TeeChip merchandise paid for but not delivered tee shirts and hoodie

On December 7 I purchased two tee shirts with an add on of a hoodie from an advertisement on FB. The following day my visa card was debited $90.47. I have been unable to reach the company by phone(busy) or by chat line or by email. They have been totally unresponsive. This company is a scam. They show fabulous product and don't send it. I want my money back. I have since researched the company and there are hundreds of complaints just like mine online. When I see ads on Facebook I expect them to be reputable. Can you assist me? TeeChip toronto 2015 (custom blue jays shirts)

I ordered two over priced shirts Oct 16th, 2015, which I could have lived with. After a large delay in my order I was promised a 50% refund from a customer service rep Laneshia, which I never got, even after asking for it a few times. When I finally did get the shirts they were incredibly poor quality. The printing was too close together and the image was not clear. The quality of the shirts were terrible. Really thin material that felt like I could rip a hole in it no problem.The company won't respond to my e-mails for a refund and return. I want to return the items and get my money back.

TeeChip no merchandised received/unethical behavior

I ordered a t-shirt from this "company" on November 14. I received an email stating it would be shipped on November 25th. I then recieved an email that the order was delayed due to high volume of orderes. I tried calling the company several times to cancel my order as it would not be here in time, with no success. There wasnt even a ringing on the other end. I sent two emails requesting a refund and to cancel my order with no acknowledment or refund given. This company is a total scam!

TeeChip shirt order

Seems as though it's teechip's modus operandi to take orders they aren't able to fill, not ship anything, leave customers in the dark, and refuse refunds. I ordered something three weeks ago. A week after it was supposed to be done, I received an email saying it would be delayed because they'd received such a large number of orders for the item. I've asked when it would be finished/shipped; no answer! I've asked for a refund; refused! Basically I just tossed my money to the wind. Who does business like this? Apparently teechip, according to all the complaints here on complaintsboard and other sites all over the net. I should have done my research before trusting them/giving them a chance! Hopefully my loss will be your gain if you read this before going with them!

TeeChip paul walker merchandise

I received an order that I purchased off from instagram by a said whom ever fastandfurious7_official this said whom ever said their proceeds were going to be donated to reach out world wide. Yet when I was online on roww's store site that were not selling these items so I emailed them and their reply was that these items of the coffee mug, iphone case and some t-shirts and tank tops, hoodies had indeed been stolen. They stoked roww's ideas. Since then I have given roww all info from me by email. Cody walker is investigating this. I did receive my order before I did this. But i'm not happy with how roww said they had no idea if this said whom who ever would actually donate the proceeds. Very sad when someone steals from someone else and from a place that's such a good cause.

TeeChip money taken from account but they can't locate order

I placed an order online on Oct. 3, 2015 for 2 sweatshirts . Here it is Nov. 15, 2015 and I still haven't received my order. When I tried to check on my order, I was told they couldn't find anything. Teechip took the money out of my bank account on Nov. 2, 2015. I am now requesting a refund of $93.48. Their phone number is [protected]. My name is Freddie Blair, my number is [protected].

I am so frustrated! I spend almost $50 on a hoodie about a month ago. First mistake...they sent me an email saying that my order was shipped when the campaign hadn't even ended. Second mistake...the campaign ended September 7 and I was promised that I could get a partial refund if the order was in production for over 10 business days from the campaign end...

