I waited in line for my order while a manager harassed an employee for not having change in the cash drawer. It sounded as if the manager should have gotten the change for the employee. This place is so bad when it comes to putting Stuff in a shell. We as Costumers pay good money for the food and we should get good food. And its only at our taco bell I go to one out of town and I get what I paid for I ordered a taco and it had a little meat 2 little peace of lettuce and half of the shell was empty I order a taco not a shell, if something is not done about this place people in this little town will be taking their business to taco time where they do it right. I have posted a pic of my taco in hopes that something gets done about the way they make the food. We have done many surveys and still the same thing happen. This is a small town and people talk and people do not want to return where they feel they are being ripped off.

I am Native American, my friend is African American. We both went to Taco Bell for lunch. No one was in line, so I went to the counter to make my order. When I approached the counter, the African American employee ( who was behind the register) took two steps back away from the counter and crossed his arms. He had a VERY angry look on his face... Equivalent to someone wanting to punch my face in.
I didn't know what was going on so I greeted him and asked if he was going to take my order. He stepped towards the register and took it. He kept that look on his face the whole time. His customer service wasn't service at all.
Afterwards, my friend ordered her food. He was VERY VERY nice to her, and even gave her a 10% discount!
I brought the employees behavior up to the supervisors attention. The supervisor also pointed out that the employee over charged me as well.
He SAID the guy would be felt with accordingly, but who knows! Racism is soo strong here in the Bible Belt!
We won't be going to THAT Taco Bell ever again.

My brother & me visited Taco Bell store to have lunch & it was the greatest shock of my life. We come from religion which believe in high religious values & are known throughout the world for our respect and care to the smallest of living things. Yes we are Jains & are pure vegetarians
We Jains, take utmost care walking into any restaurant to ensure that the quality of food served is pure vegetarian and cooked with the greatest level of hygiene. The first time I walked into Taco bell, I got to know that they have a separate kitchen – for preparing Veg & non-veg food and that’s when I realized that I can trust and eat my meal which will be pure vegetarian. With the same trust I have been eating my meal from taco Bell atleast for a yr now. But last time it was a mental trauma.
I had ordered for a Vegetarian Mexican pizza (along with other items) & found a piece of chicken in my food. To add on you have a big bold green mark printed on the box of the food served to fool people that it is vegetarian. FYI, do you know who brought out this concept of differentiating the red mark as non-veg and green mark as veg food in India? It was we Jain’s who had requested the Indian Govt to bring out this measure so that people like me needn’needn't go through the ingredients every time we eat our food.
I have been trying hard to get over this, but I realize that I am in deep mental agony. Taco bell has hurt the sentimental values of me & my religion and is solely responsible for my pain and distress. You guys claim to have separate kitchens, display big talks of nutrition values, social responsibility & what not, is this just a marketing gimmick?
You have no idea how badly you have hurt us in our religious values and how disappointed we are by this careless, non-professional and disgusting behaviour of Taco bell. Hence, I have decided to take this seriously & make people aware of how companies of your stature come to India and setup food joints and lack the basic Hygiene standards and has no right for such careless & unacceptable attitude delivered.

I was washing the windows there one day. One of the employees was waiting in her car for her shift to start. Suddenly she comes running up to the trash can just outside the door, hand to her face. Dripping from her face is what I'm pretty sure was snot. More snot than I've ever seen in my life. After this happened she came inside and started handling food without washing her hands. Spent close to 20$ worth of Tacos and nachos only to get home and find not one order was correct. I told myself I would never go here again since the last time they gave me the wrong food (its every single time). So I call and the manager says to come back and they will fix it. So dining at Taco Bell on Pecos, Store # 000165 in Westminster Co. we received all of our order fairly quickly about 10 min to make it out. I don't mind waiting as long as my food is made fresh. But the crunch wrap was completely soggy! It had to be sitting a very long time! So I asked nicely if I could get a new one, the cashier William B. looked at me like I was crazy, walked partially out of sight, laughed and said yeah just give her that. Then turned back to me and said just a minute. Not sure why I didn't take it as a bad sign, maybe having faith in Taco Bell was to much to ask. Well 2 min later I revived what I can only describe as a reheated crunch wrap. I am guessing it was the same one I received before just stuck back into the grill press. If you have any common since you would know that once a taco shell is soggy no amount a reheating will un-sog it. It made me feel nauseous and with the comment that was made left me questioning if they may have done something to it. I only made it through maybe 1/3 before just throwing it away I would rather starve then eat crap, It was gross, nothing like normal. I will never eat at the Pecos Taco Bell again and will highly discourage it with everyone I know!

