Went to our local Taco Bell when we saw a commercial for the 3-cheese burritos, which were great. When offer ended we ordered beef & bean
Burritos. They were great as well. Second visit took beef & bean burritos home, opened & they had hardly anything in them- very disappointed! The pic in beginning of site I went to shows these really full burrito/ingredients coming out both ends of burritos. Contacted Taco Bell, explained situation but never received any answer, even said we'd think twice about returning. Figured we'd give them another chance ( we go thru drive-thru) told girl taking order about our dissatisfaction, told her "we ordered 3 beef & bean burritos a few days ago, they only had about 1/3 amt of contents in them & I'd like them to be filled". Girl didn't say a word. Next window paid, father said thank you, no response, went home. When opened bag, took one out & saw there were 4 burritos in bag, but nothing was said to my dad about this. Ate the burrito, it was mostly beans & rice not much beef, was like eating a plain bean burrito with not much taste which is why we go to Taco Bell & not Mighty Taco. Basic cheesy bean & rice burrito costs $1.00, then charge extra for ea add'l ingredient, meat costing $.60 ea. How much for nacho cheese, etc. I would like to

I ordered 2 tostadas at drive-thru at your location in Dodgeville, Wi. 1st the drive thru cashier was rude and unfreindly when i asked if i could please get some hot sauce. 2nd when i opened the package after driving off i discovered the shells had one dry crusty dollop of beans that covered an 1/8 of the shell. It was plain to see that no effort whatsoever was put into msking these edible. With disgust i had to drive back to the location and confront management who tried to make excuses and kept trying to come up with an explanation. The manager was unwilling to take responsibility. Then gave a refund but did not look at the receipt and shorted me. I have pics of tostadas!

I went into the tacobell on barten Blvd in rockledge fl and it took 15 mins for them to get my food to me and when i got it it was all falling apart and looked like it had been rushed to be made, Which doesn't make any sense due to it taking 15 minutes unless they just forgot about the order, When I tried calling customer service to inform them of the issue the person I was speaking to told me they would not call me back for any reason and told me one complaint won't do anything to help the store, It's a shame because I love Taco Bell but after my experience they will never get a dime from me again
my check being shortened in july
On June 30, 2018, I put in a total of 87 hours which is overtime .. Its been 2 months since i haven't heard anything about why i was short 15 hours on my first check in July . I've also talked to the area coach of Taco Bell August 2, 2018 and was told that she was going to get back with me on the following Monday, I didn't get a reply back or anything and I've also emailed her on that following Monday, August 8, 2018 .. I've been waiting and waiting on some kind of information on why it happened .. I have all of the little slips on the hours i put in .. Yes my name is sean and I do postmates and I was picking up my food throught the drive thru. I asked for a seprate order amd he couldn't do it. So I ordered anyway. I got to the window as soon as I got the food. I asked for a receipt and was refused. I asked to speak with a manager and he said I am the manager. I had to cancel my Call and call the customer back to tell him I couldn't deliver. The customer was very upset. I have never had no problems with taco bell till I went to this taco bell. rice price vs qty

I ordered 2 sides of seasoned rice from your Twinsburg Ohio location and it is seriously the smallest serving ever. Ill attach a picture with a quarter as size comparison. For 1.50 each, I expect to get more of a scoop of a rice instead of a tablespoon. Anyway, you guys could make this up to me with a 5$ gift card? Any plans on you guys making rice bowls instead of just tacos?

Im a 45 year old man that has been a lifelong customer of Taco Bell In Tucson Az.
I live Three blocks from a Grant location store and visit the store approx. 3-4 times a month and usually spend around $20.00 on assorted menu Items for my wife and mainly Beef burritos for myself.
I went in tonight to get some burros and was told that youve discontinued this menu item.
Im sorry to say that this was my preffered menu item and that with the discontinuation of said item, I will no longer remain a faithful customer of your franchise.
I feel that over the years your franchise has gone away from a lot of the original menu items, and tried too hard at twisting what was once a great basic mexican fast food chain.
I wish your company no real bad will, I just believe in spending my money on what I really want

double cheesy gordita crunch meal
I just purchased this meal and just couldn't not complain about my tacos
First of all, they were delicious, but there wasn't even a 1/4 teaspoon of shredded cheese on the 2 tacos and the Gordita.
This is ridiculous! The name indicates "double cheesy" ?

Sat in drive thru for 18 min at 6:30 pm 9-3-2018 at Grand Forks ND, did not get the taco we ordered. So my husband went in to tell them. But no one would help him. He said the girl just looked at him and walked by him 3 times. Another man asked for a straw, as the container was empty. So she gave him a dirty look and handed him the whole bag of straws. So the guy had to load the container himself. Really! There was food and hot sauce all over the floor. There were many dirty tables. Staffs clothes were very dirty also. People were shaking there heads at the lack of service. My husband never did get the taco he had paid for, so he walked out, and so did another guy. This has been going on for so long. Don't see why they are not turned in to the health department. This is the last time we will be going to Taco Bell here unless things change.

