I went to your Taco Bell for your Power Menu Burrito with chicken today and what a waste of money!! I ordered 2 of them and paid $12.00 for these. The only thing that was in them was lettuce and sour cream! That was it!! No chicken at all. That was the all time worst burrito I have ever had. Taco Bell double cheesy gordita box

$5.00 for one double Gordita, and 2 of the smallest tacos in the box added...barely enough lettuce to even taste it...very little meat... Now, the Double Gordita had more meat/lettuce than the small nothing-almost tacos...unreal...so $5.00 was way too much to pay for only 1 double and insufficient-filled smaller tacos in the box. Also, the box almost came open as he handed it to us to our car...the box used is hard to close...flimsy...just saying.

Taco Bell $5 cordetio

Saw your add on TV for the $5 cordeda meal so I thought I'd try it! Went through drive thru at your location at Upper Valley Pike in Springfield, Ohio. Ordered it and somehow the $5 meal came to $5.43. Got a small drink (iced tea) that was aweful, 2 tacos (cold) and a Cordita that was also cold! That has to be the worst meal I've ever gotten at Taco Bell! I don't thinmk I'll get another bad meal...I'll go to Rally's right next door!

Taco Bell service

Hi

My father and son went in and order 2 combos and a Grande meal and waited over 40mins on their food.
They spend 36.00 on food that after arriving home (only 5min from Taco Bell) it was cold.
Others came in after yet they had to stand and wait.
This kind of service and especially with the amount spent is unacceptable.

Taco Bell music

The music in here is always bad and played too loud. Whenever I come into the restaurant and hear it I immediately wish I had picked a different spot for lunch. I think next time I will remember before I get here.

If there was some way to escape it by sitting in a different section, I would, but it's too loud and terrible to escape. I believe it's making my sudconcous angry and possibly dumber, due to the mindless lyrics and senseless wailing.

Please help with this! Everyone who eats here isn't a thirteen year old girl.

Taco Bell wrong cold food

I ordered through the mobile app today for lunch. I ordered the $5 chalupa box.
I made sure it was beef that I ordered. I get back to work and it's jot beef. Not sure what kind of meat it was but I didn't like it. I checked my receipt and it said beef. Why didn't I get beef?! And to add insult to injury it was cold. All the other food was hot but not my chalupa. So disappointed because I had a chalupa yesterday and it was GREAT. Went to a different location today and was very disappointed
It sucks because once I've had a bad experience with food I won't return for a while.

This location opens at 7:00AM Central Time, I came through drive through at 07:10 and no one answered after more then five minutes of wait time. I pulled around and there were Crew Members in the store talking and laughing with each other. I don't know if they just lost track of time, didn't realize no one had a headset on, or if they were purposely ignoring me because they didn't have the food ready.

Taco Bell food service operations

Taco bell, enough is enough!
i go to tb 2-3 weekly and today xissed me off. At 3:00pm its not operational is not an acceptable reply.

Pulling up to the take out, it is announced we can only accept cash as our computer terminal for transactions is down. Okay, luckily i have cash and place my order and then get told the coffee machine is broke and not working.
I complained aboutbthis coffee machine for months and after 6 months they got a new machine 2-3 months ago. What the xxxx is wrong with the streetsboro ohio location. Out if the 8-12 times i go this location, there is alway some excuse, e.G., the computer is down, the coffee machine is down or it will be another 10-15 before we will be up and running!

this streetsboro location is plagued with operational and attitude problems.

I've been in the quality realms for 40+ years and i have never seen a business operate this way. If you have problems, close the place and find out what the xxxx is going on, re-educate and train management and drive it tomthe employees the expectations the tb marketing id demands so as not to injure the brand.

Branding is important and 1 complaint can generate 7-10 negative response if carried out to that persons friends. You need to do something to get this franchise corrected or shut it down, there are other fast food operations to choose from and i'd sorely miss tb, but you desperately need to do someting!

