The Crab Shack review: Product as well as service

My husband and I visited the crab shack in Tybee Island with my sister and her husband. We ordered 3 plates of steamed oysters not even 2 minutes later they brought out our dinner we let them know we had just gotten our appetizer that we couldn’t take the entrees yet. We literally didn’t have space on the table. A gentlemen came back 2 additional times still let him know that we wasn’t ready. At this point we could t even open our steamed oysters not with that being said it was just plate of steamed oysters we ordered 3 plates of them and everyone of us couldn’t get them open. Our waiter came back with our entrees trying to place them on our table we politely said we didn’t have space. He was rude and said we don’t have space in the kitchen for

The entrees I let him know we are struggling just trying to get the oysters open. He had an attitude my husband request to speak to manager she comes to the table I let her know what’s going on a different we let her know we just wanted to pay for our drinks they could keep the entrees that we would go somewhere else. I let her know about the steamed oysters she clearly seen that all the plates had more than 6 on each plate that we couldn’t even open. She said she could

Send them Back to the kitchen. Well after our waiter acted like that I’m definitely not sending my food back to be cooked longer like she stated it needed to be. She actually caught an attitude as well and said do you want me to open your oysters very rudely. Needless to say she charged us for these oysters we never got to eat with an attitude as well. She actually walked off. We have been to this location numerous times and never had this issue.
