Taco Bell minutes waited

I placed my order at 12:58p and did not receive my food until 1:12p. That is almost 15mins I had to wait to get food at a FAST food place. This is not the first time I have gone to get food and had to wait long period of time to receive food.
Not only did I have to wait but there were several other customers that walked in after me and stood there for over 5 minutes before anyone came to the front to take their order.

Taco Bell service received (if that's what you call it) my employees

Went to Taco Bell on 8/31/18 to replace an order that was wrong on 8/29/18. The girl running the cash register was new, stated that she had no idea how to handle my request and instead of calling someone to help me, just went on to take the next person's order! I leaned over the counter and asked the woman taking Drive Thru orders if she could help. I explained my order was screwed up from 2 days ago and that Jivaie told me to come back and it would be replaced for free. But since I didn't like 2 of the 3 items I had gotten, I would like to order something else and would happily pay extra for those items. This involved a total of 3 people from behind the counter who kept insisting I had to order the exact same food. I continued explaining I didn't like the food and wanted different food -- this was only a total of $6.30 - how hard could this be? Finally, in a time crunch, I said "Whatever, give me the food then. I'll eat the food I didn't like the first time." They took my original receipt behind the counter. A wonderfully pleasant girl came to the counter and said "You really wanted 2 Burrito Supreme's correct?" I said yes. 5 Minutes later, the cashier who was new and apparently, didn't know any of her co-workers names (I asked!), handed me my bag and said she checked to make sure the food was correct. I looked in the bag and noticed my receipt was missing. I asked the new girl where my receipt was. She said "They won't give it to you." I told her to please have someone come up and give me my receipt. She goes back, gets a girl to come up and says "We aren't giving you your receipt back, our GM said we shouldn't." Just as I was about to go crazy, the wonderfully pleasant girl comes up to the counter, doesn't say a word and hands me my receipt. The entire incident took 20 minutes to resolve. All because Taco Bell screwed up my order the first time. I mean seriously -- clearly, none of these workers have proper training and ZERO customer service skills (other than the wonderfully pleasant girl). Every day for the past year, they have signs all over indicating they are hiring Management employees. CLEARLY, they need to hire BETTER SKILLED employees who understand how to deal with the public. I have contacted Taco Bell Corporate about this and will post on all Social Media. It was ridiculous and unnecessary what I had to go thru all becuz instead of giving me a Burrito Supreme that I paid $3.79 for 2 days ago, they gave me some stupid burrito off the Dollar Menu. Their fault yet I had to pay!

Taco Bell service

Tonight we thought we would pick up some Taco Bell for dinner at our downtown Redding location. BIG MISTAKE! We waited for twenty five minutes! We could've went to a restaurant and been seated in the amount of time it took for them to give us our order--and at least then we would've been served water and possibly an appetizer in that amount of time. I was so disappointed that it will be a while before we go back.

Taco Bell food and service

I went to the taco bell in Rockledge Florida last night. I waited in line inside. After a few minutes an employee said they were not taking any more orders! NO EXPLANATIONS! Tonight I went to the same taco bell and waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes! There were only a few cars in front of me! When I finally got to the window I still had to wait! When I FINALLY got my order I went home and sat down to eat. I ordered 5 soft taco supremes which had no tomatoes or sour cream on any of them! They had very little of anything at all on them. I also ordered (3) 5 layer burritos which were falling apart when we opened them! I also ordered 2 cinnamon twists that had no cinnamon on them and they were in the bag UPSIDE DOWN! Needless to say I AM NOT HAPPY!

Taco Bell I am complaining about the food...

Silsbee, Tx Taco Bell used to be a favorite but no more. I ordered the new Gordita Crunch box and drink.
The drink was THE ONLY THING RIGHT. The tacos were overly greasy. The gordita was incredibly messy and horribly thrown together it was falling all over the place.
Dr Pepper? Was actually pretty good. But the food was awfully made and under it to eat.

Taco Bell product

I just move to Englewood Co, from Dallas Texas, I normally love your food. Tonight after a long day, I decide to get my normal two beef borretos and a pizza. I'm told you don't make the beef borrettos any more. So I have to pay for a supreme and remove everything to get what I want and pay for stuff I don't want. Ok I did it, long day I'm hungry. Get home the pizza is covered in tomato's and the borretos are made with every thing on it. Can't eat any of it after a 12 hour shift. I'm upset enough to do this and learn that there is a del taco up the street. You lost a 30 something year customer who will not be back because I can't get what I want at your place anymore.