I never once stated that the people were nasty, that was you. I focused on the quality of the food that was nasty and gross, along with the fact that the cashier made a comment that was rude and his behavior matched. I even stated that I was unsure if it was even about me just that it made me question the service I received and that it was very disappointing. ### jobs, to say the least suck. I not very fond of mine but at least I take pride in what I do and try to do well no matter what.
I am sorry that your life is so lame that you must spend all your time trolling complaint sites, while people are who actually feel they have been wronged are trying to have their complaints heard. Well for about the last two months this location of this taco Bell has gone down hill. My husband and I go through there off
and on and when we do. Some times we will get the wrong food, or they will forget to give us our food. I have gotten soft
tacos and get them home and they are ice cold. We only live like 2 minutes from the resturant. Well Today I went through
there march 7th 2013 ordered myself a Nacho Bell supreme without the tomatoes. Got them home and sat down and
started to eat them, the chips were stale. Stale gross. I couldn't wat them. So why Am I writing you? Well I really think
someone needs to go there and check them out. I've tried going back with my food and I get treated rude. So I stopped
going back. I just think they need to be investigated there. Something is going on and it isn't all that good anymore.

Always enjoy taco bell, I am always satisfied with the quality of the products. Today (07/03/16) I ordered a Beef Taco Salad and two soft chicken tacos. Chicken tacos were good, however was very unhappy with this salad. Lettuce was completely wilted and soggy, taco shell was greasy and smelled as if it had been cooled in old rancid oil. A bean burrito is one of the few things left that you can buy for 99 cents. Ok, so I like to add sour cream. That's 30 cents extra, and as long as they actually remember to put it on, I don't mind paying for it. Today I asked to add lettuce as well. I figured it would be free. Well, I get my bill and my food and drive off to eat it and find there is less than a teaspoon of lettuce on it and an added 30 cents on the bill! So I was charged 60 cents extra to have a tiny squirt of sour cream and a barely visible addition of lettuce. Had I paid 30 more cents, I could have forgot the sides and just had 2 whole burritos! Kind of ridiculous, huh? It was even worse, because they gave me less of everything else that is normally on the burrito to add the other 2 items. Look, if you are paying to ADD something, you should not be SUBTRACTING other items. It is supposed to have more bulk with lettuce added. It looked like it had been shrunken. What a disappointment.

My husband and I went to Taco Bell in Prairie Center, Brighton, CO for dinner tonight and it was very cold inside so we decided to eat out on the patio. While my husband waited for the food I took the drinks and condiments and went to sit down. There was a good size Eye bolt sticking out of the concrete between the door and the table I was walking to but I had my hands full and the bolt was turned sideways from my view making it harder to see. I caught my right foot on it and it threw me forward on my left. It hit hard on the concrete and my left arm caught the chair in front of me. I pulled some muscles in my back and arm and was very shook up.
A young man who works there was at another table and heard the noise and turned to see me trying to get things picked up. came over and offered to help. He proceeded to tell me that he had fallen the week before and had hit his face on the concrete and that they were supposed to come and take the bolts out. (There were actually two of these on the patio. they were for holding down the tables and to try and keep them from being stolen but two sets of table and chairs were missing.) BTW this was also after eight o’clock in the evening and it was dusk.
I went back in to tell my husband and to talk to the manage and she didn’t want to stop making taco long enough to talk to me and then she tried to talk to me from her station while I was on the other side of the counter, It was noisy in the store plus the vent noise and I am hearing impaired! I am also 60 years old.
we finally got our food and we went to eat and asked the young lady on the front to let the manager know we we outside eating, Thirty minutes later we went back inside and she still was trying to reach her district manager. She took my name and number buy refused to give me any corporate phone numbers. They knew they had a dangerous situation and did nothing about it. they could have placed a chair over it to keep their customers safe. While we were eating an employee came out with a mallet and bent the eye bolt over making it less visible and still a hazard. We did take a picture of the bent over bolts.

