Do not use this company ever!!!
My home warranty company sent me to this company to have my washing machine repaired. It took Keepe a week to send someone out to look at the washer, then I was told they need a part to fix it, it took them another week and 1/2 to get a report to the home warranty company. The home warranty company turned the approval around the same day and 4 days later, I had to call them to get told they could not get the part, so they closed the ticket. I never got a call back when I would call and ask to speak with someone and emails would show up days after I called with outdated information. This company has a F rating on the Better Business website and should be shut down, I cannot image how our home warranty company can justify using someone so incompetent
This company is not good, they made 3 appointments but canceled all of them
This company is not good, they made 3 appointments but canceled all of them. They even sent a text to confirm the appointment in the morning but didn't follow up with any calls or messages. They didn't do anything at all! I don't understand how they can make money if they can't complete the work.
Keepe Up Inc is a big no-no!
Keepe Up Inc is a big no-no! I'd give them zero stars if I could. At first, everything seems fine and dandy during the initial appointment. But the real trouble begins when they start ignoring you and don't bother to fix the issue. And if you're not willing to wait forever with no clear plan of action, they'll just tell you to go to another company. Steer clear of Keepe!
Keepe is like a rollercoaster of ups and downs
Keepe is like a rollercoaster of ups and downs. At first, everything is great and dandy. But then, they disappear like a magician's rabbit. I've been trying to reach them for months now, calling every day, but all I get is a message taker. No one ever calls back. It's like they're a fake company or something.
This company is a mess
This company is a mess. They work with home warranty companies to fix stuff, but they can't seem to show up on time (check out Facebook for proof). The real issue is that they also work with other companies who send out repair people. Keepe can't control these folks, so it's a pretty lousy referral service.
I got referred to work with this company by my home warranty insurance, Fidelity National
I got referred to work with this company by my home warranty insurance, Fidelity National. The guy who came to my door was really rude and unprofessional. I asked him to wear a mask and booties, which I gave him for free, because we have babies crawling around and we don't wear shoes in the house. He just turned around and left, refusing to give us service. I want to warn other people that you never know what kind of person this business will send to your home.
Keepe Up Inc is a bad company
Keepe Up Inc is a bad company. I wanted to give them zero stars. My home warranty company hired them to fix my furnace, but they haven't responded in almost a month. I paid my deductible and parts fee, but they haven't replied to me or my home warranty company in over two weeks. Keepe is running a bad business. It's 50 degrees in my house, but they still won't come to fix my furnace. Don't do business with them.
I had a bad experience with Keepe Up Inc
I had a bad experience with Keepe Up Inc. They work with local contractors who sometimes don't show up or act like they're doing you a favor. The technician took three weeks to order a part, and when it finally arrived, they didn't schedule a repair. I ended up fixing it myself and found out that the technician didn't even check the right part. I canceled my home warranty with Keepe Up and got my deductible back.
Keepe was supposed to fix my washer under my home warranty, but they didn't do a good job
Keepe was supposed to fix my washer under my home warranty, but they didn't do a good job. They took my washer two weeks ago and brought it back saying it was fixed, but it still wasn't working. They took it again and said they would deliver the parts to my house and to call when they arrived. I called and set an appointment, but the technician never showed up. When I tried to set another appointment, they said I would have to wait another week. It's been three weeks and I still don't have my washer. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and won't work with you. Be careful with them.
This company is the worst!
This company is the worst! I give them zero stars. They keep changing my appointment without telling me. I take a day off work and the repair person doesn't show up. Then they text me to say the appointment changed. When I finally hear from them, they blame the repair person and just copy and paste apologies. I want my fridge fixed, but they already have my money. If I switch to another company, it will take another month. If your home warranty gives you Keepe, call them right away and ask for someone else.
So, I was reading the other reviews and it seems like a lot of people have had similar problems with Keepe Up Inc
So, I was reading the other reviews and it seems like a lot of people have had similar problems with Keepe Up Inc. I had a problem with my HVAC unit and Cinch Home warranty (don't use them either) sent Keepe to come and take a look. I took time off work, but got an email at 9pm the night before saying they couldn't come. We rescheduled for two days later, but they didn't show up or call. I waited on hold for 25 minutes to talk to someone who couldn't help me. Finally, someone called me back and we scheduled for today, but they didn't show up again and I can't get ahold of anyone at Keepe. Now, the home warranty company can't find anyone else to come out. It's not like I live in the middle of nowhere either.
