This shirt looks awful and it doesn't look like advertised at all! It has splotches on the front and back !The color was supposed to be burnt orange. It is tangerine orange with a little burnt orange on the logo. Looks ugly! It is unacceptable and I can't reach the company to complain. It wont' accept a "submit claim" click and the phone is always busy! I have asked for Paypal to help. I want a full refund!

I ordered a t shirt from tee chip online took 2 months to receive it. When I got it wasnt the right size or any where close to what the shirt looked like online. I want to return it for a full refund and all numbers for this company do not work. They are a scam! This was never received by the USPS therefore I never received the items. Contacted the seller and they offered a reprint on 11/29 RL-[protected]. This order has been in the printing stage since 11/30 I have contacted Teeloly/Teechip no less than 10 times through their website/email. As of today 12/23 they have sent the following message- Hello LEEANNE SCHULTZ, I am sorry to hear that your order RL-[protected] has not yet arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be. Unfortunately, because we have already processed a refund in the amount of $0, we are unable to provide an additional refund at this time. I ordered an 11 X 17 poster. After almost 4 weeks received a poster measuring approximately 17 X 25, and there were typos in some of the quotes! I submitted a claim online and tried the live chat with a customer representative. Asked for a refund since I found a nicer one on another site. They say all they can do is reprint and resend. So no money back, and I'm pretty sure I'll be getting another messed up poster in a few weeks! I'm pissed!

I ordered 2 of the above posters on separate occasions in the 11x14 size. I have now received another poster today that is huge. I do not want 3 posters and I am preparing to call my cc company to see if you are charging me more than 20.00 for each of the posters. When I ordered them they were priced at 20.00 each and have certainly waited almost a month for them. What do I do with this large poster that you will not be charging me for? And If you have done such a thing recredit my cc within 3 days or my company will file suit against you. Thank You for handling this situation in a very non prompt manner and will be waiting to hear back from you about the large size poster, that I did not order. Have a nice day.

I placed an order for a product on 11/4. I was told I would receive the order in 5-10 business days. As of 12/9, I have yet to see my order and am now told it will ship in 10-15 business days. Only customer service is online- and very spotty- and the only response they will send me is "we are working very hard on your order." I've requested a refund - or expedited shipping- neither of which they will honor. I have never received worse customer service from any business.

Ordered a poster at the beginning of November, but cannot get any response from the company except that that they're "printing it ". I've asked for a tracking number, or I want my money back. Pretty much told me that all I can do is wait for them to ship it. Six weeks later, still no tracking number, and still no refund. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I guess that now my only option is to hope that PayPal can help me get my order, or get a refund. From what I've read, I'll probably not have much luck with that either.

I placed an order from Teechip on November 25th, 2018 for a limited edition Lynyrd Skynyrd "Simple Man" lyrics poster. I saw it being advertised on Instagram and thought it would be a perfect gift for someone. I ordered it and was told I would get a confirmation email and product would be sent within 5-10 business days. It is now December 5th and I still have never gotten a confirmation email and my card has been charged for the product. I tried to look up the item but it's now saying when I search the link that the campaign was removed due to a content violation. I ordered sweatshirt that said never underestimate a women with a polaris snowmobile it came snowmobiles (plural) it sounds stupid. I would like a refund or reprint and have sent several emails with pictures and responses of we cant do anythingabout it. I ordered a poster on Nov. 12, 2018 . A shipping time was guaranteed 5 to 10 business days. It is now Dec 1 and still no poster has been shipped. I contacted the company 2x and was told each time it is in Production. I was very clear in telling them that our Holiday starts on Dec 2. and I didnt want to go to the celebration not bringing a gift. I feel they violated their written contract with guaranteed shipping with 10 days. fSo I ordered knowing it would arrive in time from their website description. They did not fulfill that commitment. I ordered the sweatshirt on Oct 30, 2018 and is over a month later and no order number, no shirt, or shipping information. I ordered through Paypal and have filed a complaint. It should not take over a month for a shirt. When you call the TeeChip customer service line it just disconnects and the chat is not hooked up on the link. I am thinking this is a scam company.

My husband ordered 2 heart necklaces for our granddaughters you advertised on facebook. When we received them the writing on the heart was so..."small"couldnt even read it with a powerful magnifying glass. Shame on you my husband was so disappointed because it had a beautiful saying on it and he really wanted our granddaughters to get this from him. To charge $67.87 is disgraceful. Have paid for products and have never been recived, I have don't the online request for helo but never recived a reply I have bank statements of money taking from account for products I wish to recive a refund, I only ever recived one tracking number for 2 orders and several times tries to contact threw the webpage but have had no reply, :( :( :( :(
I ordered several items from tee chips and 2 months later nothing, have ask for help via tee chips page and still no reply, have complained about a refund and still no reply, this is a disgusting company the way they deal with these situations, well they have not delt with this situation, got records on bank statements, all in all they love to take your money but not send your products you have paid for

It has been a month since I ordered a sweatshirt. I payed with Pay Pal and they are the ones that fill in the fields when ordering. There must be a glitch with the Tee Chip site as they did not print a street address on my label - I have yet to receive my order. I have filed several complaint tickets with the company with little or unsatisfactory resolution to my concern. I would AVOID this company at ALL COSTS!

I was ripped off by this company. I ordered a phone case sept 11th and was promised a 10 day turnaround. I have xo tactes then at least three times requested a refund as this was a time sensitive gift. They apologized and told me they couldn't cancel my order but would credit me 3 for shipping which I never received
