Ordered a crossbow case. Ultimately, I needed to return it. Cost me $30 to ship back, after paying shipping to get it. Still waiting on getting my money back for the original item. Shipped it back weeks ago. Suddenly customer service has stopped responding to my emails. I feel like I got ripped off. Not sure how else to get their attention other than a poor review.
Recommendation: I will not work with this company again.

I replaced my order 10/14, which was processed 10/15 and shipped 10/20. The back order policy states that they would honor and make adjustment to the original price if the item is back in stock within 30 days. BE AWARE THEIR PRICING MAY BE A LITTLE SHADY< AND THEY DON"T HONOR THEIR POLICIES

Ordered a Holosun optic from TGD for my pistol in late April from the GunBroker.com website. They warned me that the lock down imposed by Kentucky's governor because of the CV-19 pandemic would cause shipping delays, but TheGunDock was able to ship this after a couple of gentle requests to do so. Shipped on the 21st and received on the 23rd - amazing. Note that TGD's price for this optic was much less than the competitors. As long as a business lives up to its obligation to deliver, I can't place blame for what amounts to an act of God. I'm now a believer and will do business with them again. Thank you.

Terrible customer service and shady operation to say the least. I ordered new product but was shipped a used/damaged item instead. I emailed to ask for a replacement (no options to speak to a live human on the phone) but got no reply within a week. I finally got someone (the owner) to respond after requesting a return for refund, and he actually sent me a return label. After I sent the item back (and have tracking to confirm receipt), there has been zero follow up. It's been 2 1/2 months since the item was shipped back and still to refund posted to my card. I have emailed seven times with no response. How are these guys still in business?

Terrible service, I purchased ammunition from the Gun Dock. I was told that I needed to pay an extra $112.00 for FedEx ground shipping to Hawaii. I agreed to pay for the shipping charges. I wasn't aware that my shipment was being held at the FedEx terminal on Oahu. I reached out to GunDock and they emailed me a phone number for me to contact the terminal. The terminal manager told me that the shipment was confiscated because it was not supposed to be shipped FedEx ground I called GunDock and they gave me the run around, saying they would either refund me or send me another order Did not even get a reply Will never do business with this company again

I was willing to wait as long as necessary for my order and was surprised at how short the wait time was. In my transaction with The Gun Dock's Customer Service I was extremely satisfied at the speed and frequency of response as well as the price of my items. Everything arrived on my end on time and in very good condition as advertised and promised. As long as I know people are responding to my paid requests I will give them the needed time to complete them. There is no disappointment on my end with this company.

all with the product and the service and will do business with them again. I just thought that the shipping cost was a little high. But total cost still came below that of other competitors. They have very good overall operating store policies. Unlike K who have a rotten, corrupt store policy charging a 10% restocking fee on a cancelled item that they haven't after 3 days still not taken of the shelf to ship. Will never do business with K and will discourage others from doing so. TheGunDock in KY is the better way to go.

After 11 days, I filed a complaint through my Credit card company for failure to ship. Communication is virtually nonexistent as he stopped communication. I haven't heard anything from him in 11 days. He claims on his listing, the vast majority of orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. NOT TRUE. He claims in his email, he will ship 'soon'. NOT TRUE. He claims to be in communication throughout the purchase. NOT TRUE. STAY AWAY FROM THEGUNDOCK, they'll try to steal your money. In addition, the platform has done absolutely nothing, probably because he's a top 10 seller and they allow this behavior from the big sellers.

The folks at TheGunDock made my purchasing experience buttery smooth. They handled all of the legal paperwork lightning fast with my designated FFL, and overall the only complaints I can even find about them are from people that don't seem to understand that the seller (TheGunDock in this instance) has to get the FFL paperwork from your in state FFL before they can ship. It's guns and ammo... not solo cups and pixie sticks... so yea, there is some paperwork time involved. My FFL is very prompt and did their side of the paperwork within an hour of my requesting the transfers, and TheGunDock did their end of the transfer just as quickly. Anyway, I had a fantastic experience with them between pricing, speed of service, and customer service. I look forward to my next purchases through them.

