Got a dining set from Teletime Superstore in Mississauga, ON last November. We were short two chairs and they kept giving us excuses and false dates. When the first half arrived, they gave us the display table we didn't want and made more excuses. The store manager, ***, was no help and didn't take responsibility. They blamed the warehouse in the USA. After many calls and emails, we finally got the last two chairs in July , but they're messed up. One chair's legs don't fit and the other's legs aren't the same height. This is dangerous for my mom. Teletime at 3125 Wolfedale Rd, Mississauga, ON L5C1W1 didn't give us a proper discount or answer.

I ordered from Teletime Superstore on April 20, 2022 and was supposed to get my delivery on April 27 between 11am to 6pm. But the driver called and changed the delivery time to April 28 between 11am to 1pm. But again, no delivery was done. I went back to the store on May 28 and 29 to seek another delivery date and was scheduled to May 3 between 11am to 6pm. On May 2, the store called to confirm delivery, but a few hours later, I received calls that delivery is to be cancelled again. They said the driver was subject to Covid Test and unable to give a definite date of delivery. I find this unreasonable as all stores have been dealing with Covid 19 for two years already. They told me that all the appliances I wanted to get were in stock and that installation will be done at the same time of delivery. This is important to me as I have told the sales person that the deal includes removing my existing old appliances. I put a deposit of $300 and at no time, it was highlighted to me that deposit is non-refundable. I only realized it now when my orders are not delivered and as can be seen I do not sign and printed my name for "Accepted By" since the sales person did not bring to my attention. The store repeated failures to deliver on schedule date and using Covid 19 as an excuse is not acceptable. I hope they can commit to an affirmative date of delivery and installation. If not, I want my deposit back since the store is the one that cannot honor its obligation.
