Luckily, I was connected with a customer service representative named Marrisa Nelson who was incredibly helpful.
Marrisa confirmed that my order had been cancelled and assured me that the charge to my credit card would be refunded right away. She then went above and beyond by searching for two other seats for me. I was blown away when she was able to find seats that were even better than my original choice, and for the same price! I couldn't believe it.
Thanks to Marrisa's excellent customer service, I am now a huge fan of Ticket Club. I will definitely be using them exclusively for all of my ticket needs from now on. Ticket Club Review: Decent Selection and Prices, But Website Can Be Glitchy
I'm pretty darn upset right now, let me tell ya. I'm from Louisville, KY and I'm taking my daughter (who lives in Huntington, WV) to a concert so she can appreciate the music I grew up on. I was searching for tickets on the first day the public was allowed to order, and I finally found two tickets in the Lower Level section 6, row AA. I was so excited, but every time I tried to purchase the tickets, I was redirected back to the beginning where you search for the area and seats you want. I tried 11 times, can you believe it? And by the time I finally got through, the seats in the area where I wanted to sit were already taken. Can you say frustrating?
But, I gotta give credit where credit is due. Ticket Club did eventually come through for me and I was able to get tickets in the next level up. It would have been awesome if I could have found tickets where we would be sitting in the Lower Level in one of these sections 6, 7, 10 or 11 row AA, or right in front of the stage would have been even better. But hey, beggars can't be choosers, right?
Overall, I think Ticket Club is a pretty decent ticketing site. They have a good selection of tickets and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is that the website can be a bit glitchy at times. But hey, that's just the way it goes sometimes. All in all, I'd say if you're looking for tickets to a concert or event, Ticket Club is definitely worth checking out.

Amazing Customer Service from Sean at Ticketclub
I had a really bad experience with Ticketclub when I bought tickets and then found out 24 hours later that they weren't available. I know it's not really Ticketclub's fault, but the ticket broker they use, Ticket Empire, was just terrible. They didn't want to help me at all, and when I asked to speak to a manager, they refused. They just told me to talk to Ticketclub instead.
Luckily, I got in touch with Sean on the rejected tickets team at Ticketclub, and he was amazing. I hope someone tells him how great he is, because he really deserves it. He must deal with angry customers all day long, but he was so professional and helpful with me. He worked really hard to find a solution to my problem, and even though it took most of the day, he managed to get me tickets from another broker at a discount.
Thanks to Sean, my wife was able to see the show she'd been wanting to see for a really long time. I'm so grateful to him for all his hard work and dedication. He's a real asset to Ticketclub, and I hope they recognize that and promote him.

By the time I got access to my tickets, it was less than an hour before the start of the game.
I would advise you to avoid this company. It's worth paying the extra fees to not have to deal with their BS and maybe not even get the tickets. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.

I ordered tickets for Anastasia on Broadway and they used this company called Event Tickets Co. to fulfill the order. I got an order confirmation and everything seemed fine, but then 24 hours before the show, I started getting a bunch of calls and emails from Event Tickets Co. saying they didn't have enough information to fulfill the order! Can you believe that? And they had already billed my credit card! They did say they would refund me, but still. It was a real hassle.
Anyway, I ended up going to Telecharge and getting the tickets for less than what I paid with Ticket Club and Event Tickets Co. And you know what? The show was great! So, I guess I can't really complain too much. But still, if you're looking for Broadway tickets, I'd recommend going straight to Telecharge. Don't bother with Ticket Club and Event Tickets Co.
Oh, and by the way, the oldest excuse in the book is when they say all the managers are in a meeting right now. I mean, come on. That's just lazy.

I bought tickets ahead of time (On saturday, the event was gonna be held on friday). I got them... You know, when? On friday!
And I need to mention, that these tickets are electronic, so you don't have to go to their office to receive them. No.
On wednesday I started to worry that maybe they didn't see my order (Even though the money was immediately charged). I called them and was said that everything is ok, they will send the tickets right away. Andddd... Nothing. All of a sudden I got them on friday. Probably, because of my numerous emails and calls.
Stay away from these jokers.

We had an order break down during processing. We offered you what available alternatives we had, which you declined. When you declined, we promptly refunded the full price of your purchase.
