I went to the Taco Bell on 3/13/21 at the address below @ 8:15 PM. My grandson and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. At least 3 employees looked at us and didn't say a word. Not even "I'll be with you as soon as possible" Nothing. One was an older lady wearing glasses who came to the register right in front of us, got a slip of paper and ignored our presence completely and went back to what she's doing or pretended to be doing. We left and went to the Chick filet the next block down. They came out to the vehicle and greeted us like they wanted my business. I will not go to another Taco Bell.

Taco Bell - poor customers service by manager and employee
I have already submitted an online complaint with Taco Bell so I will not go too much into detail, but my experience the other day was horrible at this restaurant! I went in, no other customers were in the store, a manager "Matt", and another employee were talking away even when they saw me enter the store. I waited at the counter 3 minutes before I said "excuse me?!." They both looked at me and continued to talk! I then said it again and your manager of Taco Bell looked at me, turned his head, did not say hi or ask how could he help me, but instead put in his earbuds to listen to music! Are these employees on drugs?! How can they treat your customers this way?! I then posted a complaint on yelp as well. Guess what?! The MANAGER representing your store responded from the restaurant email! Go check it out! If he has erased it, I will gladly send a copy of the screenshot! 🙂 This should be addressed immediately by corporate! No way should an employee or a MANAGER represent your store in this manner! We do not even live in Salem, but we visit our family here once a month from North Carolina. Guess I will go to another location in this area, when I visit next month! Because I will not dare step foot into this establishment!

Taco Bell - management at this store
I was recently a customer at this taco bell. I was horrified by the behavior of the manager Matt with his employees. I witnessed Matt calling a young women "sped" and allowing the other employees to also call her this name. I have witnessed his disrespect of his employees and in return demanding respect from them. I overheard many complaints about this manager from his employees (I was there in the evenings). The morale in this establishment is terrible and I heard some of the employees are quitting not because of the work but because of the treatment they receive from Matt.
I know it is hard to work with teenagers and especially since this is their first job at 16 years old but this behavior is unacceptable and is a "hostile work environment" and needs to be evaluated and dealt with appropriately for the organization and the well being of the employees
