Bad customer service
I purchased the ticket from easybook.com coach ticket from KL back to SG. There was no instructions, contact support nor details of platform and bus shared prior to the trip. We call One Travel & Tours SG customer service hotline as that is the only available number found and staff was very unhelpful... After explaining our situation, the staff just inform...

Incident: We bought 3 bus tickets at time stated above for parents and myself & we expects to have a pleasant tour back to Malaysia, however experience that we had is very disappointed and not happy.
At first we aboard at AKP1966 in Boon Lay shopping mall, we has been told by front desk that this bus will transfer twice; 1st time transfer at Singapore area to bus AKM8366 due to combine 2 buses passengers, this is fine as we can understand from bus company standpoint is to save cost to get all passengers in a bus & bus driver for this transfer is helpful, he willing to load & arrange luggage for passengers in the luggage compartments.
After passed Malaysia Custom, again we need to transfer to AKJ966, this is 2nd time transfer, this is why I would like to log a complaint to this bus company, this bus driver for AKJ966 is super rude, he is an Indian guy as shown in picture attached below! This driver is not considerate, no patience & very rude along the journey, we had an unpleasant journey due to the service he provided.
For this 2nd time transfer in Malaysia Custom, this India driver only open one of the bus luggage door, it is obviously the only 1 luggage compartments cannot fit all the passengers luggage, while the rest of the passengers waiting myself to arrange the luggage, he is not willing to arrange the luggage nor open another side of luggage door for us to put in our luggage. He is just standing there with the black face and letting us arranging luggage.
He even shouted on my parents that going to step in to the bus and asked for check on tickets number while I am busy arranging luggage in the luggage compartments. His super rude tone to my parents and the rest of the passengers make me feels irritating & not happy with the service he provided.
Along the journey, he supposed to stop in the rest station somewhere in Yong Peng to allow passengers for a toilet break & short lunch session. About the time to move, he is counting the passengers and going to move on the journey, he found one of the passenger is still in the toilet, he is shouting to the passenger's partner "Bodoh, sudah bagi 30 mins pergi tandas, mengapa sekarang baru pergi!" Translated to English is "Stupid, already given 30 mins to let you go toilet, why now still go in toilet!" Is this kind of service we should get as a passenger? Are your driver qualified to be a profession bus driver with this kind of behavior? How can you shout on your customer & named them "Stupid"?
I am writing this complaint log and hopefully your bus company can well train your bus driver and provide professional service to your customer. Please remember that One bad apple can spoil the bunch, this kind of driver with rude behavior can really spoil the reputation of your company. I wish you can read through my feedback and do something to improve the quality of your driver. I am an usual customer of your company, this is the first time we experienced this unpleasant journey, hopefully you can really do something to keep your customer satisfaction at all time. Thanks.

different bus service provided as booked
I had booked a ticket from golden mile complex to 1 Utama. When reached the counter and been told to had change the VIP single decker bus to double decker normal bus seat. It was too unfair as what had booked is VIP seat but got the normal seat as well. Beside that the seat given from middle back change to the end of the bus at upstairs some more. It is a nightmare for me and my friend for the five hours journey. It is so unfair service and we feel like being cheated by the company. I hope your management may take action on this case and look serious on this case.It is so disappointed!

Why is that your driver or staff never do a double check on the seat belt?
Your company collect high bus fare but its unacceptable with this kind of lousy facilities.

