This pervert gave my daughter a lolly pop and at first it was nice until I noticed the wrapper seemed to be open so I opened it and smelt it and it smelt like straight up cum, this pervert needs to be fired or better yet jailed! He constantly tries to call my phone from his personal phone and when I blocked his personal phone he got a new number to call me and then I blocked that phone number and he started calling me on the work phone, this pervert keeps on harassing me and I will be calling my lawyer to have him put behind bars.

This guy constantly harasses me! Please stop this guy from trying to get ahold of me,I’ve only been to amscot twice that’s it, no way In hell he should be this crazy about me. He needs to be fired or better yet stop letting him call people

It's been two days now and I still have not got the funds put on my card that I paid for nor has any pending transactions posted to my cash app account and amscot's telling me that they sent it and cash apps telling me they haven't received it and I got a receipt saying that I paid for...

Amscot Financial Customer service - Lucy at North Miami beach store

The setup in the store is everyone comes in and walks directly to a window then they skip over people Because they can't keep track of who came in 1st. So I come in to cash a check and I go to window 6 meanwhile when it fills up window 15 all the way around to 19 and yet Lucy starts helping everybody else at all these other windows and I'm sitting here still waiting after she's taken 3 other customers that came in after me And then we get into an argument and her attitude was ridiculous as customer service I'm in the customer service industry myself and deal with customers on a daily basis and never do I even do that I am a manager so I know how to handle a customer. Her attitude stinks and I called her little miss attitude she made me late for my job because she kept skipping over me and when I spoke up and said something is when I got the attitude from her and then when I did leave my wife called to complain to the manager a girl and he basically said oh it's just a mistake sorry but she wasn't in the wrong no the mistake was that she skipped over him To begin with so she was in the wrong and caused the whole situation to unfold and then gave an attitude behind her actions. I'm quite sure you all have cameras and they're not just video but their audio as well and if you run the tape you'll see Her job performance is below Minimal At best. Not only will I no longer go to that location I will no longer go to an amscot And I usually go to amscot every week. But I usually go to the location either in Hialeah or the location that's located on 441 But since I was closer to this one today I stopped in at this store location in North Miami Beach off of 167th street and 14th North East 14th Avenue. Little miss Lucy needs an attitude check And she definitely didn't need to snatch my check out of my hand either. Customer service training is a must when dealing with customers on a daily basis And it's a significant part of your job and responsibilities You can't just hire people off of the street and expect them to know how to handle people on a day-to-day basis. Please let me know that this situation is being taken care of and it is being taken seriously Phone number is [protected].

Desired outcome: Get her the proper training she needs or get rid of her She is no asset to your company as it stands now.

I went into the store there was a policy to have my ID license in order to get the key to utilize the restroom, there were two restroom but the key was provided for one, which was very nasty and gross... I thought this was unethical! I had my elderly client with me and he couldn't use the restroom at the time of the emergency. Although I just could get over how nasty the restrooms are kept

Amscot Financial I want to make a complaint about a check from my company that I gave to a person who gave me a service and they did not change it

the employee took the check to change to the amscot that is in flagler and the 84 in miami and they told him that the company rejected the check myself. I am the owner of the business that issued the call to customer service and they told me that they did not accept it because it was the first time and for them the check did not meet their requirements that was issued by the Bank of America. the bank and you do not accept your checks that close the account and I will go to another bank

Amscot Financial unethical behaviour

Nov.05.2018 after 4pm in the branch 5900 Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL. 34231 the employee Sarah B. was very incompetent, inefficient, and negligent. I told her since my arrival that I needed one single money order to US Department of Homeland Security for $1, 170 and I gave her a piece of paper with that information. I told her continuously more than three times since the beginning that I needed one only money order. She gave me a form to fill out with very private information, I asked why she needed that, and she said that it was in that way, and she went to attend another costumer. After waiting for her finishing, I gave back her all the information, she took more than a while with the computer and after all my waiting she said that she could not do what I asked her since I arrived, and nobody will do it because one money order couldn't be for more than one thousand dollars. She said then that two money orders instead one and her excuse was that she misunderstood what I repetitively told her since my arrival plus the paper that I gave her showing $1, 170. Frustrated and without doing any business there I asked her to delete all my private information from the system and she didn't. She took much more time talking by phone showing no concern at all and giving me a very fake apologize to complete her behavior. People like her shouldn't be working with costumers either in that kind of jobs. I would like to hear from some executive that you will take care of it.

