Do not rent to Shurron Hagwood,Because Shurron Hagwood uses tenants,He takes advantage of tenants,forcing tentants to do his dirty work of He don't pull his weight, He wants people to pull his weight and He be letting his homeless black female friend named Tia stay in tenants apartments of him and his woman named Elaine! Elaine is rude and disrespectful to people too. In 2018 at Kilbourn Commons 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue when Rosie Galarza was the apartment manager, Rosie fired Bejhan A. Gorgi and took him to court,It caused him to get a 20 year eviction on his record. Rosie gave Shurron Hagwood half off his rent at Kilbourn Commons and She hired Shurron to clean up the whole apartment building and Shurron did not do a good job cleaning up the whole apartment building at Kilbourn Commons, Shurron made Bernard Cottonopen the front door for Jesus Diaz dike white female friend, Because Shurron Hagwood is scared and afraid of her! In August 2018,Apartment Owner Darnell Williams pulled Rosie GaLarza out of Kilbourn Commons, because of her wrongful actions against black tenants and Darnell put Rosie Galarza at Holton Street Apartments and made Phillip Bowers the apartment manager at Kilbourn Commons,When Phillip became the new apartment manager at Kilbourn Commons,Phillip took care of things at Kilbourn Commons that Rosie did not take care of,Shurron lied on Bernard Cotton to Dave McFarland for things he did not do at Kilbourn Commons! Philip did not gave Shurron Hagwood half off his rent, Shurron took off not giving Team Management their two weeks notice and Elaine stayed at Kilbourn Commons until 2019 and She moved out. Do not be Shurron Hagwood's friend,because he will use you,take advantage of you,lie on you,manipulate you and make you pull his weight! Stay away from Shurron Hagwood and Stay away from Elaine, Because,They are sick,twisted,crooked,corrupted and evil!
