On October 14, 2022 I ordered a replica WWII uniform from this company and received an acknowledgment of the order (order #40844). I was informed that the turn around time for this kind of item is 8 to 10 weeks. At 10 weeks I inquired about the order and was told that there would be a slight delay but shipment would be made soon. On December 12th they told me by email that the uniform "was ready". On December 22nd, 2022 they shipped me only the boots for the order and a belt, but no uniform. They stated that the tailor was slow this time of year and that they would check on the status. It has now been over 16 weeks since I placed the order and still no shipment. I have sent emails, I have called their office number twice and left a voice mail message each time. I just now posted a message on their company's Facebook page and was informed that my message would not show up their until approved by their Facebook administrator. I would really like to obtain the uniform for which I have already paid last year, but if this is not possible, then please let me know. I am really not in a hurry for the item, but the fact that there is now no communication makes me nervous... especially after reading the other complaints on this site.

I placed the order on the website www.thehistorybunker.co.uk couple of months ago. I bought a present for my mother from this website and asked the rep to wrap it in some sparkling paper. I waited for the delivery, but on the agreed time I received nothing. I was upset, but I thought that I had a lot of time to solve the problem. Unfortunately, the seller decided not help me and stopped to respond when I asked about the order. This company ruined my surprise.

Awful! I bought uniform from the company www.thehistorybunker.co.uk. I have no idea how, but the uniform arrived dirty and torn. The seller refused to comment it and tried to tell me that it was only my fault. Total idiot. I asked to pay me compensation or pay for the laundry, but this guy refused and stopped to reply. So be careful if you use this website or leave them at all.

Another scamming website. I bought some stuff from the company www.thehistorybunker.co.uk. I paid about $600 for the order and postage, but the seller provided the empty confirmation email. I sent several emails, but no response. After 3 weeks my order hasn’t been delivered. The seller continued to keep silence. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I bought uniform for my brother from the website www.thehistorybunker.co.uk. The seller is real scammer, ‘coz he told me to pay for the delivery separately from the order. So I twice paid to the seller. This jerk took money and started to provide some stupid promises and blah-blah. I haven’t received the order and the seller only diddle-daddle about order ad delivery. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

I ordered uniform from the website www.thehistorybunker.co.uk. The company is real scam, so better avoid them. I placed the order already month ago, but these jerks took money from me and vanished somewhere. All my emails and complaints were ignored, so I lost all hopes to reach these thieves. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
