I pulled into the drive through lane at 12:07. When I was finally given my food and drove away it was 12:30. This is absurd.
When given my food I was asked if I wanted any hot sauce. I asked for Mild sauce and a couple of extra ones. When I got home and dumped out the bad there were 48 packets of sauce.
I did nothing to deserve this treatment. I worked food service many years ago and I never treated a customer this way. There is no excuse.

On Wednesday, August 15, 2018 approximately around 7:05-7:40 I went inside to order my food. The young associate that took my order was pleasant. They wrote my name on my receipt and walked it back to the kitchen therefore I never received my receipt. The two patrons that ordered after me received their food. I asked the person at the register if they had started my food. I had this point been waiting 15 mins. The clerk said they thought they had already made it so the cashier reprinted my receipt and handed it back to the kitchen. In the meantime the managers had a shift change. The manager that had been there the longest while I was there was name Yaddi (not sure of the spelling). After 10 more mins I received my food. At this point I just wanted my money back and wanted to leave. The kitchen was a mess. The next person after me was shorted a piece of chicken and was upset. I took my food and left. I didn't bother to get my money back but I sure wish I had.

My name is Megan betty and i went to Taco Bell drive thru today Friday August 17, 2018 at 5:30pm and i was helped by a Hispanic woman..she told me how much my total was $12.43 took my money which was $20 and then proceeded to hand me my change but no receipt and she had not even asked if i would like one or not. I ordered a baha freese from the Lenoir City Tennessee taco Bell because the new carmal apple was defrosting at 5:20 in the afternoon. I took one sip of the baha freeze and instantly tasted a mildew taste. One week prior to that me and my sister had got two of the Skittle freezes and we both said they tasted weird, so I thought it was just that specific one. So I called the lenour City store and asked to speak to a manager and he tells me that it's the C02 sensor on the machine that's going out and causing that taste. Yet they're still serving them knowing theyers something wrong. And he assures me that he cleans the machines every night and it can't be mildew. So I asked if I could come back and exchange the drink and he goes to ask another manager and tells me that as long as I have my receipt I can come and exchange it for another freeze. I tried to explain to him that I didn't want another freeze because it would taste like that and it's making me sick, and that I paid more for the freeze then what a normal soft drink would cost. So I then asked him if I could just get a refund for it instead and he tells me "no". He says because the drink has done been consumed he can't give me a refund. I assured him I only took one sip of the mildew freeze and he still tells me "no". So my question is (if this is company policy) how does one know they're dissatisfied with something they've just purchase if they don't try it? How is it that I spend my hard earned money working in a hot factory 6 days a week, wearing steal toe shoes that cripple my feet at the end of the day, on a product that is clearly not my fault, but the stores fault, and I can't have my hard earned money back? I'm am very, very, dissatisfied with this situation, and I hope someone fixes the situation for me, or I'm never eating at any taco Bell ever again. As well as letting my friends and family all know how taco Bell Rob's you of your money and serves unhealthy products knowingly. And as well as getting in touch with a health inspector to let them know of my visit there.i have five witnesses that tasted the drink I just bought, and saw for their self's that it taste like mildew. unethical behavior within the workplace
Date of Incident: 8/16/2018
I WAS a proud employee of the Taco Bell KFC hybrid store until 8/16/2018 when I resigned from my position as a food preparation associate because of verbal abuse from my boss. I am complaining today due to communication within the workplace that was established that was inappropriate and other problems that I will list as follows. My boss, Mrs. [name removed] who is the manager of the store, abuses her position as a manager as follows:
1.) HARASSMENT: [name removed] harasses her employees by constant belittlement on their work, including when someone like me asks a question, and using profanity to assign tasks. Specifically she has made these exact remarks: "Why are you asking me? See that girl over there? Her name is Aurelia and she is a manager too, ask her to clock in." These kinds of remarks not only are disrespectful, but they are hurtful and this is the first reason why I left. profanity used: [censored]
2.) BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF: As an individual, I feel that I was taken advantage of within the workplace by [name removed] . I feel this way because I was assigned a SERIES of rather large responsibilities at once as an individual. There have been various times when I have had to work a 14 hour shift. Only being granted a 30 minute break. Along with this I am assigned with Dish, Lobby, Drive Thru, and Front Register all at the same time. Again, this is the second reason why I left, I do not like being taken advantage of.
3.) FEELINGS OF INCOMPETENCE: Every day I come to work, I try my best and give it 105%. I demonstrate this by not only taking care of my duties, but also helping my coworkers when the time is available. as an employee, I am NEVER on my phone and always take full responsibility for my actions. Despite my hard efforts, [name removed] uses VERBAL ABUSE as her primary way of making me feel incompetent. She does this by acting annoyed when talked to, and having sassy remarks for IMMACULATE customer service.
After receiving my paycheck today from my boss with snappy remarks regarding what time I had to come in to receive my check, I did not feel that I was being treated adequately to come into work without belittlement, and harassment. Due to me not coming into work, we had an altercation over telephone regarding my two weeks notice voicemail and me not coming in, where [name removed] advised me that I come into work today to work, or forfeit my position as a food preparation associate. Of course, feeling taken advantage of, harassed, and belittled I strongly advised her that I was not going into work.
I strongly advise that you ask insight from all of the current employees at this KFC Taco Bell franchise, as there are others in the workplace being verbally abused and taken advantage of.

