Taco Bell nacho supreme

On 19/9/2018, at approx 4:16 pm order#288215, I ordered a Nacho Supreme and 6 Crunchy Tacos. The Nacho Supreme cost $2.79. The picture on the order board of the Nacho Supreme is like I remember seeing and eating. The product which was produced was about half the size of the picture but cost the same price, What a dupe here! I am requesting a refund ($2.79) and the signage at this particular establishment be changed to accurately reflect what they are selling:

Cost of products have gone up. To stay in business, it's either raise the price or downsize the product. They usually enlarge the picture so you can see what you're ordering.

Taco Bell food/ hygiene

I just came to this taco bell location, went tru the drive trough. I was missing an item on my order so I went inside, the manager was really cool and requested the kitchen to make my food. As I was waiting there( took a good 15 minutes) I notice one of the kitchen employees is making the food w/o gloves... At first I was like maybe he has clear gloves so I keep staring at him. The guy literally licked his hand to remove some sauce had slipped or whatever, and then continued to make a customer's burrito, he then comes and hands the food the customer and I can SEE AT A CLOSE DISTANCE THUS GUY HAS NO GLOVES AT ALL. I then tell the cashier "Hey is this guy not supposed to weat gloves"... she said yes but takes no action, After I obviously got upset and started saying that this is disgusting and I'm not taking my food I can see the guy putting some blue, bright [censored] gloves on.
Honestly, I didn't eat my food, just drop the receipt and walked out w/o my refund but my friends did since Inwas the only one in the store and they waited 15 minutes outside. I legit saw him licking his hand, making a burrito and giving it directly to a customer!

Never going back to this location nor Taco Bell overall. You guys are disgusting for allowing your personal to do this, I wish I had recorded the incident. Check your cameras, that was 10 minutes ago from now

Taco Bell tostadas

I have been to taco bell recently and both times when I got home to eat supper I have been very disappointed in my meals..I cant afford to go all the way back to taco bell to get refunds and replacements. I am really upset over this. I think a gift card might work. date of last sale 9-16-18 at 1:00. store # 027040. order # 390424. I am on limited income and can not afford the gas or money to eat a meal.

Taco Bell hialeah florida location

Im not sure you company is aware or not but a video has gone viral of a Taco Bell in Hialeah Florida where employees are refusing to speak English. They are not serving customers whom speak only English. This is a problem and needs attention ASAP!

Taco Bell this store runs out of everything

The taco bell on aero drive in san diego runs out of everthing. Been there atleast 4 times in the last 30 days and hasnt had large cups every time. Tonite i got 2 medium cups and only filled 3/4 the way. They even ran out of 1s n 5s n had to get my change back in quarters. The time before this i asked for 2 cheesy potato grillers and 1 had just 1 potato piece in it no cheese a drop of sour cream and wasnt even grilled. The other wasnt grill but did have more of eveything in it and still had no large cups this place is very busy at night and shouldnt run out of anything if the manager does his or her job right and now u lost my budiness for good

Taco Bell service

I went to Yaco Bell this morning after working a long night shift. I get to the drive thru and I'm looking for the breakfast menu, no one has greeted me so I finally said I am having trouble locating the breakfast menu...she started blurting out items and I stopped her and said I'll just take an egg and cheese Crunchwrap I hash brown and an ice coffee so she told me that the coffee machine was not working and she asked me did I want sauce on my crunch wrap and did I want no meet I told her I would take whatever came on it plus the egg and cheese and she just kept on insisting no meat she was rushing me through the order so finally I just said yes fine I get to the window where she also tells me that they are completely out of sauce my food was already ready which I thought was great until I opened it up to put my teeth into an ice cold crunch wrap and my hash brown was hard as a rock they didn't even get it in the paper before they threw it in the bag they just threw the I get to the window where she also tells me that they are completely out of sauce my food was already ready which I thought was great until I opened it up to put my teeth into an ice cold crunch wrap and my hash brown was hard as a rock they didn't even get it in the paper before they threw it in the bag they just threw the Wrapper and the hash brown into the bag worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant .

Taco Bell tacos / burritos

Old lettuce on items purchased. Burritos (4) were cold & not fully cooked. Crunchwrap cold, bad lettuce & no sour cream. Entire order disgusting. Jayanna at window didn't even have order in register and had to give order again. No wonder her line at window was long
Male inside at front counter had pants hanging off his [censored]. Not exactly what customers want to see. Order 360057

Taco Bell walk in service closed and drive thru wrapped around building

I came to taco on red bridge blvd 9/15/18 around 6:15pm to get food, the lobby was locked and me and 3 other customers were told they were closed and to use the drivethru which was wrapped all the way around the building. We sat in line for a really long time and have never had a restaurant lock it's doors this early! Big inconvenience! Next time I'll take my business to el maguey I'm Ray town, Mo!

