I have invested 32000.00 my RRSP in jaymor regency square in 2009. As per contract I would have 4 per cent interest yearly.I did not get any interest except for 1 year approximately 1000.00 dollars.In January 2016 I was inform by Jaymor all of my 32000.00 dollar RRSP is gone due to the forclosed. I am getting closer to retire, it is a big lost for me because that is all the money I have save over hard working years.
I own two different bonds issued by this company and neither one has paid the interest owed to this point. One is over a year in arrears with zero interest paid, and the other defaulted and was restructured with less interest. It is now in default again. The company does not return my calls or my emails and I would not recommend it to others.

Lost money on limited partnership suggested by Bmo. After reading complaints, I know of no one who benefitted. BEWARE
Yes, they are a bunch of crooks with Fabrizio Lucchese the head scammer. They lost their membership with the OSC for failing to file their financials. They have been ripping off hundreds of investors for millions of dollars for years. We have to combine our efforts and take them down! They claim they have lost money with their projects, meanwhile they have a new hotel/condo project underway in Daytona Beach where they have secured financing of $19M which will open in 2022. So they still have lots of assets that we can go after. After trusting Monika Pugluiese with Becksley Capital (owned by Jaymor) I invested $200k in 2010, 2011 and a further $25k in a bond with Jaymor. This has all disappeared. I invested $10000 in 2012. I wanted to transfer the money into RRSP in 2020. I was told the it will not mature until 2024 , however, now I received an email from Olympia trust that they no longer have jaymor and my investment is 0.
As with others on this string of complaints, I was notified that the valuation of these bonds was $45.50 on January 1, 2021 (in a letter written to Olympia Trust by the founder Fab Lucchese). On April 4, 2021 Olympia indicated that they couldn't confirm the value of these shares, and on July 4, 2021 they reduced the value to zero.