Taco Bell i'm complaining about food quality

I visited Taco Bell 027323 and I had problems in food everytime because I ordered vegetarian food so beans are coming like very cold so once I eat that taco the beans are really stuck in my throat once I drink something than it goes inside because I love taco so I usually visit taco 3-4 time a week but after had this experience I stop going at this place because inside store was very nesty and drink are out some time no sauce so please look this problem because before I eat with my family's they thinking to make complaints but I had same problems 4th time in related to food so this time I think to make complaints and let you know about problems

Taco Bell service

The service at this location was disgusting. I placed my order through the drive thru and when I received my bag all my food appeared to have been tossed in the bag. All three burritos were not wrapped right and were spilling inside the bag. The quesadilla was folded and inside a ripped bag. But the worst was yet to come when I went inside and heard the amount of profanity used by two female employees in the presence of the Manager and other patrons. I then decided that it wouldnt matter since there was obviously there is no sense of respect. I just requested to know her name (Maria). I sort of felt sorry for her since she looked intimated. I tossed my food out $34.01 worst because I couldnt even trust that it was handled properly. I will never spend my money here and I will make sure that my local Community is made aware of this. Service Delivery should be their #1 priority.

Taco Bell did receive correct change from drive thru

I stopped by my local taco bell after shopping which I normally do and ordered a chicken quesadilla. When I received my change I stuck it console awaiting my food. I received my order and left the drive thru. I checked my change while waiting at the stop light and notice they forgot to give me a $5. I immediately back and explained this, but when the supervisor 'said' she 'counted the drawer' (not in front of me and after the drive thru worker went behind closed doors with her) she returned stating her drawer was accurate and that her driver through worker had given me exact change.? I said that was incorrect and showed her everything I had been given and offer to let her look in my wallet/truck! I can't believe this is a business and allowed to happen. Aren't there video recordings that can corroborate what happened? If it was simply loose change it wouldn't be an issue, but the fact that it was $5 is a little more of a significance. The supervisor didn't even offer a solution or credit or something.?! Please check your store #013738 since there's some fraudulence going on there...

Taco Bell 2 double cheesy gordita $6.98

We discovered after driving 9 miles back home, that there wasn't any cheese on either Gordita. The rest of the food was good. The Gorditas were bland and blah without any cheese. We have patronized this store many times since moving to the Lansing area from Fort Wayne, IN over two years ago. And we have eaten at Taco Bell since 1975. This was a very disappointing experience. We would like a coupon or some form of exchange to be used at the Taco Bell store. Many thanks.

Taco Bell power menu burrito

I tried the power menu burrito for the first time and was vomiting horribly the rest of the night. I was very unhappy with the turn out . I've enjoyed other Taco Bell items before but this one had me sick all night. I'm not sure if the avocado was bad or the steak but if there is some fix Taco Bell can provide like gift card to compensate I would appreciate it.

Taco Bell food, customer service, manager

On August 24th i drove thru the drive thru to place an order and wasn't sure what i wanted to eat. I asked the lady taking my order if they had anything with 2 tacos and a burrito or something with a taco and just a burrito, the lady was inpatient and rude to begin with and was rushing me, and if she had any suggestions and she acted like she didn't have any, told me whatever i see on the menu is all they have and she kept sighing letting me know that i should just make an order that there were other people to help, i looked behind and there were no other customers, finally i asked for just a taco and a burrito and regardless of her rudeness i still Thanked her she didn't respond but as i pulled i explained it was my first time at Taco Bell there with all the new stuff they had. I gave her my money apology, she snatched my card, told me my total and i thanked her again and she didn't respond but closed the window, so i got my order shortly after and I pulled to the side to check it to make sure i didn't forget anything and thought I'd take a bite. I noticed the lettuce was yellow and a piece had black edges around it, i called and asked for the Manager in whom introduced himself as Gary and he said there was no way the lettuce was no good because he checked the lettuce himself and i stated "Sir, i have worked in the restaurant business before and i know exactly what fresh lettuce looks like and how it should not be served" and i asked if he wanted me to send a screen shot because i can take one and send it to him, he asked me to bring it back in and he would replace it for me or i could bring it back tomorrow. I then told him i would bring it back when i get a chance i had to go to work i was late. So i let him know i would probably be getting off at 8 p.m. and he said he would be there till 9 p.m . I let my boss know the situation and she was ok with me taking the food back and i walked in and the cashier was very kind and asked if i was helped or could she help me an older lady and i asked for a Manager or Supervisor two employees let him know that a Manager was needed and he came around the corner and stated loudly like i was a friend or someone visiting him on a personal matter and said "What's Up?" I looked at him irritated and fed up with Taco Bell already, and I said "Excuse me?! What's Up?
"Excuse me Sir but do you mean,
Good Afternoon Mam how may i help you or how can i help Mam or Miss?" Could you be more Professional than that? " And i let him know I was Marie and i had spoken with him about a couple minutes ago about my order and i tried to show him the lettuce and be quiet about the situation since there were others waiting to place and order. He never even looked at the lettuce i was trying to show him. He said "I can replace it with another order or give you credit for another day which one do you want? " I told him neither i just want my money replaced i will never come back ever again and I will go somewhere else that my whole experience there with the rude and very unhelpful drive thru lady was not right and his attitude was unprofessional as well. I had already had my receipt out and had it placed on the counter ready for him and i told him and as he got upset about what i told him about my experience he tells me "I need the receipt back, "i said "It's Right here in front of you Sir. And he snatched it up took out the money and crunched it, instead of counting it out for me and placing it in my hand he put it on the counter and slid it, i picked it up counted it and still tried to be nice and say "Sorry" and smiled so as not to disturb the other Customers i quietly left.