My fridge was not cooling, so my home warranty company sent Keepe to check it out
My fridge was not cooling, so my home warranty company sent Keepe to check it out. The tech said some parts needed replacing, but then Keepe went silent. I called them many times to make sure they requested approval for the work order. The home warranty company had some questions, and Keepe took their sweet time responding. I kept calling both Keepe and the home warranty to coordinate, but it was a hassle. Finally, the home warranty company approved, but Keepe still didn't order the parts. It's frustrating to see that Keepe doesn't care about customers. They say they'll look into it and call or email me, but they never do. Every day, I call them and wait on hold for 30+ minutes, but I can't get Keepe to tell me when they'll fix the appliance. It's been almost four weeks, and I'm really frustrated. They won't even connect me to a supervisor, and I'm stuck with a company that has the worst customer experience.
Keepe Up, **** is being used by Fidelity National Home Warranty as another layer of service request
Keepe Up, *** is being used by Fidelity National Home Warranty as another layer of service request. When my issue turned into an EMERGENCY on the weekend, I couldn't upgrade the request or talk to a human, so I had to flip the circuit breaker to prevent an electrical fire. Communication is almost non-existent. They consider an auto-response a confirmation, and that's it until you get another text or email. They tell you things, and there's no option for a response. You can only 'select a date and time,' which is disregarded. In other words, the choices provided are not real. Keepe Up accepted my first request date and time, then four days later told me that slot was taken and offered me another slot a week out. I confirmed that one within 60 seconds of receipt. At 8:30 PM, THE *** BEFORE the 2nd appointment, Keepe Up sent an email to let me know that my next day appointment for 1 PM had not yet been confirmed by their vendor, and they would let me know. They did not. For ten days, I have been juggling my schedule to accommodate this worthless company that can't even book an appointment. When you have to throw a breaker, lose use of a major appliance, for over a week and adjust dental, doctor, and other vendor service calls, I do not call that a convenience. I have already paid the $75 copay to Fidelity. Keepe Up Inc. should not be allowed to continue as a business.

Sewer repair authorization needed from American Water Resources
My name is Alan Budt. I have talked to several agents about getting an authorization to repair my sewer line. Your representative was out here on July 19, 2024 and stated the job was beyond his ability to do. So he took a written proposal and picture from me that John Henry's gave me for repair to my sewer line, and sent it to your agents requesting John Henry' s should do the repairs. As of today was told again that the information would be expedited once again. It has been a month since you have received this information. Please give me a call as to when I might expect to have this job started.
Thank you,
Alan Budt
Desired outcome: I would like for you to contact American Water Resources for approval of John Henry's to do the sewer line repair.

This company was sent by my warranty company
This company was sent by my warranty company. My washer was working, but the guy who came out said it was fixed. It was still leaking. He came out again and completely broke the washer, flooding my garage. I spent three weeks at the laundromat and they still haven't submitted my work order to the warranty company even though they were told to do that a week ago within 24 hours. I have spent 3 hours and two days off work meeting with the "repair guy" then having to follow up on why they have not submitted the work order. What's the deal?!?!?!
Dryer is broken. Keepe is the outsourced service technician for American Home Shield. They have scheduled 3 confirmed appointments and has not shown up 3 straight times.
I wouldn't schedule another visit. I would call the warranty company and tell them they have 1 week to get someone out there to fix the appliance or I would go to the State Attorney General.
I have repeatedly tried to use the company's app-based customer portal to book appointments. Appointments are confirmed and then at the last minute I receive text messages that the appointment is cancelled. I ask repeatedly to have someone from the business call me to discuss scheduling, since it is very hard to keep taking days off to wait for contractor. I am always redirected to app-based scheduler, which then books appointment that seems to be automatically cancelled always right before appointment. I do not think they actually have contractors available but have customers book appointments anyway and there is never anyone in customer service to help.
We had a request for service from our Cinch for Water Heater Repair
We had a request for service from our Cinch for Water Heater Repair. The group they sent to assist us with this is Keepe and the technician on site told us it took 72 hours to submit reports to Cinch or Sears Home. This was after taking 4 days to come to our house in the first place. We were then informed that it can take up to a week to just submit the data? Now it's been a week and we are being told it can take up to two weeks. There is a clause in our contract that indicates that we can't repair the service ourselves if we do we void the warranty. This seems suspiciously like an attempt to force us to fix it on our own, and avoid their agreement. Plz help, I just want our submission completed soon so we can go forward.

