Talent Worldwide / TopCV review: My cv

On the 6th February 2024, I have paid 103 GBP to have my CV re written. I waited for a week, then when I received it I was in complete shock !

It was a disaster...it did not higlight my experiences and some of them where put in the wrong order. I immediately realise that this was done by AI. I contacted TopCV immediately and expressed my disapppointement and my concern. Daniel assured me that they will appoint another writer to rectify the issue and will send me a new draft within 40 hours. days passed and still have not heard from them many times to ask for the new draft but to no avail. I have called them today (19th feb) to ask for a refund as I have not had any news about my new CV. I had to call at least 5 times as the lines where so bad and I couldnt understand or hear what the person online was saying...

In the meantime I have missed few job opportunities as I dont have a cv to apply with.

I am fuming by this SCAM ! and how companies like this one is allowed to opprate and adverstise their services.