Amscot Financial prepaid card fraudulent charges

I also went with Amscot money card because I thought my money would be safe I have my paycheck direct-deposited to an Amscot money card on four occasions just that I know of I'm sure there's more now that I research I have at least three to 3 to $500 for the third time taking from my card in fraudulent charges. Each each time the card is cancelled a new and reinstated all the information and again the following week fraudulent charges charged to my card once again. The bad part is I have done everything that they say to do you have my money returned and no matter what you're not going to get your money back I promise you anyone that uses Amscot money cards are going to be throwing their money down the drain. The Personnel that you speak to on the phone if you can get some on is going to be a middle eastern that you cannot understand or that is reading from a script and has no correct answers for you and will get you nowhere. I got online filled out all the necessary information to have money returned to me from two different paycheck. Months went by with no return money so I called him on the phone and they told me they have no information when I'm having the confirmation number in my hand and they still swear up and down that they have no information on my account. That has become so much of a headache and time-consuming process to get my money returned I just take it as a wash and lesson learned also while I'm complaining you'll have the same problem with a Walmart card just as bad I don't care who you talk to you can throw your money in the garbage they make it so ridiculously to get your money back that you finally give up. Anyone that uses either of these cards will learn your lesson the hard way and you might as well rip your paycheck up and throw it away. It has been absolutely the most aggravating time consuming and ridiculous ordeal I have ever dealt with and absolutely the most unprofessional handling of my money I have ever experienced. I won't even go into all of the charges and ATM fees that Amscot claim are free that they charge you for and many other things that are charged to your account that will Lindell your money to nothing your mind will be blown better read the small print. Bottom line is I have had over $2, 000 taken from my account I stayed in it that long because they promised my money back changed my cards and account numbers and let me to believe I would be reimbursed. Forget it it's not going to happen stay away from Amscott and Walmart cards I don't know how they are legally able to rip people off constantly. Lesson learned for me never again.

Their service is a piece of [censored]ing [censored]!
I stood literally 20 minutes, WAITING!
No [censored].. 20 minutes.
They all helped other people and kept walking passing me. More people came in and got service before me. Then two people in white uniform were just laughing behind the computer.. instead of noticing the [censored]. Then finally they bring their [censored] over to help me.

Amscot Financial service

Richard was speaking to a co worker drinking coffee very relaxed while the window was with 2 customers. I requested a loan [censored] usual and they required more information as if I had missed a payment I had juts finishes pay an amount of $222 in the amscot at 107th without any issues. They ask me to update all information and a reference application with my account number this information is not new to amscot it was much of an incovinience. The lady was extremely rude and continue speaking to Richard on a personal note behind the counter. I will never come back to this location.

Amscot Financial payday advance

I was told over the phone I was approved. When I got to the Amscot store. There were 3 workers there. I had to stand for a long, long period of time I'm disabled. I gave them all my personal things they needed. Then I had to wait again...the women who worked there were very rude. I was told I couldn't get a loan because" it wasn't a real bank"
I said, what ? How is Meta Bank not real I've been banking with them for 10 years. She said in a very nasty way"Sorry we CANT help you today"
I feel very discrimnated from this whole experience, and will never ever visit or my whole family will never cash our checks money orders there.
I would like someone here to call me about this matter.

Amscot Financial fraudulent charges on my prepaid card

Since I started using this card I have now had two incidents with unauthorized purchases. The first time I was able to clear up with merchant, but this time they say NO WAY. I called Amscot fraud department and that said sorry you can call back in a few days and see if we can help. Her exact words were maybe you should just consider this a lose! REALLY! 3, 500$ in fraudulent charges should be forgot about. I'm left with 4$ in my account and no way for food, gas, or my bills! IN WHAT WORLD DOES A COMPANY TELL YOU SORRY WERE NOT SORRY! We can't help you! This is why I went with Amscot because I thought I would be safe! I WAS WRONG! PLEASE EVERYONE BE SO CAREFUL!

Amscot Financial money order reissue

12/14/17 turned $1, 350 into 2 Amscot money orders in Riverview Fl. Sent them USPS certified mail (6 mo. car ins). Learned a few weeks later when drivers license was suspended this was due to not receiving the money orders, insurance canceled. Filed a claim with USPS for lost certified mail and waited to see if they would be found. Meanwhile had to pay the fees to clear drivers license AND again put out money for car ins. Finally by 2/21/18 we had enough to pay the fees for Amscot to reissue the money orders. Provided Amscot with USPS documentation stating the certified mail is lost. Even with that and Amscot showing the money orders are uncashed, Amscot insists on making us wait some mysterious time frame of up to 60 days before they will reissue money orders and no good reason why other than a policy. Sad and unethical business practice.

