Hotel was absolutely disgusting rooms filthy damp in the bathroom all over the tiles floor and walls smelt really bad bedroom was filthy full of cobwebs and dirty walls radiators kept going on and off it was boiling as it was the middle of the summer we were on the lowest floor of the hotel it was like the back of beyond stains all over the carpet on numerous occasions we complained and got a rude response we asked to be moved but they said it wasn't possible the shower was a shower head attached to a tap I had to hold the shower above my head to get wet it was so dated my son has asthma the damp and mould made this worse I am so disappointed with the experience it was a holiday for me and my son he was very upset about the holiday .

After becoming the member when I booked for my first trip under the membership, they did not take care of accommodation, food expenses, cabs which was promised by them as per the agreement.

I had to pay for the room accommodation, there was no cab arrangement or not even a guide arranged for any guidance from their end.
Complementary breakfast & dinner was not taken care by them as promised in the agreement.

After paying for the membership I had to completely pay for everything in my trip.

They have completely cheated me by giving false promises.

I need my money back.