I was at the taco bell on 72nd a pecos in Westminster co 80030 ph [protected]. It took 40 minutes after entering the drive through to reach the speaker. There was no way to exit the line without jumping a median. We ordered a box of tacos and were then told it would be another 20 minutes. I balked a bit then but said the the cashier...well I couldnt exit even if I wanted to. When we reached the window, I asked for a manager to complain without raising my voice. I asked for the corporate office phone number and the manager on duties name. She refused to give me that info. Said she did not know the store number. I paid for the tacos. I had three children with me under the age of 12. The manager said..Wait Im calling my manager. She then proceeded to tell me to get out of her line and that she was calling the police. I said well we already paid for the tacos. They refunded me. Half of me wanted to wait for the police. But with my niece in the car and It was 10 pm. We simply quietly left. After I got all freaked out once I got home. Since when do they call the police on a customer with a complaint of fast food taking an hour. I was about to run out of gas. It was ridiculous and actually scared me.
I was offered nothing for my troubles. When my niece called once we got home to see why the line was so long, she was informed it was because of a crazy lady who held up the line wanting corporate offices phone number. Like that would hold up the line. The date we were there was August 5th 2018 it was 10 pm. So it was not dinner hours The manager on duty who said she was calling the police on a woman with three children was Kianna. We would've been happy to have been offered some free drink. Telling a person you are calling the POLICE? That is totally unacceptable. She should be fired.
She should never have been put in any management position with her terrible attitude towards the customers. They blamed it on the lobby being busy. There were a total of three people in the lobby and zero patrons at the counter.
I would be happy if you pulled your video tape from that store at that time to see how your valued customers are being treated at that location.
Not only will we never go to your chain again, but we will tell our friends and relatives of our experience.
quality of food for the price
I like Taco Bell please don't get me wrong but all I can say is look at the pictures I sent. Ordered a Quesadilla that looks like a flour tortilla folded over. This is upsetting. I except the same portion quantity from every location I go to. But this was beyond me not saying something.

tacos are too small and low in calories.
The soft tacos are cheap but too low in calories so I must buy nearly 10 of them in order to feel like I have had a full meal. Also it is cheap but I must return for 10 more tacos when ends up making these soft tacos not so cheat after all.
I propose that Taco Bell either reduces the prices or adds more meat to each taco.
They are becoming Taco Mart or Wal-Bell or some mix.

I placed an order about 15 until closing. I understand they could have been upset. However they prepared 3 tacos and a soda. It took long enough for me to think they were making it fresh. Went to place my order and the cashier was to lazy to take off his gloves so he tried to place my order using his elbows. After I told him how unprofessional he was. And that is not how you represent the company you work for. He still messed up my order. So while waiting for my order all he did the whole time was stare at me. Making me feel uncomfortable. I got my food and sat down to eat he still kept staring at me. I couldn't even enjoy my meal

The manager and cashier refused to provide service and asked us to go make the drive thru line again because she thought we were talking to each other in the car and we asked for coke as in Coca Cola and the cashier a male said go to another Taco Bell I won't take your order here. Extremely nasty attitude I do not know how you can have that staff that talks to customers with such disrespect and refuses service something illegal. I would like to have them fired. The lady had blond hair she was in her mid 40's and the male was mid 20's nasty and rude.

