Amscot Financial review: Loading money on to cash app at amscot

I went to Amscot and gave him $32 to load 27 bucks on my cash app card. It's been two days now and I still have not got the funds put on my card that I paid for nor has any pending transactions posted to my cash app account and amscot's telling me that they sent it and cash apps telling me they haven't received it and I got a receipt saying that I paid for it and I never got the money loaded on My cash app. They're not giving me my money back or doing anything about it other than telling me it's going to take three business days to look into. The most recent call I made that timeline has now extended into four to possibly 5 days before they can even look into where my money went and how to pay me back because the lady who's helping me Day Off is on Wednesday she said so I got to wait an extra day. I've loaded cash app over 100 times at the same location and the money hits the cash up before I can walk out the front door. I loaded money on the cash up card the day before this incident and the day after the incident and the money was posted immediately thank God I got the receipt but it doesn't seem like that's going to do any good either
