I did not get a confirmation email or a tracking number
I paid about $25-$26 on one of your guys product and after I placed the order it said I would get a confirmation email. For I have not gotten one and the order has been paid and processed onto my card. Now I have no idea if I'm actually getting my product or not. I would like to know whether or not if I'll get the email, if my product is being shipped, or if I just got ripped off.

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on September 18th for 2 T-shirts. This company runs all kinds of ads on Facebook and that's how I found the shirts that I ordered. I have been in contact with them since September 28th asking them for a refund since the order has not been received even though it promises shipment between 7-10 after your order is submitted. Every single day I send an email because their phone number stays busy morning, noon and night. Every time they respond to my email telling me to please wait they are processing my order. I am tired of waiting and tired of email this company. They refuse to give me a refund! Fraud, Fraud, Fraud - don't order from these losers. They go by so many names on Facebook it's ridiculous. I will never order from anyone on Facebook because they are all companies not located in the US which protects them from US banking laws. I'm filing a report with my bank but I don't know if it will do any good. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an order for a T shirt on the 8th September and the order said it would deliver between 14th and 21st September and it's now the 27th September.
They've taken my payment and I've tried to contact them but have not received a response and now I see that others have had the same issues with this company.
This is very unfair! I don't know why companies advertise their products if they have no intention of fulfilling the orders.
I can only hope now that PayPal refund my money to me.
I'll never buy anything from anyone advertised on Facebook ever again!

I ordered a t shirt on the first and have not received it.It was paid for with my debit card and I never received a conformation number.They have my shipping address and I don't know why its not here yet? They never answer the phone either...
“granddaughter “ pillow cover
I ordered two pillow covers. On both covers words were cut off & one was unevenly sewn. It went from a side seam of 3/8" to 3/4", very uneven. This is why the letters on the wording were cut off. I attached pictures of the covers that plainly showed the bad sew job & missing letters.
I keep getting replies to my emails that I need to redirect emails but that email doesn't work either. I can't get in touch with anyone at this company. I paid $67 for these covers & was told there is no refund, I can't even get a hold of anyone to exchange them. Bad bad company, shouldn't be in business!
I purchased a necklace and it is a joke
I ordered the Granddaughter necklace in early August. I received a couple of days ago and I must say that I am very disappointed. The lettering is so small you would need the largest magnifying glass possible in order to try to read it. I bought this for my granddaughter's 18th birthday and I was so excited to get it for her. She is very special to me. This is a joke. I don't know why you need a photo as I am sending the necklace back. I would be ashamed to give it to her. I request a full refund. I can't honestly believe that people would accept this as it is. There is no way anyone can read it.

I do not know the reference number. It is a pink tee shirt 2xx that says "some people say that I'm a dreamer..." First of all I do not like pink and did not order pink...I ordered purple. There is a black spot on the back bottom. Also, it does not fit properly and I want to return it. I cannot get a hold of TeeChip via email, phone or any way. I have tried them all. I just want to return the shirt and get my money back. Thank you.

I ordered this on the 30th august and I was was charged £18.20 and the website states £13.53 in gbp. You have taken the money from my account and I still have not received this item or even received an email to confirm all I received was that my order was successful and the order id: rl-[protected], but when I try to track this order with my email address I get the response "the order id you provided could not be found" I am very annoyed over this. I cannot even get onto the live chat to discuss my concerns.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter that was photographed and represented as a "medallion" sized item. When received, it had the correct sentiment and picture - but is the only a little larger than the size of a dime, making it totally unreadable!
Sent email to custy service... Waited... Was emailed and told I needed to submit claim on website with a picture of item (?)... Waited 2 weeks, and no reply (even tho they state you will be responded to in 72 hours...) sent another email, and was asked to submit another claim! I responded by telling them to check their records and they would find the claim! 5 minutes later, received a response that said the item had the correct picture so claim was invalid.
Stay away from this company! If you order anyway, don't bother with a claim either...

I ordered 3 hoodie shirts in '3' different sizes. (order RL-[protected])
I received 3 hoodies that were incorrect sizes, ALL 3 were size medium making the hoodies useless since they wont fit!
*I have sent '5' e mails advising if this problem starting August 28
*I was ignored for 2 couple weeks and finally received an unacceptable e mail back thanking me for the business and NOT addressing the issue
**This is unacceptable on every level and I expect your company to refund me the money or send me the proper sizes immediately
If I do not receive a rapid response I will be filing formal complaints with the State Attorney General for a fraud complaint, and sending additional letters to the licensing bureau and Better Business Bureau

defective, smelly tee shirt
I ordered a tee shirt that arrived with an unraveling hem and a horrible smell. I contacted TeeChip and sent a photo and requested a return. I have had multiple communications and was eventually told that my new tee shirt was being printed. I never requested a new tee. I just want to return the old one, but TeeChip customer service says it is already being printed and there is nothing they can do. I can not stress enough how incredibly ineffective their communications have been. It is like they have set responses and they just pick one and send it most of the time.

Was on website from Facebook and looked at shirts put in some info but changed my mind due to price. On August 23, 2018 I received TWO shirts in the mail from them with no invoice! I d I'd not order these. I want refunded NOW! This is unacceptable to me! I never gave this company my permission to charge my credit card! I went to their website and it is full of dissatisfied customers! I will never buy off of Facebook again!

I placed my first order on 6/9/18 for Being a grandma is my happily ever after tank. You described the tank as being "flowy" and it was not. I wear a size 2-4 and it fit me like a glove and I could not see the print on the tank because the dark colors blend too much. I emailed you on the on 6/18/18 asking for a refund and how to return the tank. You replied on 6/20/18 asking for pictures which I sent on 6/21/18. On 6/22/18 I received an email from you asking me to choose lighter color and different size and I replied to this email on 6/24/18. I requested the gray tank in a size medium. I received my replacement tank on 7/10/18 but I'm not happy. The material is cheap with no hem at the bottom and you can see the stitching on the outside. I paid too much money for this tank shirt and at this point I would like a refund.

I ordered t shirts, a mug and a bag one month ago. Only the mug arrived and my order said "delivered" on their website. When I contacted them they said that the t-shirts and bag would be shipped on July 2nd. Then, I never heard anything. When my order confirmation came the shirt wrong color. I needed green. They tell you to call or email or chat, but they have none of the above. Paypal thru paypal services so you can file grievance.
Facebook should not be promoting these companies with lack of customer or fake contacts. You need me to say more. Gladly, I really wanted that shirt. But, when you take my money and don't feel the need to communicate with me on purchase. That's a problem, if it comes I will be returning it.

I ordered the shirt beginning of May it's a black cat on a gold background and when I got it it look like a brown cat with no details except eyes. And it was a washed-out look. Tried contacting them at least 25 times via phone and all I get is a busy signal. I also tried emailing them and I got a letter back telling me they have a new address so I tried emailing the new letter and it won't send. I have no choice but to contact PayPal this is ridiculous. Buyer beware!
I received my shirt and am going to mail it back. Ordered a large as that's what I take in all my other shirts but from shoulder to shoulder I need 20inches this is 27 or 28 way to big. Hope they except returns.