TeeChip horrible customer service and product didn't look as pictured

You can see in the picture I posted how small the image is compared to where the pocket is in what I thoughtwhen I first placed my order I was very excited but the next day they released the same hoodie with better colored wording. That's when I noticed the colored words that stood out the most looked like it said I don't need aaron lewis. Which is the opposite of what I wanted. I started calling the night after I placed my order (Oct. 6th) to ask if I could cancel or switch my order and the calls just wouldn't go through most of them ended in beeping where the line cut off before even hearing the teechip message. But the few times I did get through I heard I should go to teechip.com/chat but that link doesn't work. It says 404 not found every time I try. The one time I finally got through on the phone the woman I talked to said there was nothing she could do because the campaign had ended but it wouldn't have been too late if anyone would have actually answered me. She also told me the chat was up and working and that I was wrong. The one email response I received said she could help me change my order from but then after saying yes I would like to proceed no one again emailed me back. The only woman I talked to on the phone said she filed a claim for me with a claim number and still no one responded. Still no one ever contacted me about that either. I honestly just wanted to swap my order for the exact same thing but the wording is wrong on the first one. Since nothing had shipped and I kept getting notifications that my order was delayed I don't see why that should be an issue. I emailed them the 10th, 12th, 15th, 18th, and 20th and called for weeks with no response. I finally got an email the 20th asking if my issue had been resolved because the item had shipped already. I don't understand why I don't get a response until after the item shipped, it's ridiculous. But I responded to that email 10 minutes after they sent it that I was definitely not satisfied and 5 days later still haven't heard another word. I figured forget it i'll just waste the $60 and hope no one realizes the mistake on my hoodie. But then I received it today (The 25th) and the print on the front is half the size it shows in the preview. It's tiny compared to the hoodie just a little square in the middle and it smells awful but I figure i'm going to wash it anyway. You can see in the picture I posted how small the image is compared to where the pocket is in what I thought I was ordering. I will never order from them again.

TeeChip bunch of crooks

This company or whatever they are calling themselves is nothing but a bunch of crooks taking advantage of people by advertising really marketable products which they have no connection with. From the complaints I have read they are sending out garbage. Should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I ordered a shirt and still have no info on it and cannot obtain anything so I cancelled my credit card and hope they never see one dime. Crooks of the lowest forms.

I agree with all the comments listed here as I have found the same things after I ordered 2 hoodie jackets and paid for it, around $100.00. that was in April 2015, all communications (E-mail and phone calls rendered NOTHING!), these guys are flawed in all departments! "Escalation Dept" included here, I have been fighting them for the last 6 months and the battle continues! No refund, no jackets!

TeeChip merchandise

I ordered a Blackhawks 2015 Stanely Cup black hooded sweatshirt.
They sent me a black hooded sweatshirt with old and outdated names of Blackhawks players over the years. I tried to call at least 8 times and stayed on the phone at least over 15-20 minutes waiting to talk to someone about their mistake and then all of a sudden the line was disconnected. I tried 4 times emailing asking for help and tried 3 times to chat on line with no response. This went on for 3 weeks and I still cannot contact them. This is a horrible scam.

I want a refund.

I ordered a Birds of a Feather (Eagles) T-shirt, was charged 21.98 from my bank and did not receive a confirmation notice on my email like I did with another order. I emailed them x3 and left a voicemail x4 in the last week or so without response etc.

I have the gray large A Girl and Her Animals Living Life In Peace. I was charged 34.95 and cannot wear or get help. Nothing works to contact them! What a scam! I have contacted many times daily and even tried live chat which didn't work either! The size is not a large and I want a refund or the shirt much larger.

TeeChip no delivery, no refund!

I got the same situation. I order 2 hoodies 2 months ago, no delivery at all.

When I asked by email and left message online, they told my order is still in process and only willing to refund 50%. I told them I can wait, but how long is the wait? I also told them it really looks like a scam! 2 days past and I got no reply!

I am really surprised that there are so many victims and I feel really *** for not checking this company before paying!Any people here got any way to stop this company cheating people?

I ordered 2 hoodies in November as Christmas presents. I have tried tracking the goods and set up e-mail alert. the last e-mail message I received told me my parcel was in France. I have ordered other goods from America before and never had this amount of delay in receiving my goods. I am very upset and disappointed that the two people I brought these items for will not receive them and it looks very likely that they will not receive them at all. It seems that this is going to be another lesson learned and I will not make the same mistake again

I don't want to comment on these complaints, what a weird website. You people are impossible to get a hold of. I ordered a shirt from a facebook advertisement. A Steve Perry t-shirt. I'm a Steve Perry girl, I believe is what it said. You took my $27.98 on August 28th, 2015. If you don't refund my money I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'll give you 48 hours. I will also be notifying facebook friends not to order from you.

