The Toledo Blade I've been calling The Blade for 5 times already to stop their carriers from throwing their Sunday flyers in my driveway

I've been calling The Blade for 5 times already to stop their carriers from throwing their Sunday flyers in my driveway. It's just plain trash. I was told 3 times that my concern will be forwarded to a manager. The managers at The Blade must be really bad at their jobs. They're all incompetent. That's why I don't want anything to do with this newspaper. Please stop throwing your stuff in my driveway!

The Toledo Blade I keep getting this blue plastic thing on my property even though I told them to stop

I keep getting this blue plastic thing on my property even though I told them to stop. I called The Toledo Blade a bunch of times in the last 5 months and told them to stop putting their blue ad thing on my property. Last week (around 10/26) I talked to someone and gave them my phone and email, but they never got back to me about my complaint. On Friday I talked to someone else and they didn't do anything because the blue thing showed up in my driveway on Sunday 11/1. I want them to stop littering my driveway with something I don't care about at all. Is The Blade not professional or what?

The Toledo Blade I think I got ripped off by The Toledo Blade newspaper

I think I got ripped off by The Toledo Blade newspaper. I just renewed my subscription for E-Print & Delivery Service and they charged me $416.00, which is $64.48 more than last year. That's an 18.3% increase! It's not fair that they can charge whatever they want because they're the only newspaper in town. Plus, they're not being honest in their advertising. They showed a $20/month subscription on their website, but they didn't say it was only for new subscribers. And now they're cutting back on deliveries, but they won't give me a refund. This is false advertising and bad customer service. I might have to go to the Ohio Attorney General's Office if they don't fix this.

The Toledo Blade Blade keeps throwing ads in my yard even after I told them to stop

Blade keeps throwing ads in my yard even after I told them to stop. I called and emailed in September and November to tell them to stop, but they keep throwing poorly delivered papers that turn into garbage on the street. I asked them to stop throwing this unwanted garbage in my yard, but they keep doing it. I called and wrote again on October 4th, and they said a supervisor will reach out, but the delivery person keeps throwing garbage in our beautiful neighborhood. Nobody wants this old-fashioned spam advertising that kills trees and litters our yards. I'm sure others in my area feel the same way. I've called and emailed multiple times, but I still have to pay my lawn guy extra to clean up the garbage they keep throwing in my yard. Please help me stop them from spamming my home with potentially contaminated garbage. I even contacted the police non-emergency line to ask what to do, but I doubt anyone cares during this pandemic.

Toledo Blade still giving out coupons and ads on Saturdays in a blue bag even though we asked them to stop. Me and my wife tried to talk to someone at Toledo Blade about stopping the blue bag delivery but they didn't listen. It's annoying and bad for the environment. The bags end up in the street and sewers and the stuff inside gets blown around the neighborhood. No one picks it up because they don't care. Toledo Blade is littering and polluting our neighborhood and they don't care. We don't even subscribe to their paper or website. We've been trying to fix this for a long time and it's frustrating. Please help us get some respect.

The Toledo Blade I got a problem with my subscription refund from The Toledo Blade

I got a problem with my subscription refund from The Toledo Blade. They gave it to the wrong person. I subscribed on 11/30 for a year and paid $192.40 on my credit card. I shared the paper with my neighbor, and her sister paid $96.20 for a 6-month extension on her credit card. I cancelled the subscription on April 6th because they only printed three times a week. They said I would get a refund of $234.85. I called on April 22nd to ask about the refund, and they said it was sent to my credit card. I checked, but there was no credit. I called today, and they said it had to go back on the card it was charged on. So, the whole credit went to the sister, who is in her eighties and in a nursing home. I can't contact her to get the money back. I called The Blade, but they said I was out of luck. I spoke to a supervisor, but she said she could do nothing. I told her that only the $96.20 should have gone back on the sister's card, not the whole refund. But she didn't listen. The neighbor wouldn't help me contact her sister. I tried to call back, but they put me on hold and then cut me off. I called again, but the supervisor didn't answer. This is bad customer service, and I won't buy their newspaper again.

The Toledo Blade I stopped my subscription to The Toledo Blade when it expired

I stopped my subscription to The Toledo Blade when it expired. But they keep saying I owe them money. I already paid for the year, but they keep sending me "PAST DUE NOTICE" letters. It's a scam! They use auto-renew to trick people into paying for another month. I only got the paper for a few days after my subscription ended. It's not fair that they keep bothering me about it. Their customer service isn't even available very often. And when you do talk to them, they just say you agreed to auto-renew. They threaten to send the bill to collections and ruin your credit. They say they want me to be a subscriber again, but they're not doing a good job of it. They can't even deliver the paper properly. I had to call them many times because I was missing parts of the paper or it was late. They promised to fix it, but they never did. One time, their carrier got stuck in the snow in my driveway. We helped him and paid for a tow truck to get him out. He said he would pay us back, but he never did. We told him to pay it forward instead. We also told him to stop backing into our driveway, but he didn't listen. We did our part, now it's time for The Blade to do theirs and cancel this "PAST DUE NOTICE"!
