I got cracks in my driveway after they fixed it. I called many times and they said they would come, but they never showed up. I called again in the past 2 weeks and they gave me an appointment, but they didn't come. They were supposed to come last weekend, but they didn't. I called again this week and they said they were behind because of the weather. They said Mathew would call me on Friday to set an appointment for Saturday or Sunday, but he didn't call and no one came.

I hired the Driveway Company to seal cracks and joints on my driveway. They also sealed the entire driveway. I recently purchased this new home in March this year. They came out at the end of August to do the work. During the process, they accidentally damaged the trim on my garage doors in four different places. Surprisingly, they didn't bother to inform me about it. I had to call the company and speak to multiple people on several occasions. Eventually, they admitted that they had indeed damaged the trim with their machine. They promised to fix it and make it right. On September 11th, at some point in the morning, someone spray painted over the damaged spots. Unfortunately, they didn't bother to knock on my door or contact me beforehand. I had specifically instructed their office not to have someone spray paint the spots. As a result, you can still see the spots on the trim since the paint didn't fully cover them. Despite paying the full price for the work, I can't help but feel like I've been taken advantage of.

We had them come tear out our single car driveway and lay a double, as well as extend our patio and around a fire pit. They did a good job with the concrete, but I'm not happy with the curb grind. It's uneven and not smooth at all. I contacted them about it, and the first guy who came said they would fix both mine and my neighbor's curbs. He mentioned they would have to do it by hand, but assured me they would make it right. Several weeks passed, and nothing happened - I had to call again! They sent another guy over, who told my husband and me that they would have to tear it out and redo the entire curb. He explained that they needed a specific type of concrete, so they had to get some. Meanwhile, we were planning to have roof work done, so he told us to call once that was finished. When the roof was complete, I called and waited for 2 weeks before having to call AGAIN. This time, I received a voicemail stating that the curb is fine and my neighbor has no complaints, which is a complete lie. Their curb actually looks worse than ours. After yet another call, they said they would send a supervisor out on 11/5 at 7:45 am... but they didn't call or show up!

On August 9, Gary inspected my driveway and provided a repair estimate. I informed my son about the work and cost. He found it reasonable and suggested proceeding to preserve the driveway. Later, he identified a trip hazard due to an unleveled drive. He recommended mud jacking, which I hadn't paid for. I contacted Gary to discuss this oversight. Despite acknowledging the lack of mud jacking in my service, I stressed the importance of being informed. Gary, however, did not respond to my call. On January 7, 2022, I reached out again regarding an unsealed area between the driveway and garage. The sealing was insufficient, and I was promised a spring inspection, which never happened. Consequently, I hired another company to correct the issues. Property maintenance is important to me, and I had spent a significant amount on the initial repairs. I hoped to receive a partial refund to offset the cost of the additional fixes. Unexpectedly, I saw a worker leveling the sidewalk to the driveway, a detail the Driveway Co had omitted. Their lack of transparency was disappointing. If not for my son's inspection, I would have been unaware of the trip hazard. Fortunately, I had already contacted them about the sealing issue.