TeeChip problems with communication and delivery

The company www.teechip.com turned to be very dishonest. I purchased two t-shirts from these guys, but they delayed the shipping and no one explained why. As well as they have permanent problem with the communication. It was possible to send them emails and messages, but they didn’t reply to them. 4 weeks have passed since I have ordered from them. I think it is too much and I need to do something, if I wanted to get my money back. Avoid these guys at all costs.

TeeChip 2 months and still no t-shirts

My friend had hen’s party recently and we ordered 10 t-shirts from the website www.teechip.com. We placed the order 3 weeks before the party and warned the seller that we needed to get the full order. The seller assured us that we would get it on time, but it was blah-blah. Two months later and we still haven’t received the order. The seller tried to avoid us all this time. The worst website I have ever used before.

TeeChip the seller overcharged me

I bought hoodie from the company www.teechip.com. I have no idea why, but I couldn’t pay for the order. The website showed error. Finally, I contacted the online chat agent, who helped me. But somehow he took double sum from me and now he stopped to communicate with me. I want to get this sum back, because the price was high for this hoodie. Maybe someone can advise me how to do it.

TeeChip no customer support / never received product

I placed an order and was charged for my shirt on Tuesday, May 5, 2015.I was informed through my email confirmation Expected end date for the campaign: Friday, May 8; Expected ship date: Friday, May 15.

I have tried to contact the company several times. I have received only one response stating that the shirts were in print and should ship shortly. I then received an email on June 4 stating my order "has been delayed due to an unexpected surge in order volume." Now they are refusing to respond to any contact. This was supposed to be a birthday present and then I was shooting for Father's day.

Guess I won't get it for that either.Extremely ticked non-returning customer!

I ordered a Brantley Gilbert "BOTTOMS UP" Tank Top in July and was suppose to receive it on Aug. 10th. Still no shirt. Was wondering where its at. I am so excited to get it. I tried to call all day, but was put on hold all day. Thanks.

I wish I had read about these issues before I order a shirt for a Christmas gift! Order was placed and money was taken out of my account right away, however I did not receive the shirt and cannot get through to anyone on the phone. I filed a complaint and the response was, "we'll look into it", then at the end they asked "how nice was my reply"! Are you kidding me? Now I have no gift to give.

I will never use "teechip" again ! I ordered the "John Lennon" t shirt in August, , , , it was supposed to be shipped on August 24th, 2015...Have NEVER received it, , , I filed a claim on the phone with "Paris" on Sept. 25th and she gave me a claim reference # to go by if I hadn't received the shirt by 10 days after this claim, , , On October 9th I left a voicemail on the phone number, , , haven't heard back, , , today October 15 tried to call the number does not work anymore REALLY? So obviously u r not going to send the shirt, , , in that case u need to credit our account the $23.95 that we paid for the shirt, , , , very disappointed in this company...

I ordered a Hoodie that was supposed to be shipped the 10TH of September, I also received an e-mail telling me that they were out and would ship as soon as possible, I have not heard another word. I realize this is not a large some of money, but I fully intend on talking to my attorney, and BBB tomorrow.

TeeChip no communication - scam

Avoid this site. I ordered the "best mom in the galaxy" shirt and I have received no emails for tracking and no reported shipment. (Estimated shipping date was may 11. ) I sent an email to support on the 14th and got no reply. I tried calling support and services were unavailable three times. I had poor experiences with the online chat option twice. I just filed a complaint with paypal because I want a refund and no one from the company will acknowledge me. Awful customer service and communication. I posted a negative comment to their facebook page and suddenly they are trying to answer me and apologize. I just want my money back. What a scam.