Amscot Financial service

My husband and myself frequent Amsoct located on 2430 French street in Sanford Fl. My husband continue to mistreated and stereotyped. He comes into location every first of the month to purchase a money order for rent. He is asked all sorts of questions on what's the money order for etc... Then today I asked him to please send money for me though western union and again he was questioned on who he was send money to and their relations. This is not protocol we both purchased money orders name sent them many tines and we have never been made to go through this sort of process. Luis and Stephane were on duty. Both felt like nothing was wrong. The proper paperwork was filled out and proper ID was made available. Please do not let this go on. My husband judge and less then a person. Thank you

Amscot Financial money order

I took two money order from Amscot (Money Superstore : 84) on 28th Feb 2018. Unfortunately the money order while it was sent via USPS was lost in transaction and the mail in which the money order was present didn't reach the addresss specified in the mail. I failed to remove the purchaser's receipt from the money order when I mailed it through usps. However I have a photo copy of the money order and the mail before I dropped the same into the usps outgoing mail box. The money order is worth 1150$ in total and need ur help to reissue the money order or refund back the cash. FYI the mail was not sent back to my address too and I also rechecked the mailing address and it was right. Can you please help me in this regard?

Amscot Financial check cashing

I am a retired school system employee and went to Amscot on Red Bug Lake Rd on Winter Springs 32708 on February 7th to cash a cashiers check my son gave me. I gave the lady all required information and then she started to ask several personal questions such as " why do you need to cash this check, why didn't your son give you cash?"
They also refused to tell me what the fee would be to cash the check and insisted to argue with me for several minutes. I ended up taking the check and cashing it elsewhere. I will put in complaint with BBB also. Yolanda

Went to cash a check in my sons name my son is autistic, and unable to do a lot of things for himself, I brought his I'd also I showed the ladies mine also, After 45 minutes waiting in the store They refused too cash The check, The check was from a online betting sight
THE check was good But Amscot acted like the check was a fraud . I left there feeling like I did something wronge When I was just trying too cash a check, my mother got the check cashed at her bank no quistions asked, I would not go to Amscot ever again.

Amscot Financial money order customer service

I have used amscot occasionally in the past for various money orders apparently never over $1000. I needed one for $2130. First off the clerk barely spoke or understood english unless I spoke slowly. Really? Secondly she was in training... On my time... I had to give her my id then she proceeded to verify all info was correct address, phone number, and even my place of employment! Now I began to feel like my privacy was being invaded. Very slow process since she was being trained. I was curious why all the questions this time, was it the amount? I asked what amount. Apparently they are not supposed to tell customers what their policies are! The amount is $1000. I said I was just curious i'm not a criminal and that's how I felt I was being treated! They finally told me it would have to be 3 money orders, again because of the amount, they can only make them for up to $1000 each. Who knew!? If I had known what a pain in the [censor] this was going to be I simply would have deposited the cash into one of my bank accounts. I thought this would be easier going to amscot. I questioned what do they do with the information like my occupation, etc...? No answer other than they have to put it in the computer, the computer asks these questions. I was not upset at all just curious and wanting to be an informed consumer. They do not want this. The manager came over and inserted herself unnecessarily which then that upset me because I am a non confrontational person, but I will ask intelligent questions. I was also asked what I was using them to pay for! Another violation of my privacy and anyone could say anything but I am not a liar or a criminal.

Amscot Financial recission of loan

I rescinded a loan only once before, and today I rescinded my second one. The manager at Amscot told me "you always do this", not true, only the second time in over a year I have been using Amscot for cash advances. Then she told me 'she would void the loan this time but not again and that in the future if I take out a loan I cannot bring it back" and even if I do I have to pay the full fee on it. Yet here is a quote directly from your website:

"Q: What if I change my mind after taking out a cash advance?"

"A: Amscot follows CFSA Best Practices and state laws regarding rescission. You can rescind your cash advance at no cost before the end of the following business day by simply returning the full amount of the advance."

So can someone tell me why this is on your website and why I had to go around and around about the manager about it, asking me all kind of questions about why I was bringing it back etc. I will say that she was actually only repeating what was said to her from the other side of the telephone. Please clarify.

Amscot Financial unethical behaviour and poor customer service

on 7/7/17 I went to Amscot in Dunedin FL location to receive monies from Western Union accounts. There were 3 separate transactions. I asked if I needed to fill out 3 separate WU forms since I had 3 transit numbers, the 2 representative said yes. These two rep were making faces and signaling me because of it. The one rep from that location took a long time to process my forms. She asked who was the sender and why 3 separate transit numbers. I answered the questions, thinking that it is not there business. She got on the phone and told me that Corporate didn't approve the wire transfer because they needed to know the sender, why 3 separate transit numbers and reason for the monies. It was my first time dealing with this WU wire transfer and this Amscot were very unprofessional, judging and rude with facial expressions. I called wu for info and they said that there company do not practice this dealings. I was able to received my monies from those 3 separate wu wire transfers with no incident at another location. They were quick and pleasant. I'm not a delinquent or I deal with illegal or funny business. Shame on you Amscot, Dunedin Florida. Do not go there my fellow Americans.

