I'm sending in my winter boots that I received as a gift over two+ years ago that I wear maybe once a winter season since I live in Texas. The rubber toe has cracked on both sides and have pulled away from the cloth / shoelace area.

Totally unacceptable for North Face and for the prices you charge. I have seen too many negative reviews and am anticipating a bad experience with trying to get a replacement.

Yes, I'm assuming the outcome but hearing NF only warranties their product for a year is very disappointing. As you can see by the pictures, they are barely worn.

Desired outcome: Replacement boots