Placed order after seeing facebook ad in october have not recieved product. Emailed customer service, rep Amber replied offered 50% refund and promised to ship order soon. Recieved email from teechip stati g order had shipped. DHL states tracking number is invalid. This site is a ripoff.

I have been trying to get the item from my order redelivered since August 6th when it shows that it was delivered! i have been emailing them over and over telling them that although it is saying delivered it WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME so therefore it is LOST! I get NOWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL! THEY WILL NOT SEND ME A REPLACEMENT OR A CREDIT!
I AM TRYING TO WRITE TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS BUT I CAN FIND THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR THIS COMPANY FOR THE FORM.

TeeChip improperly sized t-shirt / refused refund

I ordered an adult med t-shirt from an add on fb. When it arrived it looked like a large child t-shirt. I noticed there was no paperwork with the order with return/refund instructions. So I went to the website and contacted customer service. They admitted that they know the sizes run two sizes too small, but said they dont do refunds or exchanges. They sent my request to an escalations department, who said all they could do was refund half my money, which amounts to $16.95. I said that was not satisfactory and told them I would file complaints and possibly file charges or pursue a lawsuit. I even tried calling them and they told me the same thing, half a refund and hung up on me.
The photo shows two t-shirts ordered from two different online companies. Both adult mediums. The purple one fits just fine!

I ordered a hoodie for my hubby two weeks ago and didn’t receive a tracking number or statement that it is in route.

Tried to call the numbers are always bussy. No way to contact this company..

I’d like the XL hoodie with snowmobile emblem and statement to arrive.

i am mad as hell you guys are ripping people off, you know your tee-shirts are not up to par, i order two shirts also, one was suppose to be a x-large it looks like a med., and the other one suppose be the same it looks like a child large sad, sad as hell .then on top that reading some of the review .they know the shirts are not true to size, the [censored]s are fruit of the loom type [censored] at least they could have pick a better quality of material its so cheap looking, even the design on it dull faded very unhappy, i have chat with Gary, Ann, Cindy and than with Leo still no repose just can not get this matter resolve at least refund are reprint, but at this time i want my damn money back they had no problem get it .so you left me no other choice but to take it a step further.

I ordered one and then received email that said I had ordered two. Spoke to a girl and she said she would have to cancel order however. Money not refunded. I was told to reorder just one which I did. This time I went through PayPal. Via chat, I was told it would take 3-5 days for money to go back into account. With so many complaints, it maybe beneficial to look into legal action.

i ordered 2 items both being xtra large. the teeshirt fit fine, the sweatshirt is more like a 3x all i want is a different size. why cant they be switched ? whats the big deal-i only want the right size as i said the xlg teeshirt is fine, the xlg sweatshirt is more like a 3xlg thats not my fault its your responsability to provide accurate sizing info

I also purchased 2 sweatshirts from TeeChip.com from ad on facebook both in size small 1 is way too small
might fit a 8 to 10 year old the other also size small as HUGE.
After much research ( no packing slip) when I contacted the company I was told no refunds when I proceed to
tell them it was a quality problem they were rude then totally ignored me.
on them is OHow can we get this on Facebook as that is where the ad was?
Even if I could find somebody to give them to the print is SO bad .!
Does this mean I should never buy from Facebook ads/ I have with other companies with no problems
HOW CAN WE WARN PEOPLE ABOUT TeeChip.com & their terrible products & customer service
anyone know?

I ordered a Florida Mets t-shirt for $24.00 and after about a month and a half received a Living in Indiana with Buffalo Roots t-shirt...Have not been able to get through to anyone that can help me get my shirt...I will spend the money for legal action to get these people off facebook...! I won't tell you not to order from this Company because if you're reading this, you've already been scammed yourself...! I filed a claim @ 585835, and it is not even on record...!

I had the same horrible experience - shirt was too small and they refuse to reply to repeated emails and calls. On top of that the shirt is an undershirt quality shirt - for $20 bucks. They are a ripoff!