So, we had a problem with our water heater and our Home Warranty peeps sent us to Keepe Up Inc to get it fixed
So, we had a problem with our water heater and our Home Warranty peeps sent us to Keepe Up Inc to get it fixed. Keepe Up Inc checked it out and our warranty approved the repair. But then Keepe Up Inc hit us with a bill for $701 before they would start the fix. We paid up on June 22, but then they didn't schedule the repair until July 1. We had to complain a bunch of times before they finally got around to it. But then the technician didn't even show up for the appointment! And now we can't get a hold of anyone at Keepe Up Inc to reschedule. They don't give out any direct contact info for their workers and they never answer the phone. All we get is emails and texts, which is a real pain in the butt.
My warranty company uses Keepe and if it was my choice there is NO WAY that I would choose this company
My warranty company uses Keepe and if it was my choice there is NO WAY that I would choose this company. Our fridge broke at the end of July 2022, and it's now the end of August 2022 and it ain't fixed yet. Someone came out and diagnosed the issue, but didn't fix it. They ordered parts and scheduled an appointment to repair the fridge. We had an appointment scheduled for someone to come out and fix it, and that person never showed up. I took the day off of work and the person never called or showed. I was told that the person would reach out, they never did. Keepe scheduled another technician to come out, and that company never showed due to having a back ordered part. Keepe ain't been able to give me an answer as to how long they will wait for the part, they just keep telling me "we have to wait for the part." I have reached out to Keepe several times, via phone and text message, and they ain't responding to me no more.
This company, Keepe Up Inc, was recommended to us by our friend Cinch (who I already complained about)
This company, Keepe Up Inc, was recommended to us by our friend Cinch (who I already complained about). They said they would do a good job and have good customer service, but that was not the case. Their worker came to fix our AC on June 7 at 10:30, but they couldn't fix it because they needed a part. The worker fell through the ceiling and left a big hole in my office. Keepe Up Inc never answers the phone, so we've been without AC for three weeks in 93 degree weather in the *** area. They said the warranty company wasn't doing their part, but we found out they missed picking up a part because no one answered the phone. The warranty company gave them 7 days to pick it up, but they never did. Now we have to start the process all over again and it might take another 3 weeks. We don't know what to do. Please help.
Keepe Up Inc came to fix my fridge that wasn't getting cold
Keepe Up Inc came to fix my fridge that wasn't getting cold. The repair person said it needed freon, but they couldn't add it. When I called Keepe Up, they said they couldn't come for 48 hours and couldn't guarantee it would be fixed. I asked for a supervisor, but they didn't call back. I had to take time off work twice and still can't keep food fresh.
I had Keep come out to fix my Mini split system, but unfortunately they couldn't cover the cost of replacing the condensate pump
I had Keep come out to fix my Mini split system, but unfortunately they couldn't cover the cost of replacing the condensate pump. After paying the $125 deductible for the diagnostic, I asked for a repair cost estimate, but they said they needed to talk to the warranty company first. I called the warranty company and found out that I could deal with the company directly and pay for the repair cost. However, Keep insisted on contacting the warranty company and even scheduled another diagnostic appointment, which they didn't show up for.
I got Keepe as my service provider from my appliance warranty company
I got Keepe as my service provider from my appliance warranty company. I needed my dryer fixed, but they didn't show up for my first appointment on Saturday morning. I rescheduled for 2-5pm, but the technician came at 12:00. Luckily, my son was home. He said the motor was broken and parts needed to be ordered. When the parts arrived, I made another appointment for 2-5pm, but they didn't show up. I made another appointment for today, left work early at noon, confirmed twice, and got the technician's phone number. He didn't answer, but called me back at 4:20pm to say the company messed up and didn't assign him to my home, which they deny. Their only solution is to make another appointment! This is unacceptable. I can't keep leaving work early and missing days when he has no intention of coming. I called my warranty company, but they can't do anything since the parts are already ordered. I'm done with both of them!
