We went to Taco Bell at 10:20 in the morning and Taco Bell serves breakfast until 11am at our Taco Bell, we go into the store looking to grab breakfast and the girl and the manager behind the counter were EXTREMELY rude saying that they were no longer serving breakfast, needless to say we walked out of there and we are hoping that something gets done about this. The staff used to be great and it has gone downhill with practically no one to serve you. Very dissatisfied customers!

I get there and order a double cheesy gordita crunch, expecting it to look like the picture and get home. I guess they forgot half the toppings and were never trained on how to make a taco. It's sad to see your employees are to dumb to make the product you sell. Waste of my money and I'm starving. 5 thumbs down! It costs me over 5 dollars in gas just to get there and back so it's worthless to bring it back. Teach your employees how to do their job or they'll keep losing them.
ignoring customers during business hours
The location on Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens Florida almost never gets the orders right, and OFTEN ignores their customers during business hours. I normally just look past these indiscretions, but when your customers get to your establishment a half hour before you close and you just completely ignore them and the people behind them for fifteen minutes at a time -- that's just unacceptable.

trying to make my boys look bad becauase they gave there 2 week notices and took them off the schedule before the two weeks was up she don't deserve to be a manager, and she was putting some fryer grease inside the beef to make it temp, she don't deserve to be employed there she trying to make customers sick with what she did, and my boys don't need to be treated like that because she wants things her own way. thank you

When ordering soft tacos I was informed that they were out of tortillas and lettuce. The cashier asked if I wanted crunchy taco. I didn't want them but accepted. She then offered to substitute so I said sure please add sour cream. It wasn't until I was At home that I realized that not only had they charged for the free sour cream but there was no sour cream! Next I ordered (2) cheesey bean and rice burritos for my kids. As I was leaving the store 40 minutes after I ordered, I remember hearing the cashier tell another customer that they ran out of beans. My son bit into the burritos and found that we were given nothing but rice and nacho cheese. Finally, I ordered (2) quesadillas and one had literally no cheese! A Taco Bell with no tortillas, no lettuce and no beans? That is unacceptable. I feel that the franchise owner should be notified of their daily manager's incompetence. My receipt number was 4711 and the store number was E720355. I eat Taco Bell quite often but will only be returning to this location in order to speak with management. I have photos of my claim

I filed a complaint earlier today about a manager in Midwest city Oklahoma. I got a call from that very manager. I don't want to have that manager explain away him acting like a high schooler, I just want the Taco Bell owners to know who they are employing. He was rude and he wasn't appreciative of his job. I love Taco Bell very much I just think you should hire nicer employees

You've a terrific TV Ad about "5 in a box" or something similar; looked interesting and tasty. Went to the store on Fruitville Rd. (Tao Bell024541) and they told me they don't have any boxes but they can give me this: Beefy Mini Ques, Beefy Frito Bur, Crunchy Taco, Nacho Cheese and Sml Drink.
While the volume of food and the price were fair I must say the quality was certainly awful. Received each item separately wrapped in aluminum foil, soggy when opened, and most importantly there was little to no distinguishing taste or texture among the items. They were virtually terrible in every way and tossed in the trash quite quickly.
I'd always learned that the Advertising should be designed to fit the product, your Ad should have stated that if volume is what you're after, come on in. If taste and flavor are your goal, go elsewhere.

My food was not made to satisfaction, it was thrown together no meat, a half of scoop of meat ! When I went to inform the supervisor(old Spanish lady) (not sure of her name b/c she was not wearing a name tag) of the problem, she stated " Oh My God " like she didn't want to be bothered, then turned around and ignored me till I walked away! I was not in the mood to curse her out so I just walked away not eating, my horrible food .This will be the last time me or anyone in my family will ever eat at Taco Bell ! Brenda was extremely rude and treated me very discourteous. I would like to see her FIRED! She would not even do what I asked of her and refused to give me to another manager that cared. She has no business at all. I attempted to order a nacho Fri box substituted the burrito for the ingredients of a nacho griller. She is extremely rude every time I go in there and is the only manager that has a really snotty attitude.

The manager Ashley Laramee at the cedar city Taco Bell continues to verbally harass a lot of the employees. She threw a pan at one of the employees who now wants to quit after being there for a couple of years. She is disrespectful and has no business managing employees with her Anger issues. Even the GM has made comments that she has anger issues but she is working on them.
She is not working on anything but bullying the hourly help. We all want to go to work and do a good job without Ms Laramee throwing a fit every time any kind of issue arises and we go to her for guidance. Instead of trying to help us, it becomes a yelling match about how stupid we all are and she starts throwing things. Last of which was a cinnabon pan at one of the employees.
We employees are getting sick of her harassing us all on a daily basis, but need our jobs.
Could you please look into this and get something settled for us.

