Taco Mac Restaurant Group Uncooked wings

I order on 10/06/23 for 20 piece wings, 2 tator tots, with an additional 6 piece wings.. all the wings were uncooked! This is the second time that happened! My total was 37.01 and this is unacceptable! I will take my business else where because I am spending my hard earned money on food that is not to standard! This location is terrible. I ordered two burgers with no bacon which were supposed to be ready at 11:05 pm. the order wasn’t ready until 12:00 — AND the burgers had bacon on them. I let the worker know and 2 seconds later she brought the SAME burgers with the bacon removed ! we can not eat pork at alll ! So we had them remake the order — the worker bring...

Taco Mac Restaurant Group Unwillingness to accommodate dietary restrictions

I visit your restaurant Sunday 4/2/23. Ordered an entree that camewith a rice side. Due to a recent medical request by professionals I was not allowed to have the side item. I simply requested a replacement plain salad, or replacement plain green vegetable. I was told by your manager on duty-Maggie, this would not happen but I could pay 6.99 for a salad to replace the rice i was told not to consume by medical professionals. I explained the medical situation, and Maggie had ZERO empathy or compassion for the situation, and ZERO interest in making any accomodation to support the problem. This is not a typical request for myself, but it was a recent request from my doctor to avoid all carbohydrates due to a medication confliction.

The problem at hand was rudeness, no attention to support, or offer any substitution, and no concern for the problem at all.

The server Kyleigh was trying to rectify the problem, and agreed the injustice was a little odd, but clearly out of her hands.

Additionally from the time our order was placed, the food delivery time was in excess of 60 minutes. Is this typical practice for your restaurant?

Again your server was apologitic, and this situation seemed out of her hands. I would say the management on this day was clearly lacking in the area of customer support ,and maintaining oversight of the kitchen as well.

Desired outcome: Replacement Meal for my family of 4, or refund the current expense we paid to have a subpar meal, service, and support.

My first visit to Taco Mac on Peachtree in Atlanta, GA and a situation happen to where I admittedly contacted the store. I spoke to the manager, explained to her what happened as their employee (the waiter) took money from my cashapp and cashapped himself. I even sent them the screen shots. Taco Mac Restaurant Group Management and staff

Staff and especially management here is disgusting! They are so rude and slow at this specific location! Management is impatient and they all talk [censored] behind the customers back like we can't hear them! My food was cold and not even what I had asked for. I even had to ask the server to bring me silverware for my nasty food. I'm never eating here again and I will be sure to not recommend this to any and leave bad reviews.