At 14 days with still no notice I sent another email (since calling all you get is an automated response, and it says "the best way to contact us is through email"). 6 emails later still no response. Finally on 04/21 they sent an email saying that I should receive shipping info that day or the next. Early in the morning I receive an email giving me tracking info. Now the store has a physical address in Kentucky, but it seems their warehouse is in Arlington Texas (only 40 min. from where I live!) I could have picked it up 2 weeks ago, but no one was answering email. Poor customer service.

That was not the case at all. I could not get in touch with anyone by phone, although they did specify email was the best way to contact them, it still took them 1-3 days to get back with me if they decided to get back with me at all. I still have not heard from them on my last email. They were upfront about the delayed shipping times, but I think a month is a little extreme, I could be wrong though. They sent me an email saying my item had shipped and it was actually 10 days later before it actually shipped. I could be a 1 in 1 million customer but this was an absolutely terrible experience for me. Will not do business with the gun dock again.

Alright where to start... I'm from the Land of the Liberals (Colorado, not all of us are demons) and I was looking for a compliant Smith & Wesson M&P AR-15. TheGunDock was SO accommodating and helped me by substituting a smaller magazine (15 rounds or less) so I could purchase the gun off their website. They didn't only just help me get the gun, they gave me an AMAZING PRICE! When I thought things couldn't go any smoother, I got an email that it also shipped THE SAME DAY that I purchased the gun. Nowadays with Covid-19 everything is so delayed and backordered that it usually takes an entire week or longer to ship (this is not anyone's fault). I cannot thank TheGunDock enough and hopefully this review will be a little gratitude towards them. Amazing prices, incredibly fast service, top of the line customer service, AND they have Joe Exotic music if you need to be on hold for a minute or two. THANK YOU TheGunDock!

Still waiting, check has not been cashed. I suspect that Covid and USPS have all played a role in this delay, and their lack of response. I will withhold rating for another week. I am disappointed about the customer service but I understand it is a small item yet I don't have $178 to throw away...pandemic not withstanding. Todays date is 8.17 thats 30 days no frame...ironically thats longer than I have to wait once it gets to my ffl dealer.

So my disclaimer for this review is I have not received my order as of this moment. I placed my order on April 8. I was charged almost immediately for the firearm and I received confirmation from my FFL that he provided a copy of his license to the vendor as required within an hour of me completing the order. I was emailed tracking information on April 10. However, the package was not confirmed shipped until April 13. From the date I placed the order until the estimated delivery will be a total of 12 calendar days, if it arrives on the date it is supposed to. So I cannot echo what others have said as far as receiving my order quickly. I am trying to be understanding because of what the world is going through right now. I am still a little annoyed that I was billed 12 days ahead of receiving my order and being able to inspect the firearm. I can say I have received multiple emails from the company since placing my order. So communication had been good at least. If my firearm arrives on the estimated delivery date in the promised condition, then I will rate this online shopping experience as average. I do wish the delay in shipping would have been much less.

I bought a Colt Anaconda through Gun Dock and had it delivered to my local gun store. The cylinder release catch was not working properly and I DID NOT EXCEPT THE TRANSFER of the firearm. Gun Dock website states "INSPECT THE FIREARM FULLY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects or issues with the firearm. If there are any problems with the gun DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER. We will gladly have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and provide you with a replacement or full refund." I have contacted Gun Dock and they want ME to contact Colt to fix the firearm as this was the only Anaconda Gun Dock had in stock even though their website states they will "...gladly have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and provide you with a replacement or full refund." At this point I emailed Gun Dock Customer Support a screen shot of their website's "How To Buy A Gun" and told they their resolution was unacceptable and contrary to their website's stated way to handle a gun transfer. Customer support called me back said that they want to have gun shipped to back to Colt from my local gun store. Again, this is contrary to their website's description of "How To Buy A Gun". Bottom line: 1.) Gun Dock sold me a defective firearm 2.) Gun Dock wants me to deal with their problem 3.) Gun Dock does not live up to their own words on how to transfer a firearm. 4.) They are unwilling ship firearm back to Gun Dock and provide a full refund since they do not have a replacement firearm. 5.) Currently, the firearm sits at the local gun store and Gun Dock has my money.

I can buy these anywhere for $12.50 per 5 individual slugs...On sale they routinely go for $8.99-9.99... The only reason I ordered from THEGUNDOCK was because they were advertised as 5/20...5 containers of 20. Says right on my receipt: 20 boxes per case- and I ordered 5 cases of 20 (for 100 total)... And received 25 (which is at minimum false advertising, at this point it is fraud.) I either want the additional 75 missing slugs immediately sent -or a 100% refund with a return label for the ammo I received but didn't get the complete order.