Taco Bell manager on duty and employees

We have been going to this restaurant in Woodland Park Colorado for many many years now and the quality of the management and employees as well as the cleanliness and professionalism of this location has gone down hill.

The current manager (Brent) does not care about the filthy dining area, restrooms and kitchen. He allows the employees to do anything they want and shows no discipline.

A young customer (Freind of several employees) last week challenged the manager and said he would throw a full cup, of soft drink over the counter from the order line and into the kitchen at the staff cooking. Brent told the boy he didn't care what he did. So, the boy threw the cup across the counter into the kitchen hitting the sign board above the register making a high mess on the counter and behind the counter. The manager ignored it and said nothing. The cashier just laughed and did nothing either.

The dinning room and restrooms were a mess and no one cleaned them the entire time we were there.

The roodness and arrogant employees at this location seem more concerned with themselves and there visiting friends instead of the restaurant and the customers. This is horrible. The manager should be fired., the employees disciplined.

We will recommend none of our friends go back to this Taco Bell. We will not go back either. This problem just keeps getting worse over time. We are afraid the food safety is not an issue with this staff and our food may not be handled properly, nor kept at proper temperatures.

Taco Bell speed and food quality.

The Taco Bell in Dickinson, North Dakota is absolutely horrible in many ways! The service was incredibly slow, they got out order wrong and the quality of the food was sickening. On top of that the floors are filthy, the bathrooms are filthy and the toilets don't work. The whole place is outdated, its all an assortment of the colors purple, pink, red, and blue. I have never seen a Taco Bell that looks this outdated and this filthy. I feel that this should be adressed and that this Taco Bell should either be shut down or fixed.

Taco Bell soggy tacos

I ordered my food not too long ago. But the time I got to my destination my food was completely soggy and I wasn't even able to eat. I been at the hospital with my husband all day and not only did I waste my money I'm also still hungry because I refuse to eat it. I don't have time to go back and forth with them on getting my food right. They knew the food was old when they handed it to me. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal with the mango fiesta and a #6 the calupa meal. Everything was cold and soggy. My destination was not even 5 minutes away. I wasted $15 for nothing because we didn't even eat

I went to the taco bell in columbus ohio off morse rd this morning i ordered my food pullee around to the window and the lady was rud, she tossed my food to me and closed the window didnt say hace a good day or anything. Taco Bell nachos belgrande, no receipt, no sauce

Did not provide a receipt, claimed that they could not reprint receipt, I said.. You need to provide a receipt . Paid for steak on nachos and extra cheese, received regular nachos belgrande. Backed up behind the 2 cars that were behind me. Asked them to fix it... They were surprisingly not remembering and almost didn't fix it. I had no proof. I understand they may have been busy. I've worked in restaurants. However the customer service was way below par. I did not receive my taco sauce requested either. At that point it was not worth getting back in the drive thru line a third time. Happens Saturday August 25th

Taco Bell order and staff behavior

I am a frequent visiter of Taco Bell and never had any problem except few time Especially this particular Taco bell. Tonight I went to Taco Bell with my Son to order meal for him. I did order tonight order #196242. The guy taking the order was very rude. After giving order we started waiting the for our order. The guy named phillis threw our order on the counter without calling our order number. After asking is it our order he answered very rudely. We go to Taco Bell for get our Lunch or Dinner, not to get insulted. Very disappointed by the staff of Taco Bell. Cashier Sandy always take wrong order. We have to correct it every time.

Taco Bell drive thru

I asked my husband to stop by a taco bell (9008 Holly Road Grand Blanc, MI 48439) on the way home from work to pick us up a $5.00 box.he pulled thru the drive thru & asked for the chulupa w/soft taco & brisk mango fiesta.which i found on There own website& he said they all started laughing at him!

They gave him some water down tea& no soft taco or chalupa.everything was cold.it takes him about 50 min and hour to get home.so its not like he could go back and tell them how ignorant, unprofessional& rude they were.i have the receipt, but i will not give our personal info.so these workers cant possible contact us.thanks taco bell.wont be going back.you have cameras, right? You should check them more often.

Taco Bell the food

So, my dad bought my family tacos and burritos, and it was very good, but it is called a bean AND BEEF burrito, not a bean burrito and some beef. I would just like there to be about an equal amount or just put more beef on the burrito. This is just a suggestion but turned into a complaint. All I am saying is that if this happens again I may never get the bean and beef burrito again. Please take this as a suggestion thank you.