The food was thrown together sloppyly and looked horrible on top of that taste as bad as it looked and we were qiven horrible filter water instead of fruit punch drinks guessing they were running out, could taste strong syrup and filter like needed to be changed to brand new drink filter, on top of that rude service on this horrible night of leaving the hospital with my daughter trying to grab an bite to eat to cheer her up before home this experience was TERRIBLE and I love taco bell but this location in fact none will see my face ever again not worth the money if this is how child&I will be cheated and or taken advantage of any longer.
chicken quesadilla
My name is Joe. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra sauce, through the drive through at about 11:45pm on Sunday Aug. 12 2018. Was given almost no chicken, cheese or sauce.. They also weren't very busy. One car in front of me, one behind.
(This is a recurring thing at this Taco Bell, even with other items.)
It will be nice the day I can visit my local Taco Bell without worries of being cheated of my money and given quality food.

worst service and took 3 days to replace meal
Boy at regsiter named andrew made crude sexual comments to woman ahead of me in line and then proceeded to talk to me and everyone else in restaurant as though they were a burden to him. I was there to pick up a replacement meal from 3 days prior and after waiting for 15 minutes they advised me they forgot the fryer was not on and it would be another 5 minutes before I would recieve my meal that id already attempted to get twice before. The lady wrote my name down 3 days prior when is called to tell them my food was cold and incorrect. The first time they said the fryer had broke so I told them id come back the following day. I did so and this is when the rude kid at the register tried to claim my name hadnt been written down until two ladies walked up and recongized I was the same woman whose name they had wrote down. They were behind on orders and all talking very crudely to each other. They said they would get my order ready and that is when I waited for at least 15 min just to be told they forgot the fryer. I feel I should be compensated for my time and discomfort that Andrew caused. I dont even want to go back tomorrow to try again to get my meal. Please make this right!
chicken quesadillas
I ordered 3 chicken quesadillas and received all three without any chicken on them! And to top it all off I waited in the drive thru line 30 minutes before I was even prompted to order and after I ordered I waited 15 more minutes before receiving my food and then when I get home to my hungry husband and 2 year old and we find out that none of our quesadillas have chicken on them extremely disappointed and would like to receive compensation for this major inconvenience!

There seems to be a high concern with the store location at 3605 S. High St. Columbus, OH 43207.
As a customer I should never hear any information about personal business that is involved with your employees. I have heard everything from money embarrassment of money to sexual misconduct with minors. As well as falsification of information and paperwork. Should no employee feel uncomfortable about working at an establishment where they are called names or even misjudgment by lack of knowledge, or even being bullied. It is a shame that all this happens and then management simply thinks it is okay since after the act has happens that an apologize came with it.
I would advise that you looking into this matter with great detail before someone takes it to the new and tarnish the name of Taco bell.

First off no one answering intercom...after waiting 5 minutes...drove to the window...no one there...after honking someone finally opens window...takes my order...get my food and one order is missing...so in top of what I already payed $21 I have to pay an additional $5.36 for a Nacho box...he tells me to pull in front for my box...after waiting
For another 15 minutes I send my daughter in to see what the hold up is...I finally get my box...this experience was one of the worse ever.

My eleven year old son told me we should not go into Taco Bell as a family. I asked why. He said there are inappropriately dressed girls on the walls there. I thought oh surely not. And we went anyway. Much to my surprise I saw exactly what he meant right by the door. Girl in binkni holding surf board several places. Women being degraded and used to sell Tacos. What in the world does this nearly naked girl have to do with eating at Taco Bell? I have found no connection. Just another way to exploit women.
not getting my food and my money back
So I went to but at Taco Bell cause I was hungry so I order two things and the total was 7 something so I took out my 20 dollar bill and gave it to the cashier she gave me 3 dollars back when I gave her a 20 and my change was supposed to be 12 dollars so then she called this other person and she said I only gave her 10 dollars when I took out 20 dammm dollars out my purse so she didn't give me my food back or my money

I would have to agree with the hiring manager. If you are unable to show up to a scheduled interview before even being given the job then how can the manager count on scheduling you into the week and you not show up and use your so called disability and having to work a side job as an excuse. If you were really in need of a job you would have shown up to the the interview at the time the manager had set aside to see you. You proved by first impression that you are unreliable.
You didn't show up for an interview what makes you think he can rely on you to show up to work.
