Pro Safe Insulation did an excellent job for me. I had to have new insulation placed in my attic. The crew was courteous and professional. The job took longer than had been expected and needed additional work done on it. Pro-Safe went ahead and did the additional vent work at no additional cost than the estimate had been. They were on time, did an excellent job, and I certainly highly recommend them to anyone.

The Pro-Safe crew did a great job. Got here on time, did the work, and cleaned up. I got insulation in my attic and walls. I expect my nearly 70 year-old-house to be far more comfortable than ever on hot summer days. Jeff was great in explaining everything, and made sure I got all the discounts from the power company. He was quick to call when I had a question after the installation. I highly recommend this company.

We had such a good experience with these guys. We have a tiny old house and a terrifying crawlspace and attic, and the team did an incredible and professional job sealing and insulating. Jeff, the owner, is really knowledgable and friendly; he personally checked out our house and walked us through all the options, rebates, and costs. The whole team was up front and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience from the time we received the first visit from Jeff, the owner, to today's service date for wall and attic insulation. The four guys who came to work the job were prompt, courteous and kept us informed along the way. Jeff, the owner, is an all around professional young man. He took pictures of the space behind the knee walls of the room above our garage and described the process to correct the inadequate insulation there and above the stairwell. He gave us ample time for questions. The crew arrived promptly; they were polite and efficient. They answered concerns and cleaned up with no fuss, no mess. Very impressed with professionalism, candor and efficiency of work done! The owner, Jeff, came out to quote the job himself. I was actually very surprised at the affordability of having my house insulated. I'm very relieved to find his company after speaking to at least 3 to 5 other companies and not being satisfied with their quotes. It took Pro Safe about four hours to complete the job which was a bit under the time quoted and they answered all of my questions very competently. I would highly recommend Pro Safe Insulation!

Jeff (the owner) came out and listened to our needs and gave us a fair quote to insulate the walls and the attic spaces in our Cape Cod. His technicians came out and were very professional and friendly, and got all of the work done in less than 7 hours. They even did a before and after "leak test" by attaching a measuring device that covered the entrance to our front door, which showed a 37% improvement in the air tightness of our house after everything was done. We are very happy with the quality and workmanship that they provided.

Professional Work in all ways from Jeff coming by for a quote and the installation led by Barry. Jeff made we aware of energy rebates we were eligible for from Vectren Gas that saved us more money. Barry did airflow testing before and after that verified a significant improvement in the insulation after they sealed openings and put in the insulation. A Vectren rep even stopped by during the job to verify everything was done to their meet the rebate requirements. The crew did a complete clean up you would never know they were there. Highly recommend ProSafe company.

I can't say enough about this company. They came and put insulation in my walls and attic. They were extremely kind. They found that my heating vent wasn't connected in my attic and put it together and sealed it. They went through the house and sealed any openings where the insulation would come through. They cleaned up and put everything back. I already noticed I could drop the air temp in my house by 2 degrees. I highly, highly recommend this company. Jeff, in today's times, getting good employees is a challenge. The 4 men that came to my house were awesome and you should be extremely proud of their work. Thanks so much.

The availability of insulation contractors for Springfield, Ohio is limited. We thought that attic insulation was all we needed, but learned soon that our house as-is would not pass building codes for insulation. Just adding a few inches of insulation in our attic would not have done much to improve the comfort we were looking for. After the installation was complete, we noticed that our basement was 5 degrees warmer than before and that less heat was needed to keep us warm. With Pro-Safe's expertise, we received more than what we expected. The technicians were very friendly and professional performing the installation. We highly recommend Pro-Safe. Bob H.

My grown kids and their families all decided to insulate this year. They had gotten several estimates and pro safe was by far the best. Everything the other companies promised was included with pro safe. Their ratings were wonderful and Jeff was sincere, friendly and interested in how to help. We all went with pro safe and all three houses were done yesterday. Barry and his crew did a wonderful job, The garage looked better after they left than when they came. Barry and the crew were very pleasant, informative and respectful. Best of all, Barry does a test before and after the job is done. The test showed my air loss was reduced by half. Pretty impressive, I think.

We can not be any happier for having Pro-Safe insulate our home and seal up attic and basement areas for greater efficiency ! Pro-Safe is awesome! Jeff and his employees could not be easier to work with. I talked with two other companies before my project and I am SO glad I chose Pro-Safe. Jeff spent quite a bit of time with me explaining the process of what exactly needed to be done. The other companies did not. Pro-Safe also pulls all of the Vectren rebate paperwork for you, so you do none of it. Barry, Will, Ronnie and James were here on time on a 95 degree day! They worked all day until after 4:00 to insulate two separate attic areas in my tri-level. They worked VERY hard and cleaned everything up too. You would not know they were here other than how much cooler it is in my house. The temperature difference was immediate! I HIGHLY recommend this company. You will not be disappointed. If there is a wait, it is worth it.

Originally we were scheduled a couple of months out to have our insulation installed but true to his word, he called us when a earlier appointment became available! The crew was on time and took the time and care to protect our flooring. They were very courteous, kept us informed and consulted with us the whole way. They also made very little mess and cleaned up after themselves well. Something else we were happy with was the final price. It was just what was quoted initially. Usually home improvement services will come up with a reason to overcharge on the back end. Not ProSafe! We are very happy with the work that was done and the people from ProSafe. It's rare these days to work with such dependable and trustworthy people like them. We highly recommend this company. I only wish they were in the home remodeling and renovation business too because we would use them exclusively for all of our home needs if we could.

Over the past 50 years, I have lived in many homes in many cities, and have had many home "service & construction" projects done by contract. I am very happy to report that Pro Safe Insulation has just completed a major update to my home insulation using Energy Control Cellulose. I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of the effort from beginning to end, including the reasonable price. Kudos to Jeff Lencke, the owner, for his personal involvement in contracting and complete cooperation in making several requested changes prior to execution. He was conscientious and customer-friendly the entire time. The crew he assigned for my job, Barry and Ronnie, were the best ! They worked hard and efficiently. They answered every question I had and made several unsolicited "fixes" of minor existing problems in the attic. The crew leader, Barry, has been with the company for 18 years and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. Bottom line is that Pro Safe Insulation, in my opinion, is in the top 5% of all contractors I have ever used, and provided a best-value and top-quality product and service. I highly recommend the company.