On 8/19/18 at 2:20 pm myself, my mother, my son and my nice went to Taco Bell at Route 50 Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. We had 2 separate eat in orders. My mother and niece ordered first, then myself and my son. We waited at least 15 minutes or more for our food. My mother and niece got and did not get soft taco supreme (4) that were ordered. My other took the order back and they made the correct tacos. On my order with my son, I ordered a crunch wrap supreme meal which comes with a taco. My crunch wrap supreme was falling apart. I didn't get the taco that came with it. My son was going back up to complain about my meal, but I told him to forget it that we already waited too long and there were others waiting for their food that waited a long time too. I believe the other customers were having the same problems. I also had to wipe the table down because it had not been cleaned.
I don't recall the exact date but about a week or two ago at the most my mom and I went into the same Taco Bell and there were quite a few what looked to be displeased customers waiting for food. A friend was in there eating and told us they waited about 15 minutes for their food and all the other people standing at the front had been waiting at least that long. We did not order and left. We gave Taco Bell another chance and it wasn't a good experience.
Why is it taking so long to get the food and the orders are not correct? We have at this Taco Bell location many other times and have had excellent service, excellent food and the tables were clean. How will these issues be handled? The reason I ask is I'm really not sure if I want to go in to Taco Bell for ant further bad experiences.

There very unprofessional closes before time under staffed reserving old food smoking weed around the building sometimes working with just one manger and one staff it's insane I have made several complaints brain/Larry the store district over the building he doesn't care working people for less than what they deserve the employees and managers stealing money on over night the overnight manger William and Dawn is fully aware of the employees taken money under staffed Barley answers the phones to speak with anyone regarding anything or complaints they're very rude . I'm informing you of this to please look into it and not brush it off like it's nothing anything regarding food u been looked into if not I will take actions and take higher steps. My boyfriend and I have been to the Taco Bell on brown street multiple times and the workers there have always been so rude to us. We have always used please and thank you and never get any response. We both work in the service industry and know this is not the way to treat customers. We enjoy the food so we have come back but we honestly are not willing to come back because of such poor customer service, it's ridulous because this is the third time I've written a complaint and nothing has become of it. If someone from your company could show some type of sympathy that would be great because we're fed up. Thank you.

Tonight at 6:30pm 8/19/18 I went to the taco bell on sprague ave in spokane valley and ordered a mexican pizza and chicken soft taco . Got home and opened taco and there was 1 piece of chicken in it. Then opened mexican pizza and it was all slopped to one side of the box. I was so upset because every time I have gone to this taco bell there has always been something wrong. I wasn't going to go there this evening because every time has been horrible but I thought I'd give them another chance.
I thought you should know what is going on at this taco bell. I will never go again.

I stopped at Taco Bell after a day filled with school shopping. I proceeded to order a Crunchwrap Supreme with NO tomatoes. When I got home, approximately 15-20 mins after, I noticed my wrap had absolutely nothing but lettuce on it and a small amount of cheese! I threw it out! My soft shell that came with the combo was loaded with meat! Very disappointing that I paid for a whole meal and got nothing but lettuce! I will also be calling the store!
water coming into store
Brighton, Colorado Prairie center taco Bell store number 033874, had water coming into the store, I talked to 2 different employees about getting a towel, caution sign, buckets something before someone got hurt they didn't do anything. Asked for manager said not in today. They saw me take the video and photos and still did nothing. As you can see for the beginning of video sun had come out stuff was dry. They all left the store to return with flowers and cupcakes.She parked right in front of the door. I found this very unprofessional and stealing from the company as her children were drinking free soda as they sat at the table playing cards. I pulled up to the drive thru and observed a man smoking pot under the trees behind the restaurant. Gave them my order, told the girl at the window about the man smoking pot, and got my order. She didn't seem to be concerned about it! Got home and was missing part of my almost $40 order. Tried several times to call, no answer. Went back and asked for a manager. Told her about the man smoking pot. All she wanted to know was if he was white. I said, no he was black. I then told her about my missing items and she said she would replace them. No I'm sorry, nothing! I'm wondering if the whole staff was smoking because no one that I dealt with was even surprised. Won't be going back!
