So far the service has been great. The price was the best and they did exactly as they said. Hopefully when I need a refill next year, everything will go just as smoothly again.

So far wow a great company to work with. The support on the phone to start with was professional and helpful to someone new to propane. The companies they have working with them made sure my tank was big enough, hooked up properly and helped start the furnace and check the system till it was right. I can't say enough for both I have been blessed to work with. I am praying that we will get to work together for years to come.

I switched to Tankfarm for my propane supplier because of the prices quoted. I was also impressed by the services provided such as no tank rental fees, no added hidden misc fees for delivery and the free remote monitoring device. The local supplier they contract with was very easy and responsive when I contacted them. The install tech was neat and very thorough with the safety and pressure setting procedures. I would recommend this company to others.

The install went so smooth. I was truly impressed with being on time, how quickly they worked, friendly and professional, and mostly, it was done right the first time. Then the fuel truck showed up within 45 minutes to top-off the tanks. Lastly, the login for the remote wireless sensor was emailed within 30 minutes of the tanks being filled. Timing was just awesome!I can not say enough of how low stress and easy the install went.The fuel price was significantly lower than the previous fuel provider I had. The wireless fuel level sensor is a great feature to help keep an eye on fuel level and usage.I highly recommend Tank Farm.

Tankfarm saved me hours of calling different propane companies to get pricing and providing proof that I owned the tanks. I had contacted companies that wanted to charge me a monthly fee, other companies would only service me if I bought or leased tanks from them. Within a day Tankfarm had provided the name of a local company. I contacted them and within a week the company had come out and inspected my service and we coordinated delivery times. Tankfarm followed up with me to make sure everything went as expected. To top it off, the price Tankfarm quoted me was almost $2.00 less than I received from another local company. Tankfarm also provided me with the comparison of leasing vs purchasing my own tanks and the associated cost per gallon difference. GREAT JOB.

Company cannot provide service they promised. We contacted them in early January 2024 to fill our 500 gal propane tank, that we own. Here in eastern NC, they only work with one very corrupt propane company. We have dealt with them in the past and had horrible experiences. Tankfarm says they only charge for the cost of the propane. What they don't mention, is the deliveriung company charges for all the other costs... hazardous fuel surcharge, state and local taxes, will call fee, etc. So the Tankfarm is nothing but a scam shell company that isn't even a local company with a legitimate company to take your money and not provide what they promise. Luckily, we found a legitimate company who repaired our tank that was not even checked by the Tankfarm company, and filled it accordingly. Never will I recommend the Tankfarm to anyone