Taco Bell mexican workers not serving english customers

It is completely unacceptable for your workers to deny English speaking American customers. Your company needs to be shut down and deported to Mexico! Fire them now! Is time you retrain yourself and your company employees or get the hell out of America! We accepted you here as Mexicans...how disgusting your ungrateful Mexican employees are! Make this right or get out of our country!

Taco Bell food overcharge

Date of visit 9/14/18 2pm. Batesville ARDue to advertising on tv ordered Chrunchwrap $5 box and Taco Supreme $5 box. Charged $14+change. Flabbergasted when a heavy white lady came to front shouting where where her counter people. Not the person. I was going to complain to besides others were in line so here we are. Please respond. Taco Bell drive thru service

My husband and I stopped for Taco Bell after work wth our child and had many issues with our visit. The drive thru person Monica was very rude. When we ordered at the screen - we had to repeat ourselves multiple times because she was having side conversations with the other employees. Once we pulled forwarded - a few items were missing from our order and receipt. we waited for the remaining food we thought we ordered, a gentleman opened the window and said"wad up ?" We explained ordered 12 cinn bites but only got and paid for 4 - but we said it was okay we would take the 4. The gentleman didn't respond and closed the window. As we waited again, Monica opened the window and said to us " can you pull forward or what?" We explained we were waiting on the quesadilla and she said "but did you order it "? We said yes, she replied " I asked you if everything on the screen was correct and you said yes " my husband went on to explain how he did order it regardless if it was on receipt or not. Monica repeated multiple times "is it on the receipt?" ", "is it on the receipt?", "is it on the receipt?" " -she would not let my husband get a word in. A few other employees stepped in and raised their voices towards us not even knowing the situation. My husband just got done working 12 hours and was extremely tired and hungry. My husband was very mad and told them he would be complaining as he started to raise his voice. As we drove off - a few employees ran out the store yelling at us. I worked as a general manager for many years and never have such experience with workers like the ones we dealt with today. We understand we may not have checked the screen for accuracy before pulling forward but we were rushed from the moment we arrived and once Monica was aware of the item missing - the problem could of simply been resolved with an attempt to correct the error by asking us if there was anything else they could help us with, instead of "wad up" and "can you pull up or what?" . On top of our experience- my chulapa she'll was half frozen and the cinnamon bites were cold. We will not be back to that Taco Bell.

Taco Bell hard tacos

I had ordered 4 hard tacos and received the tacos however the tacos only had small bits of meet on the edges of the shell and nothing in the middle of the taco! I expect a taco continuously filled from one end to the other. Feels like being taken advantage of. This happened at the Jonestown Rd Taco Bell in Harrisburg PA. Their service is so rude and now apparently shady as well.

Taco Bell false accusations and mistreated

I've been working at Taco Bell since last year and was being verbally abused and threatened by others. I once letted corpate know about these issues and got things resolved. Ever since I quitted and months later went there to eat I was being made fun of and threaten to get beaten up by black employees over me defending myself and being the bigger person. They sometimes feel I go there everyday but I don't I sometimes go there if I'm in a mood for going there and to buy stuff. They also charge me $1.06 for a cup and give me a free cup which is unexpected and the large drink is only $2.06 and medium is around $1.80 and small is $1.69. I've seen a lot of teens and other people with different color and same color as me do stupid stuff there and employees don't say nothing to them but they look at me whenever I'm playing on my iPad listening to music while letting it charge up they think I'm trying to do stupid stuff and Im the one giving them my money to eat and drink and that's it nothing else. Was once told I was selling drugs there which never happened and was also accused of trying to "use a used cup for a drink" but really I only took it out because I was trying to put my umbrella inside my bag from going outside from giants and was about to throw it out and eat food I packed and charge my iPad and was thinking about getting a beefy Fritos burrito but was told I couldn't be here no more for that alleged issue, I was never gonna use the cup for drink i always buy my stuff and get my receipts and always throw out my receipts and let employees take out my receipts whenever I don't want them. So after I was told to leave I left and didn't say or do anything I just wanted to avoid the nonsense. I just don't want to think about this no more since it's causing me anxiety and stress. I'm just tired of being treated like trash as a customer and an employee and will not go back to Taco Bell ever again. So that's my complaint and will not give them my money again.