Poor Customer Service, no communication at all except for a generated email. Placed an order on July 1st for a GPS Map 66I Satelite Communicator. Received an email giving me an order # XXXXX. On July 6 at 9:30 am I sent them an email and received an automatic reply which was written on 7/1 and have not received any additional information. Sent another email and tried calling them many times and could not get thru. They have charged my credit card the minute I placed the order. I have not received anything. Payment was received and product never shipped and no response from merchant On April 14 I used the buy now feature via gunbroker.com. payment in the amount of $716.77 was received. I did a follow up on april 15 ans was told item is ready to be shipped, and that they need FFL certificate to ship. I contacted the local FFL and they stated they had sent the info 3 times. I have called thegundock and emailed them repeatedly with no reply. It is my belief they fraudulently sold merchandise they did not have. I want a full refund on this purchase or the gun to be shipped and myself sent a tracking # asap.
I had purchased 2 retractable gun stocks. The pictures even show the retractable stock. When they arrived they were2 regular gun stocks. When I emailed them they acknowledged that picture was not for the one described. I asked to return them for a full refund and no one will email me back with the RMA. I had emailed them 7 times asking for a RMA number to return them. The only thing I get back someone will be with you within 48 business hours and no one gets back to me. The website no longer lists the item as "in stock". I do not believe this vendor has been honest or acted in good faith on this sale. When I inquired about a refund, their response was there would be a 20% restocking fee. I don't understand how there would be a restocking fee if the item was not in stock! They shipped me a defective handgun, this was also confirmed defective with the manufacturer of handgun. I purchase a new gun "$690" from Gundock. The defective handgun shipped to me made a grinding sound when magazine release pushed in. I called gun "Kahr" manufacturing and gunsmith can hear the sound, Kahr confirmed gun was defective. Kahr and my FFL dealer said it was defective. Following Gundock's return policy I did NOT take possession from my FFL dealer. I tried multiple emails and phone calls and they refuse any of reply. I have done nothing wrong, and followed their rules. They have no reason to treat me like this.

This should have been a simple resolution, but instead it led to many emails where in the end they withheld a "fee." This company is at the very least comprised of antagonistic personnel and more likely unscrupulous personnel.They chose to make this extremely difficult instead of an easy resolution. The problem from the beginning was a depicted image which had very poor resolution and an unclear item description. Instead of Acknowledging this and correcting, they have chosen to battle me. I have made numerous efforts trying to get some help resolving this matter, I explained the shipping instructions several times including sending them the next day after payment. Many times I asked for help. I even asked for a refund or whatever needed to be done. Only communication I received was May 20th when they said they were looking into the matter. On April 26th they then shipped after my previous instructions to cancel it. During this time I reported the incident to my credit card company and they sided with me due to the vendor not responding or canceling my order. When fedex attempted to deliver the order, I rejected it what happened next was extremely unprofessional. This is the email I received tonight, this is extremely bad customer service at every corner. I tried repeatedly to cancel the order from their site however it lacked that functionality and at the time I checked out, I saw nothing about extended delivery windows. "Before I call and file a police report in Charleston and with my local law enforcement, I wanted to reach out to you about the recent chargeback you completed after receiving your items. ORDER # XXXXX. We do prosecute and take all legal action possible against theft to include costs for our attorney to travel and pursue the damages out-of-state, so I will await your explanation."

TheGunDock.com has received my payment and FFL dealers license for order # 7250390 ($425 +$14 ship), but they have not shipped the product I paid for. Based on the order confirmation email from TheGunDock.com (order #XXXXXXX), they state that they will ship the product 3-7 business days, (10 calendar days max) from the date they receive payment and FFL license. It's been 10 business days and 14 days and they still not have shipped the product I paid for. In aggravation, they will not answer their phone and their voicemail is always full. Email responses are spotty and they only say that due to Covid-19 they are working out their issues but should be able to ship in 3-7 business days, (10 calendar days max). The order status page on Gunbroker.com indicates they received my payment on 7/7 and my FFL license on 7/8, however, almost 2 weeks later, on 7/21 they suddenly state they had an issue because the FFL was not clear enough for their records and it caused a delay. I got no indication of any issue or request to clear it up the entire two weeks until this sudden issue arises. It's been a couple days since they indicated it's resolved and should ship.