To whom it may concern I joyce Johnson have worked threw taco bell for about a year a couple of location's my experience has been horrible... I had originally came from columbus ohio I worked at the Taco Bell in grandview... My experience there I was sexually harassed by my boss there I reported it to corporate nothing was done I was told to try to go to another store and tell them our store was closing. The corporate manager penny said I didn't have enough proof so I done what she told me too. Later to find out after moving to lexington ky my boss was fired for sexual harassment. I had started working at the taco bell on nicholasville rd I had notice there were alot going on in this store as well. I started working alot of hour's to notice I wasn't get paid for it. I asked my manager to look into it he hollers I'm wrong and he ant looking into it and get the F out of his office.. I told he I had came in other 's shift and he told me prove it. My manager totally treat's his employee like crap and it seems their to afraid to stand up to him. I also know my manager has been under the influence of alcohol. After that had happen I had a couple day's off I had went threw the drive thru my friend that was working there was going to pay for my food until we got paid on that Tuesday. Come to find out he had cashed out on a manager's discount that I had no ideal he did that until I get a phone call from my my manager karl saying I'm fired with no warning no write up no nothing... So I tried to talk to Charles the area manager and his reply was i ant got time for it... Iam asking for your help to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I was in the Taco Bell on 320 W New Circle Rd, Lexington, KY 40505 at approximately 3:15PM May 3, 2012 where I ordered a XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito for $4.99 a small Mt. Dew and a kids taco meal. I had ordered these years ago and was unaware that there was beans and guacamole in them.
Upon inspecting the sign I noticed the beans in the picture and asked the cashier to please keep the beans off after apologizing for my error. The response was not friendly but efficient. Looking forward to my burrito, I opened it up to add some hot sauce and then noticed the guacamole in it, which I despise. I went to the counter and apologized again to the same cashier and asked for one, without beans or guacamole please.
She went and got the shift leader (who’s name I did not catch)She stated this would be the third one I ordered and I should be aware of the ingredients before ordering, with a very nasty tone. At that point this shift leader (who should be better trained in Customer Service) really made me feel stupid because I did could not clearly see the small ingredients on the pictures.
I then simply requested my money back for the burrito, brought my receipt (as requested by said manager)to which she then handed me a $5.00 bill. At this point I was furious at the indignant attitude I was receiving from this Shift Manager. I requested she refund me the entire amount of my burrito $4.99 + 6% sales tax. She then began arguing with me that would be correct as my total for the meal was $10.58.
I asked her, as politely as possible, to get a calculator and multiply 4.99 by 6% to see the total and she STILL insisted she was right. She finally relented as the Assistant Manager arrived and she handed me a total of $5.25, which is still incorrect but what’s .05 to having be in your restaurant haggling with an inept Shift Leader.
I can assure you I will never again visit that location again and will certainly advise all my friends and co-workers to not visit that location either.

You could have just picked the beans/guacamole out of the burrito instead.
From my experience, fast food restaurants have to keep track of food inventory vs. sales and make sure they match up. So sending 2 burritos back shows up a shortage against sales at the end of the shift. Not the end of the world, but the manager would question whether employees were eating the food themselves/giving it to their friends without logging it in the staff book, or if there was a problem with the food quality.
The shift leader should have refunded you the correct total amount, as per your bill...but if you were so furious at their indignant attitude, why not return the kids meal as well?