I had a similar experience this morning at the location on gulf to bay in Clearwater. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal for opting to get a money order for $2130 (over $1000 which is their threshold for Money Orders and the French Inquisition!) rather than schlepping my cash to the bank. Then when I simply questioned why I was being asked all these personal questions a manager came over and confronted me about it. That REALLY upset me, and indicated to me that intelligent people should never ask questions if they go to Amscot. I will never go to any Amscot location again unless I'm in dire need with no other options.

Companies that deal with money transfers have to be very careful because of money laundering and drug deals. They are most importantly stupid aholes taking advantage of elderly people. They may be the only reason you felt harassed. I've been to 3 different amscot locations and I never have gotten excellent customer service but I have been treated ok n got what I needed no prob

Amscot Financial poor service/extended wait time

Hello. I need an important issue resolved immediately, which took place on 3/3/2017:

I was at my local Amscot branch (Brandon, Fl.) this afternoon getting a money order for rent.
The experience was unusual and appalling.

I've been going to this Amscot for a long time- to get the same money order for the same rent payment for years...but this has never happened! Until today, each visit was pleasant with excellent service, hence why I returned for other bill payments, cashing checks, etc.

Unfortunately today's visit will cost me 60.00.
Mitzi was the customer service rep who handled my money order. I'm sure Mitzi had no intentions of causing harm, however a series of mistakes lead to me now owing 60.00.

I came in at 5:40 pm (as usual), which normally takes 3-5 minutes to get a simple money order. I ended up leaving at exactly 6:01 pm.
Firstly, every window was taken, except a few on one side of the building. There were 3 girls trying to assist all of the customers waiting.
After standing in the center on the room for 5 minutes not being acknowledged, I just chose one of the few open windows.

Suddenly 2 more ladies came from the back room chatting and began standing around...while the other girls were in a panic.
Finally someone came over to my window and said 'we'll be with you shortly'.
Evidently the customers were being assisted out of order, because 2 people started yelling loudly that they 'were skipped' - and then angrily walked out. This was disturbing and created an awkward tension in the room

I stood there patiently and then a lady named
'Mitzie' approached my window. I told her the amount of the money order- she asked me to repeat it twice, because she was looking for paper to write on.

I saw her writing it incorrectly, so I repeated it 2 more times. But this time she couldn't hear me, because she was chatting with another employee. So ...I had to repeat it again. At that time she began counting my money, then asked for my ID. I told her it was in the car and very close. I Left her with the money and went to my car (which was CLOSELY parked right in front of the door).

Literally 30 seconds later: I return to give her my ID and she was already helping another customer! I waited again for her to return to my window and she began counting the money again. THEN she suddenly walked away to answer the phone ...in the middle of my transaction, as if I had become invisible. So now she's chatting with a lady on the phone, and I finally hear her say 'ok we'll see you tomorrow'. NOW she comes over and counts the money again.

By this time, it's been 15 minutes and I knew (at the rate this was going), I wouldn't make it back to pay rent by 6pm. They do grace you a few minutes-if you walk in by 6:05. However, this experience truly took me by surprise and that 21 MINUTES will cost ME 60.00. Despite the fact that I only live 4 minutes from this Amscot location, when I arrived to see if anyone was still at the leasing office... it was empty.

I'd like to let you know that I'm an understanding person and my patients is FAR above average. However, this Amscot visit left me feeling like I was completely disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I've frequented Amscot for years (also at the bloomingdale & Hwy 60 locations), and have never witnessed this kind of customer disregard. There was no apology, just an 'eye roll' and I never once said anything negative.

I've always enjoyed utilizing your services to cash checks, pay numerous bills, etc. but I'm heavily considering my other options at this point.
Maybe Mitzie is new or training, etc. But even still, one should not be handling others finances (aka life)- unless fully trained and capable. In addition to this, there was NO excuse for the lack of focus with my 1020.00 in her hand... or the general behavioral flippancy of staff.
Given that it was a 'high volume' moment, I fully understand a business such as Amscot cannot predict these things. But having girls in the back during such chaos seems rather irresponsible.

I'm bringing this to your attention so that hopefully this won't happen to anyone else, AND I'd like to know how you intend on resolving said issue.

Amscot Financial they are giving counterfeit money!

I will never do business with an amscot corporation! Be aware, they are giving out counterfeit money to their customers. The manager did not care much about my money being lost. I bought two money orders and the teller gave me change which consisted of a counterfeit bill. Customer satisfaction is definitely none of their concern. I have not heard any apology or a solution to this issue!

Do not let them scam you as well.
