I backed my car into my garage doorframe and the garage door wouldn't work. I called Dixie door on Monday morning, they came right out and my door was fixed within a hour. There rates are very reasonable and Josh was great, very personable, professional. I will only use them in the future and you should too.

Dixie Door did a great job repairing the torsion springs on my garage door. Dixie Door made it easy to set an appointment and was very quick to send a technician to fix my problem. Caleb was friendly and efficient and repaired my door quickly and made sure everything was working properly. Now my garage door opens and closes quieter than ever.

I call Dixie Door to come repair a rental house garage door around 9 or 10 this morning. The lady I talked with was very polite and said they could get it fixed in the afternoon. She said they would call the tenant when we're on the way. When they arrived they called me to tell me what was going on with the springs. The young man I talked with was very polite and within 30-40 minutes he called me and said the job was finished. Today this type of respect and response almost doesn't happen. I would recommend Dixie Door to anyone.

We called Dixie Door because we were tired of trying to sort through our issues on the phone with other companies and decided to just replace the whole thing with another brand of motor. Dixie Door was prompt (next day). They were on time (between 2 and 4). They were efficient (total install of a new motor took 2 hours) They were professional (cleaned up after the job was done). The tech also made sure to program everything and explain extra features and tried to sync the opener in a separate building to the new remotes (not compatible). As far as service calls go you could not ask for a better experience! Thanks Dixie Door!

We contacted several garage door companies and none would respond or answer their phones. When we called Dixie, they answered the phone professionally by introducing themselves and asking how they can help us today. We told them our issue with springs and they said they could be out the very next day. Their quote was affordable so we scheduled the appointment. The repair tech pulled up in a custom wrapped vehicle, identifying that he was with Dixie which made me feel at ease. Most companies have people show up in personal vehicles which makes you wonder if they are contracted out or if they are just some random person at your house. The repair tech was professional and extremely efficient. He wasn't here long which surprised me because the last time our spring broke, the other company was here for a few hours and took two people. We will definitely be using Dixie from now on and we highly recommend them.

I am delighted to write in support of this very excellent company. I have had two interactions with them since February 5th. Despite their busy schedules on each occasion, they worked diligently to find ways to modify their schedules in order to respond to my needs.

The first occasion occurred on February 5th of this year when my car was hijacked at a gas station; the perpetrator, of course, had the remotes to my property gate and garage door, thus necessitating immediate intervention in order to avoid a potential house burglary or worse! While there were no more appointments for that day, the company found a way to send a technician within 2 hours of my call. The second occasion was more recent when they sent the same technician to program the garage opener and property gate in the replacement car and to repair the gate keypad.

In both instances, the technician was extremely attentive to the emergent nature of the problem and what needed to be done. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional, and highly efficient. The charges were quite reasonable in comparison to those of an alternate company.

I have been impressed with everyone within the company from the business manager and receptionist to the technician. They seemingly will move "heaven and earth" to accommodate to the client's needs. I will continue to use Dixie Door Company for every service need from this point forward.