This is to inform you at store # 003798 yesterday 9/2/18, my order # 210975 took almost 30 minutes to receive, there is a lack of help in this restaurant as well as the one on Chinden Bvd in Garden City, Idaho. I have been a customer for 6 years and have never seen a more dirty and lack of customer service in these 2 places. I suggest you fly out corporate to visit these 2 places and get some customer service training going on. Honestly to waite 30 minutes for 3 items in this day and age is ridiculous!

I recently visited the Taco Bell on St Augustine Road in Valdosta Georgia on September 2nd 2018 at approximately 10:30 p.m. I went through the drive-thru and when the lady took my order after she gave me the total it was clear that she didn't bring it up correctly. When I got to the window I let her know I want to Chicken on everything. I knew the total because I come there all the time and I get the same thing so I knew exactly how much it should have been with the substitution of chicken. She had an attitude because it had already been made and I just made it clear that I had already ordered it a certain way. Either way I specified what I wanted which was Chicken on everything in my Gordita Crunch box because I do not eat beef. Shiri run my stuff up and the price is more in the price range where should have been which was $7.90. I got home and my food still had the beef in the Gordita Crunch. I paid extra for the chicken because I don't eat beef so I felt like with me making it clear twice at the window and at the intercom that my food to be prepared correctly. This is not the first time that I've had an attitude with this location and received issues with my food being correct. I spend a lot of money here and I come here at least once a week for lunch. This is just unacceptable especially for the fact that there was an attitude with the person who had to correct the order even though I ordered it correctly.

Tonight i ordered 4 soft taco supremes...order was correct on the screen...got home to see 4 hard taco supremes instead. Then i said thank you to the girl who handed me the food...and she said nothing...very very rude. This tacobell needs to learn customer service skills because they have bad attitudes all of the time. I believe that this company is not following manager policy because a manager is living with an employee that works there. I belive that is unprofessional and should not be acceptable. The area coach did nothing about it when I informed him what was going on. Also the RGM did nothing either. I don't know if anyone higher up knows about the manager and employee living together but I think it should be resolved. They shouldn't choose who gets to follow the company policy.

I came through the drive through and my whole order was completely messed up. I had called to let them know and because I live in Richland and I got my food in Pasco I told them i would come the next day and they said that was fine and they would replace my entire order for me having to drive back out and since everything was completely messed up and missing. Before I came I let then know I was on my way and the lady I spoke to said that she was going to replace my entire order as well I confirmed it before I came. When I got there the lady I spoke to said the lady that i talked to her left and said she was only going to replace my bean burritos. I said that's not what we had talked about and said my entire order would be replaced. I told her it she could please call the lady I talked to to confirm what was said. She then said she would call her. Then all of a sudden the lady came out from the back that I had talked to on the phone and said she would only replace the burritos. I told her that's not what you said to me on the phone. She was extremely rude. She then started talking to her coworker in Spanish and her coworker was telling me in English then the manager would talk to me in English so they were talking about me in Spanish as if I couldn't understand them. She told me to go get the food from the garbage and bring it back if I wanted my order replaced. She said she could give me 3 cups of cheese since they were missing and I told her what am I supposed to do with cheese just eat it plane and she said yes. She then tried to keep my receipt after I told her I would be calling corporate and told me if I wanted my receipt than I wouldn't get my burritos replaced and said she threw it away I told her I needed it for so when I call corporate and the other go worker said we can't get it out the trash but then the manager went and grabbed it out the trash. I left after all 3 ladies were extremely rude to me and liked and when I called to get the managers name she told me it was confidential and couldn't give me her name and that she's the manager and if I try to complain it's a franchise and would just get back to her and nothing would happen. I have never been treated that rude before and will never again eat at taco Bell. I know I'm just one customer and it probably won't mean anything losing me but you should never treat someone like they treated anyone. I'm so upset I was crying. I've never been treated that bad before.

Nasty never ate so gross no cheese hard shell soggy rotten lettauce. Soft shell just as bad. Very dissatisfied spent 32.06 for a waste of food. I called to same something and they was completely rude like I just spent almost 40 dollars on nasty food. My kids just got home from school to disgusting food. And to be so rude is uncalled for. Yesterday when i went to the Taco Bell on Kingston pike in Knoxville, TN i ordered 2 beefy frito burritos with NO BEEF because i am a vegetarian. I made sure the man understood me and asked him to repeat it twice due to my dietary restrictions. When i received my food i left the drive thru and hurried to work. I opened my first burrito which was made correctly and ate it and assuming that the second one would be correct because i was in a hurry, the first was correct, and my order was simple i didn't bother to look inside the second burrrito. I began to eat it and after 3 bites i realized that there was beef inside. I haven't eaten beef in 2 years so you can imagine how sick I've been due to that experience. Luckily I'm only feeling sick because If i asked for no beef due to an allergy i could've died.
This Taco Bell has messed up my orders multiple times in the passed. They make it incorrectly, they've forgotten to give me items, and they've charged me for things i haven't ordered. I've called to complain and the number is always busy.
I only go to this location when I'm on my way to work so I'm always in a hurry and haven't been upset enough to be compelled to write a complaint rather than call but at this point I'm ready to sue the company because my health is involved.