When we went into this store we were greeted, but the speed of our order was relly bad. We watched at lease 6 other people come in and order and they received their orders long before we received ours.
After awhile my wife went to the counter to ask about our order and, and watched as it made the girl in the prep area get mad. She was told they are going to make your order now.
We was wanting to eat in the store, but when we received our order it was bagged and made to go. This is not a big deal, but being treated in this fashion was uncalled. We should have received our order in a more timely manner, instead of being made after 6 or more orders were made and served before we received ours.
Customers is what make the business and if one is mistreated or treated in an uncalled manner, it only takes word of mouth and can cause others to think twice about returning to this store or company.
Without notifying the Company of wrong doings or treatment the problems can not be handled and taken care of. Employees do need to understand that without the customers, the business will not survive, and they will end up without a job.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
WE WERE IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 30 MINUTES WITH ONLY 5 CARS AHEAD OF US. WHEN WE CAME UP TO TEH SPEAKER MY SISTER ORDERED AND THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDER AFTER 4 TIMES TELLING HER WHAT WE WANTED STILL HAD THE OUR ORDER INCORRECT. THEN ANOTHER GIRL CAME ON HTE SPEAKER AND RED BACK THE INCORRECT ORDER AGAIN. SO I SAID JUST FORGET IT AND JUST GIVE ME THIS. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT TO THE WINDOW OUR TOTAL ON THE READER BESIDE THE WINDOW SAID 10.888 SHE TOLD US IT WAS 12. AND SOME CHANGE. SO WE ASK HER TO READ OUR ORDER BACK TO US AGAIN IT WAS INCORRECT. AFTER WE CANGED IT AGAIN SHE GAVE US A NOTHER TOTAL. AFTER WE PAID HER WE ASK FO RTHE RECIEPT . IT SAID A DIFFERET TOTAL THAT WE PAID AND IT STILL HAD THE INCORRECT ON IT. WE ASK FOR A RECIEPT FO RWHAT WE WERE CHARGED FO RAND SHE SAID THAT SHE COULD NOT GIVES US ONE WHERE IT HAD ALREADY WENT THRU HER REGISTER. NOW THIS I DON`T UNDERSTAND WHY WE COULD NOT GET WHAT I WANTED AND A CORRECT RECEIPT.AFTER 30 SOME MINUTES AND I STILL DID NOT GET WHA TI WANTED.
I do construction and today one of our workers went to get lunch for everyone I think 4-5 orders I recieved my drinks but 2 burrito supremes and a chicken and steak gordia or however its called was not with orders I don't now if he left bag or it was not given to him. I just know I paid and did not get my food. I called your manager and he asked if I had reciept I don't was not given bag with food he said they give reciepts with change I don't know. I just know I'm out around 10$ in food he said he would have to check computer to see if I am telling the truth. I would not be calling if I recieved my food so I am pretty ticked off right now I don't like it being insinuated that I am not telling the truth. on friday may.11, 2012 between 5pm and 8pm I went to taco bell on tropicana and ordered 3 regular hard shell tacos, 3 soft tacos with meat and cheese only and one volcano taco.when I got to my home we found that they had given us 3 hard shell tacos instead of the 3 softshells that I had order and that the cashier being new on the placed the order as hardshell tacos.I returned the three hard shell taco and the manager got me the 3 soft tcoas.I returned ate my tacos and went to sleep at about 11pm.at about 3am may.12, 2012 I was awaken by a nausios feeling.when I went to the restroom I found myself suffering with diarea and vomiting.I tried to go back to sleep but kept experiencing these two sensations.at about 6am I was up agian in the restoom vomiting worst than before.I then went back to bed feeling very exausted and told my wife she would need to drive herself to because I could not.most of the I was in and out of the restroom with both symtom.at about 6pm may12, 2012 my body pretty much ejected everything that was left inside me vomiting four more times in a row which was a very exausting and painfal experiance.at about 9pm may12, 2012 my wife took me to sunrise hospital where they gave me iv fluids and ibuprofen for the pain.the doctor told it will take a day or two for this to run its course and leave my body.presently I am back on my feet but still have the nausios feeling that I am hopeful will soon be completely gone.I have eaten at taco bell for many yaer and have not to may11, 2012 had anything go wrong.personally me and my family have always liked taco on ocassions for dinner and sometimes lunch.but now it may be hard to this chioce. sincerely;Robert J.
