On 5/7/24 at 6:15 p.m., our party of 9 visited the Kennesaw location. We’re a social group that typically dines there once a month. Lately we’ve consistently had a bad experience each time. The food consistently comes out late and usually either an order is made incorrectly or someone’s order arrives after the others have finished their meal.
Today’s experience consisted of slow service & multiple orders made incorrectly even though the server wrote them down correctly. A majority of the orders had to be sent back to be remade. I ordered a warm buffalo chicken wrap that arrived cold. I asked that it be warmed up. I proceeded to wait over 30 minutes & when I asked the server how much longer it could be she said the manager was working on it. They finally brought it out about 10 minutes later along with my husband’s order that never arrived to begin with.
A person in our party requested to speak with the manager. The manager ultimately came to our table & it was obvious that he was annoyed by having to do so. He halfheartedly apologized & said that the kitchen was busy. I’m sorry but that’s not an excuse for the cook(s) not thoroughly reading a ticket & preparing the food correctly. Also, it shouldn’t take a long time to heat a wrap. It’s clear that the consistently bad service at this location is a direct result of poor management. The manager ultimately comped some meals & gave one $25 gift card.
While we appreciate his doing so, we just want to have a good dining experience at this location. After tonight’s experience we have all but given up on that happening & decided to no longer patronize this location. I’m filing a complaint in hopes that changes will be made so that other patrons will have a better experience.
