Scammers
They are scammers. They scammed me out of money by taking it back after filing a dispute for their customer, who claimed she did not receive an item she bought from me. Their customer then informed them that she did receive it, but they will not return my money. Ivonne in the fraud department is indeed fraudulent! I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Ft. Wayne, Indiana today. Don't fall for their scams!
Recommendation: Do Not trust them!

However, after 4 business days, 3 Rivers has not cleared the funds, preventing the customer from sending the item. The deposit was made last Thursday, and today is the following Wednesday. It is also a holiday weekend, which adds to the frustration. It is puzzling why the funds are on hold if it was a cashier's check.

As his Power of Attorney (POA), I flew from Arizona to Indiana to handle his affairs while he is unable to do so. I visited the 3 Rivers branch on a specific date and met with a representative named Al to be added to the account. Al assured me that everything was in order. However, the next day, I still couldn't access the account. Al provided me with a one-time code to reset it, but it didn't work. I had to fly back home to Arizona. I contacted customer service and was informed that only two out of the seven required pages were scanned. Al had mistakenly believed that only two pages were needed. I emailed the Head of POA, but received no response. I also emailed the branch manager, but still didn't receive any assistance. My dad is scheduled to be discharged from the assisted living facility in a week, and I urgently need access to his account to secure housing for him. Despite the time sensitivity of the situation, 3 Rivers has failed to provide me with any updates or resolution. As a result, I am unable to pay my father's bills or handle his finances, which is causing him significant stress. I had a much better experience with another bank that promptly addressed my needs within two days. It has now been over a week, and 3 Rivers has yet to resolve this issue.

The teller introduced himself and asked how he could assist me. I informed him that I wanted to deposit $640 into my checking account, to which he responded with an okay. Typically, if the teller counts my money and realizes that it doesn't match the amount I stated, they should interrupt me and inform me of the discrepancy. However, in this case, the teller remained silent until the end of the transaction when he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. He returned my ID and receipt, and upon examining the receipt, I discovered that only $620 had been deposited. I immediately informed the teller that I had given him $640, to which he suggested counting his drawer to check if it balanced. He also mentioned that his manager could verify the count, which they did, and confirmed that the amount was indeed $620. My issue is that the teller's drawer not being over has no relevance to my situation. It is possible that he made an error with another customer's $20 and compensated for it with my money. The main problem I have is that if I didn't provide the correct amount initially, why didn't the teller bring it to my attention before depositing it into my account? I contacted the *** location to address the issue, but they were uncooperative and unwilling to take any action. Regardless of the amount involved, even if it were just $1, it is still unfair.