It's been 17 days since they emailed that payment was received I have not received the item and they refuse to send any tracking info. On 03/19 I purchased a rifle from the gundock on gunbroker. Their add said they ship 1-3 days from receiving payment and that they provide tracking info when the item ships. They emailed me on 03/23 saying they had received payment. I emailed them several times through out the week asking for a timeline on when it would ship I the answer I got when they would answer was "any time". On 04/01 when I emailed asking again they emailed me back with a screenshot of their computer system claiming that ment that it should be on the truck. I have asked for shipping I for repeatedly since then and his excuse is that his workers haven't updated his system and he apparently won't go to the other building to find out. On 04/07 I asked if his system had been updated and he answered that He was in the warehouse and that he would check right now. I have emailed since then asking if he had any info about it and he has not responded. It has been 17 days since they received my the money. And I have no information to prove they have shipped it.

I received an incomplete shipment and after multiple attempts to contact customer service, have received no response. I placed an order for a CAA MCK Gen 2 Advanced Kit, part number CAA_MCKGEN2A on April 23rd. I understood shipping times are extended, and per their email would be up to 12 days, "worst case scenario." My order finally shipped exactly 21 days later from a 3rd party warehouse. I received my order 7 days later, to find that I had received the standard kit, not the advanced kit. The part number on my invoice was not the same as the part number on my order. The price of the item I purchased reflected the advanced kit before the sale price, and all part numbers matched. The price has since gone up $10, and all part numbers are still the same as well as the name. I have attempted to reach customer service twice through their support portal on their website, once through an open email I had with them, and have even left reviews on both ComplaintsBoard.com and Google hoping for a response or attempt to correct the mistake. At this point I have no interest in doing further business with them, but would like my order completed. They seem to be having a lot of trouble recently judging by the negative reviews, I would think they would be doing their best to solve the problems quickly to generate more business.

I committed to a purchase this company on May 5th and I paid in full at that time. As of June 8th the item hasn't delivered and seller won't respond. On May the 5th, 2020 I committed to purchase a firearm from the company. The purchase was made via website www.Gunbroker.com and was item number *** which can be found here: https://www.gunbroker.com/item/***. The item was paid in full via my Chase card on May 5th. Seller did not communicate with me further until May 28th. At that time, in response to multiple queries, the seller provided UPS tracking number 1ZXXXXXXAXXXXXXXXX. The UPS tracking system shows that package was delivered on May 28th in *** West Virginia. This tracking number is unlikely to be for my package as the shipping address that I'd requested was to SafeSide Tacitcal in *** Virginia. I contacted the seller on May 28th to report this discrepancy and the seller indicated that they were aware of the issue and they were "working on it". Since that time the seller has refused to respond to all requests for updated information. I believe the tracking number provided was a "decoy" meant to make it appear that my item had shipped when it actually had not. Seller refuses to respond, to show any proof that an item was shipped to the correct address, or to take any further steps to resolve the issue. I would prefer to have the item as purchased but would accept a refund if the item is not available.

I ordered the vertx gamut 2.0 from thegundock.com. I entered my address correctly and later received an email that it was wrong and delivery on hold On 07/28 about 01:47am I purchased a back pack called the vertx gamut 2.0 from the gun dock website. I remember entering my address correctly and then a suggestion box came up with the same address excluding my apartment number as a verified option. I chose the original address as that ensure it got to my apartment. I received a confirmation email with the order number XXXXX and it showed that my billing and shipping address matched. The price totaled $152.95. Later on that same day I received another email stating that my order was flagged for the fraud prevention unit and that additional information was required. This was absurd to me as I am an officer. They basically said that they needed a state ID with the matching address or a utility bill. That would have to be faxed in. I just moved to this location right before the pandemic hit so my ID was not changed due to closure of the DMV. The only only utilities I have our cable and light my girl pays the light I pay the cable and it's all done electronic. I have made several attempts to contact them at the number on their website but it's fully automated. I have emailed them and put in help desk tickets none of which I received a response from. I even reached out to them on Facebook and still no response. They have taken my money and I would like to have either the product or my money back and I can't get in contact with them to get either. Please assist me with this matter.