And another thing is that when I use to work there and get verbally mistreated there I tell the manager about it and whenever I talk to the manager, the manager doesn’t do nothing but sit there and let it happen and claim to always look out for me whenever I get mistreated. Even the manager use to treat me the same way employees do claiming I’m slow, and stupid but me having ADHD doesn’t make me those I try my best as an employee and always get the job done like everyone else. They knew about my disability but ignores it and mistreats me. It’s been the worst job I’ve ever had and now it’s the worst place to eat.

Taco Bell service

I wanted to file a complaint against the Taco Bell in Hialeah located 18750 NW 67 Ave Hialeah, FL 33015 - after being in line in the drive thru for over 25 min and I finally get my food what I get is messy tacos the Gordita crunch had an excessive amount of meat cheese was stuck on the paper and the Gordita fell apart - the young lady at the window clearly hates her job. The service at this Taco Bell is ALWAYS the same thing it's garbage but today I've had enough... worse Taco Bell location ever.

I stopped into the Taco Bell in Grants, NM this past Monday to eat a fast lunch. While waiting for my order I noticed the floor in front of the order area was very dirty. I then looked around the resturant' s floors and they looked like they had not been mopped in a very long time. I looked out the side window and saw that the windows looked like they had not been washed in a long time either. I turned to the front entry area and it was also very dirty including the front door that had hand prints all over it. I started wondering how clean is the cooking area and the prep area in this Taco Bell? I like Taco Bell food and I have never seen a Taco Bell look like this one did. Where is the Regional Manager? Do they visit these locally owned stores to be sure they are up to parr? This Taco Bell is located about 1 block from I 40 and I am sure that the hwy traffic comes off the Interstate to eat and this is a poor representation of a Taco Bell.

Taco Bell overcharged and order was wrong

I just went through the Taco Bell drive thru and was overcharged, food was incorrect and got to wait literally 20 minutes for all that. I would've left but Taco Bell has the drive thru that you are stuck in if there are people in front of you or behind you. When I finally got to the window and got my food I advised the lady my food was wrong. She actually argued with me that it was correct and called me a liar. The food was greasy, soggy and the staff extremely rude! I haven't eaten Taco Bell in over a year or more and sadly won't again.

Taco Bell taco salad

Recently I ordered taco salad from deferents taco bell restaurants here in san francisco bay area, tree times at thorton ave.in newark, ca. 94560. Yesterday at century boulevard, pitsburg, ca. And was the same, for same reason the taco shells for the chicken, or feef salads, are rancid what it's very bad make me to burp very uncomfortable, don't know wi but im thinking is because of the oils they using are detediurarad old, stored for to long, in hot place etc. Don't know but this is my impression, I talked with more than one person eating the same thing and they saing the same, please contact me for discussion at [protected]) im antonio [censored]undes.

Taco Bell not receiving what I paid for

I just got off work and was craving Taco Bell so I went to go get some tacos and nachos. Paid for 2 tacos, a drink and the nachos.. and I just got home to find out the nachos aren't in the bag but the nacho cheese is? How does that make sense.. not my first time leaving a dissatisfying review for tbell though. Should have expected it. Certainly makes me wanna give my service to other fast food businesses.

Taco Bell unethical behaviour

my concerned is the way the manager treat us this morning is not right anymore, being so rude to us instead of asking us what is the problem our order, she just refunded our money and ask us to leave, seems like shes being hateful when she heard that bacon thing inside that crunch wrap combo, and being a costumer treating like that can cause you trouble to your businesses, And i felt bad because we always mostly everyday go there and eat breakfast before school, and today I promise myself and tell all my family, friends relatives to boycott your store, costumer services are worst,

Taco Bell all of it

so this is the third complaint I have made since taco bell has not replied to my other two. your guys customer service sucks you forget half of my order the other half wasn't even right. you guys lost a customer forever thanks taco bell thanks! you could at least get back to be maybe apologize to me. Taco Bell denial of service - diamondback special - taco bell - 4080 south gilbert road, chandler, az

Reference Taco Bell location - 4080 South Gilbert Road, Chandler, AZ 85249.
Date of incident: 10 Sep 18/5:48 PM.
Today I went to the drive thru and waited (10) minutes in line with the intent of getting the Diamondback special with purchase of (3) tacos contingent o f purchase of a large drink. I finally got to the speaker and requested the special at (5:59 PM) and was told to "hold on a second" and was then told the computer would no longer allow Diamondback Specials. I told the clerk that I'd been waiting in line over (10) minutes and that they "should honor my purchase". Clerk asked me to hold on and spoke with the manager. I was advised that the computer "shuts down" after 6:00 PM. I told them that I'd got to the speaker at 5:59 PM. My watch is a Fitbit and on atomic time - it's accurate. They told me that I could still purchase food for the full price and I said "no thank you" and had to wait another (5) minutes to get out of the line. Poor customer service folks from management/staff.