I had a furnace issue and my home warranty company, Total Protection-CINCH, assigned KEEPE-HVAC to fix it on January 30
I had a furnace issue and my home warranty company, Total Protection-CINCH, assigned KEEPE-HVAC to fix it on January 30. I paid the deposit required by Total Protection and KEEPE came to my home on February 1 to check the furnace. After two weeks, I didn't hear anything from them. I contacted Total Protection and they said KEEPE reported an access problem just two days ago. After some back and forth, KEEPE said there was no access issue, but a valve repair was needed. They said the job would take four hours and my warranty would only cover two hours. I had to pay an extra $200 before they proceeded. I paid it and waited for several more weeks without heat. On March 15, KEEPE came back and fixed the problem in about an hour. The technician kept saying my system was old and I should buy a new one. After he left, I asked KEEPE for my $200 back as they didn't spend 4hrs. They haven't responded. I think they just wanted more money from me. I waited six weeks without heat, in the winter with a child in my home, and paid extra for a problem they fixed in less than an hour. Order_Number:
We got a Sears Warranty for our appliances and filed a claim for our dishwasher
We got a Sears Warranty for our appliances and filed a claim for our dishwasher. Sears hired Keepe, who charged us $75 to come and check the problem. They didn't show up for the first appointment, and we tried calling them, but they never answer or call back if voicemail is left. Keepe only communicates via text, so we replied to the text chain where our first appointment was confirmed. They said sorry and rescheduled for another day, but the technician arrived late and was only here for about 5 minutes. He ordered parts for our dishwasher and said Keepe would contact us to schedule installation once all parts arrived at our home. Parts arrived, but Keepe never contacted us. We contacted them and set up an installation appointment for 01/04 2-5pm, which was confirmed multiple times via text, but the technician didn't show up. We reported this via text, and Keepe apologized and rescheduled again for 01/06 11am-2pm (confirmed via text with Keepe), but the technician didn't show up again. We reported this via text and called to leave a voicemail. Keepe hasn't contacted us since we reported this second no call/no show appointment and hasn't rescheduled. Their customer service is terrible. I want Keepe to answer the customer service line [protected]) and return the call if a voicemail is left. I also want to know why Keepe hasn't rescheduled my appointment after two successive no call/no shows for installation of parts that Keepe's technician ordered to fix my dishwasher. Lastly, I want to know if my $75 fee is refundable since the service was not completed.
I got appliance insurance from Sears and Keepe sent a technician to check my fridge
I got appliance insurance from Sears and Keepe sent a technician to check my fridge. I filed a claim online with Sears and paid $75 for the service. Keepe texted me to schedule an appointment, and I texted back. The same day the technician was supposed to come, they canceled by text, so I rescheduled. Finally, the technician came and checked my fridge. I told him that my fridge started having problems that week with the lights on the panel of the fridge. He checked the fridge and noticed I had an ice maker. He asked why and advised that the ice maker was not working but didn't care because it did not make sufficient ice. He told me that my Electrolux is not a good brand and that the ice maker part was discontinued for over 4 years, which I did not ask to fix. But the problem with the panel, he told me he was going to order. I waited over a week before I called Sears because I noticed in my credit card was charged twice $75 by Sears and by Keepe. Sears told me they were going to contact Keepe and they were fixing the problem. I kept checking, and nobody will call me, and the charge is still on my credit card. By calling back every day to Sears because Keepe never returns calls, I keep calling 3 or 4 times a day, and all the answering machines say they will call you back. You text them, and the same problem when I called Sears back, I was notified that the claim was denied because it was an existing issue. Nobody will tell me what was the issue, just kept telling me to contact Keepe because Keepe is the one who told them they were denying the claim. Sears keeps blaming Keepe, and nobody was telling me the problem. I also spoke to the technician, and he told me the only thing he did was order the part, and he does not know why it was being denied. He had no info, nobody contacted him. Finally, Monday Jan 22, I called very upset, and I was told they did not know why Keepe was denying. The guy who I talked from Sears finally came back on the phone and said you are having all these different problems, and there is no way all this can happen at once. And no further notice advised I wanted to talk to a manager or to give me money back, and they told me to contact my technician and pay for service advised that is why I was paying them. And they transferred me to the billing department to get my $75 that they overcharged, and I just kept hearing call Keepe. Nobody tries to help because Keepe just takes and overcharges, but you never talk to anyone. It is 3 weeks that I filed the claim for the fridge and still waiting.