the knowingly sold and shipped me a faulty product on 7 may i bought a radical firearms .458 socom upper from thegundock on gunbroker.com. it took approximately 2 weeks for my item to ship via ups ground. after i got confirmation it shipped i bought my ammunition from black butterfly. when i received my item on may 22 i noticed already it had purple swirls on the upper. that did matter at the time because a new finish for a rifle is inexpensive. at the time i ordered my ammunition i was unaware there would be a delay. i got my ammo june 4th. i went and shot it that day. every shot i fired had a failure to feed and eject. now the bolt on the rifle is stuck in the upper. i cant remove it. i tried to contact thegundock and they said "nothing we can do its passed the 7 day return" and told me to contact radical firearms for warranty. i submitted a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint about them as well for their role in this. radical firearms manager told me the purple swirls are caused by the rifle being left in the bag with the oil on it for way to long and it messes the finish up. thegundock knowing that and seeing it still sent me the upper. and they still refuse to help me. i want to send the upper back to them and get a refund and apology for them knowingly shipping me a faulty product. they never check the firearm before shipping. it was in a clear bag and you can easily see the purple swirls through it. everytime i email i have to send 2 or 3 emails before the actually respond. they claimed they would get radical firearms to help. it doesnt take a few days to tell a company to "hey help this guy fix this"

I placed a simple order for one paper target package back on May 29. Their website says 5 business days to ship during this Covid time, I understand that. After 1.5 weeks, that's after 7 business days, I tried calling them, it's an automated answer and hitting option #5 to talk someone goes to an empty voicemail for box #110. Cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone, this was attempted numerous times. However I heard nothing at all so I emailed them June 7. No response given. Tuesday June 9 I emailed again. Then an email address from no name (just signed as customer service) said "you should have tracking tomorrow." That implies shipped by Wednesday June 10th. Still no tracking. I emailed them at the end of business day to cancel my order and give me my money back. Finally the store owner "Brad Bussell" responded saying the order is too far along to cancel. And that they can recall the package for $15. And once it's recalled and I get charged $15, they will get it cancelled and refunded. What a joke. None of this is extra $15 is on the website. These guys are frauds, just from this experience and from reading all these other reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com. What do you they mean recall the package? Brad, it's really quite simple. Have you shipped my order yet? If not, then give me my money back! Without any fraudulent up $15 recall fees. If you have shipped it, then give me the tracking info like your customer service said it would. This really shouldn't be that hard. It's one simple paper target. Either send it to me now or refund my money full 100% without any BS fees.

On June 19th I bought a gun from the gun from The Gun Dock. I sent them $1257 they sold the gun and will not return my $1257 over 3 weeks later on June 19th I believed to have bought a gun on line from the Gun Dock through multiple emails. They emailed me the price with shipping and I sent them the information they said they needed to buy the Rifle. I sent them the agreed upon amount $1257.00 Fed x'd them the money they received it June 25th. I started emailing them on the 29th asking them if they had received my money there response was we don't know who you are and you did not buy anything from us. So for over 2 weeks I have been emailing them to get them to respond telling me they do have my money and they are going to return it? Little funny, on July 6th they sent me an email out of the Blue saying "Guess what, we have your gun in stock, send us your FFL information and we will ship you the gun? Really, so you do have my money and are just holding it hoping you will get a gun to replace the one I thought I bought. Now here we are July 15th and they still will not respond to me about returning my money. These people are not at all consumer friendly and I am outraged that the ComplaintsBoard.com would allow a company like this to operate. As I look further into their reviews it is quite obvious bad customer reviews follow these people all the time. But, to not acknowledge them depositing my money into there bank WV City National Bank on July 9th and telling me they don't know who I am is ridiculous. there online practices are silly and try an get them on the phone? not a chance, they hide behind the internet and don't allow any verbal contact. Rightfully so, they would be so busy dodging customers on the phone with complaints they would not have time to sell guns to people on line. I am filing a formal complaint on line with the ComplaintsBoard.com which I will forward all of my emails and documentation showing how they agreed on a price, told me how and where to send the funds, I have receipt of them getting my funds from fedx and them receipting my cash in there bank I will send this complaint and documentation to them along with a Payment demand from my Attorney, and the same information to the Attorney Generals office.