I came through the drive thru to order a couple soft tacos and quesadillas when I order they got my order fast. But I had to wait because two of the employees (julian) and (jesse) both were on each other not focused on the task at hand. He'd work while she just followed him around like a lost dog. Taco Bell customer service at drive through window

I am at the taco bell at Midway and 635 trying to buy a $5 box. I had the lady checking me out (Sabrina) and the manager (Danielle) refuse to take one of my dollars because the very tip of the corner was missing... upon looking this up online as long as more than 51% of the bill is present it is legal tender and establishments have To accept it. Upon reading them the excerpt from the time magazine article they still refused to accept it. Luckily I was able to find another dollar in change and gave it to the manager and asked for my food. It was then that the other employee, Sabrina, told me it was short a dollar. Which certainly it was not and I'm insulted by her implication that I would honestly be trying to short them a dollar and I again explained that I had given her the correct amount the first time and we had given the manager another dollar in quarters finally after going back and forth a few times she ended up asking for the ripped dollar bill back because it wasn't enough money which I find absolutely absurd because the first time around she said that I absolutely could not take the ripped dollar bill but now all of a sudden it was okay for them to accept it because it was apparently short a dollar. I work at Michaels and am very familiar with customer service practices and I find the whole situation completely appalling and was very much offended and will certainly never be going to that Taco Bell again probably won't be going to talk about again for a while after this as I am very outraged I urge you to please speak to these employee or change whatever policies are apparently in place as they claim that the policy to not take ripped dollar bills is coming from higher up

I ordered 2 tostadas, 2 tacos and a green burrito. When I got home the tostadas were a joke, the green burrito had no sauce just beans and only got 1 taco. Taco Bell mexican pizza

About 15 minutes ago, I drove thru the drive thru at taco bell in the arboretum in charlotte, nc I have always had good service there... Today the service was good too.
But, the food was not edible... Someone had either made the ingredients in the wrong way or the food was contaminated... Two bites and I was done. I hate to pay money for something that I just cannot eat and am too tired to go back to the store.

Taco Bell nacho bell grande and cheesy potato burrito

I went to the drive thru at taco bell on 4th St. in St. Petersburg Florida on 1/8/19 around 11pm. There were 1 cars ahead of me and I placed my order for a Nacho Bell Grande with chips on the side and a side of extra chips along with a cheesy potato burrito with no sour cream. I waited in line at least 10 minutes before getting to the window and handed the lady a $20 for my 6.94 order. I waited again to get my change because she was taking orders. I got home and my receipt was not in the bag and my extra chips were put in to where they dumped out and the mixture for the bell grande was leaking out into the bottom of the bag. I opened the container to plate since it was all over and I seen it was missing the refried beans. My husband opened his cheesy potato burrito and there was no ground beef or nacho cheese in it. I had called the store and I spoke with a Tasha and she stated they don't have a cheesy potato burrito so I asked what did I get then and she said a griller and they don't have beef in them. I explained it was on the menu online that we looked at before going and that if they didn't have them and were giving me a griller instead I would of liked to be informed because I would of asked for beef to be added. She told me that really the only thing missing is the beans from the bell grande because the griller doesn't have beef. Well I didn't order a griller. She told me I can come back up for the bell grande with the beans. I explained that it was already almost 11:30 so coming back up tonight was not possible so she asked what do you want me to do, the only thing missing is beans. It wasn't just the beans. It was also things just tossed in the bag, giving me something I didn't order, and the customer service I had a problem with. She became rude so I just said thank you, have a good evening, and asked her name. I normally never do a complaint, but the customer service was just bad.

Taco Bell overcharged, poor customer service.

I stopped at Taco Bell today in Augusta, GA, I wanted to get the 10 taco package that they always advertise now. I found it on the overhead menu for $10.99 I ordered it but when the cashier rang it up it was $12.something . When I asked about the higher price she called the manager over. The manager was rude and said that I have to pay whatever the cash register says. I pointed out that the sign above is the price they are saying is the amount to pay. She just made excuses saying that prices went up Jan.1st and they haven't had time to change the sign. Today is Jan.8th.
I just cancelled the order and left. This is the management's fault . I don't want to pay for their mistakes.
This was a bad experience and It will be a long time before I go back to Taco Bell again.

The line for the drive though was so long, that I decided it might be faster to go inside. There were 4 people ahead of me that had ordered and were still waiting. we waited forever, and they still hadn't received their food. I was late to work...