HI, we bought our 3tickets to Melaka from your Boon Lay brach on date 1 SEP and return Spore 3 SEP . While we bought our tickets, we still not yet sure which hotel we will stay, that's why we choose the alight at MELAKA SENTRAL, but now we comfim we need to align at HATTEN HOTEL, so we go to your BOON LAY brach to change ONLY the alight place, but your staff want to charge me $30 for unreasonable! I only change the place we alight, and with early inform . But why still need me to pay $30 ? Can't acceptable!
this is not the express bus! future do not buy this company else your travel times will increase and delayed!!!
I am frustrated and my family spend 2 hour jamming in the middle of the traffic and now the bus is stucked in the road and moving very slow. This is direct express bus from genting highland direct back to singapore. Why the driver go to tbs to fetch other passenger? Now we are stuck in the middle of the heavy traffic in kl and the time we reached singapore will be very late!
Future will not purchases from the one travel and tour bus ticket because it increase my travel time!
dangerous bus driver
The One Travel & Tours is the worst coach company I had experienced before. In end September, we booked their coach from SIN-KL-SIN. During return trip, the driver fell asleep several times behind the wheels and got into an accident. The driver continued to sleep. The passengers made several calls of SOS and were ignored. Nobody from the company bothered. The coach door was damaged and we were along the Highway. The police arrived and brought everyone to the station. 6 hours later still nobody from the company came. Where's their basic responsibility. Do you still want to travel with a company that does note care for their passengers?
payments not refundable
On 2nd of Oct, I was planned to go to London with my family but due to the name problem, I was force to cancel the ticket which I bought on 16th of May. I tried to online - checkin and found that the name order was wrong for all of my family so I contacted with One Travel on 30th of Sep on Saturday but failed to correct which they told me to contact directly with China Eastern Airline. Next day was Sunday, so on Monday we went airport counter but the China Eastern Airline also told me to contact with One Travel and we couldn't fly. It was more than 5100 Usd.
1, It was due to the difference of culture between East and West. I wrote correctly the name order - Kim Jae Won and the company wrote - Won Kimjae on the ticket.
2, There was time difference to contact with USA around 8hours and it was Sat and Sun before 2nd of Oct.
3, If I didn't try to online - checkin, then the company didn't know this problem before chicken on the counter.
I don't know what to say and is it fair and reasonable ? This company have no a word of Sorry.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this service. I am still in the bus waiting to get to 1 utama from Singapore. Bus no AJL 9966. Ileft Singapore at 7-30 am. It is 3.28pm and only just arrived at Berjaya Times Square to drop off other passengers. In Singapore I arrived at the Golden Tower an hour early and was treated with such disrespect when I asked the lady if the bus stops here.. she was loud and rude asking me which bus.. I said your bus.. Obviously I am at your counter because I bought the freaking tickets from you and that too paying 40$ for the one way trip. I had the courtesy to arrive early and they told me bus will leave in another hour because it's held up somewhere.. then a few minutes later she tells me 'it's here'. Did not look anything like the one I booked with the company logo.. instead it was a bus displaying the 5Star logo . They started off at 7.40am . Seats were ok and comfortable but the driver and his aide were something else. Chatting in Tamil the first half of the journey and I could hear them seated at the rear end of the bus. Both were unfriendly and downright rude. After the first stop driver came up and yelled in Tamil about clearing out garbage before we get off. Also occasionally I got the smell of cigarette smoke coming out from the vents above me. Explain that!
The traffic on the highway was not bad at all and the time at the immigration wasn't too bad either. Just explain how a 4 hour journey with a 1/2 hr stop and maximum 1 hour at both immigration stops takes nearly 9 hours!
I am due to fly out of the country hence I paid the higher fare to rest in KL before I fly out early tomorrow. Thanks to you, it just ruined everything for me! I would choose Aeroline anytime.. 10$ extra and you are treated with respect and their service is par excellence'. You don't deserve even a single star rating.
Btw- it's 4pm and now stuck in traffic to get to 1 Utama.

driver rude toward customer
On7 /3/17, 12noon bus from Boon Lay place .I bought a Cheese fries and nugget and plan to eat on bus .however the driver has a been a bad attitude towards me.He don't allow to eat and stop the bus then stand up verbally warning me don't eat .I am a customer and he shouldn't do this toward me .The driver is a Malay Uncle, bus number :AHW 2066 .Kindly train ur staff be polite toward customer .thanks!

On the 24th December 2015 my mother is taking The One Travel bus (AHA6166) transport to Genting at NIGHT. When the bus stops at a petrol kiosk in Malaysia to pump petrol. After a few minutes my mother was rob by a motorist, once she alight the bus. She fight back and had save her belongings but had a bad fall and badly injured her face, hand and leg. There were no one went forward to help her. I understand if everyone were horrified to go against the motorist, but what I heard from my mother is that even The One Travel BUS DRIVER DOES NOT EVEN INTEND to give my mother a hand after her fall, and he is STILL WIPING HIS WINDOW when the accident happens before him! How can this be happening? Is this the service being provided, ONLY to send their passenger to their destination only in "one piece" but did not even care if they are hurt in the middle of the journey? Don't they even have any precaution when they are going to pump their petrol, in the middle of a quiet petrol kiosk AT NIGHT? I am very angry and hurt to see my mother in this state, where no one even give a glance / care about her after her bad incident. I hopefully wish someone is qualify to look into this matter seriously.
This bus trip is not direct as per described as 4.5 hrs. They had to put me on a taxi to send me to 1 utama. Very lousy service. I will never ever take the service of this company.
Your bus driver (AKE 6266) drove in an unsafety speed at 14/1/2019, I almost clash with him. He suddenly speed up and overtake me at the speed of 200km/hour. Please take some action.
