I did the update it wiped out my info. Now my credit is gone...I can't retrieve it from my history its just gone. I will put this on line for all to see, because its a rip off. Were is my $50.00 ?

Desired outcome: Refund my $50.00. Its on file if you track it you will see who used it and were.
