Disappointing Venue Experience: A Review of Ticket Liquidator Concert Attendance
I recently attended a concert through Ticket Liquidator and while the music was great, the overall experience left something to be desired. My friends and I attend many concerts throughout the year, but we have never been as disappointed by a venue as we were with this one.
Firstly, the traffic control was horrendous. We live quite a distance from the venue, and despite leaving home at 3:45, we didn't arrive at the parking lot until 7:15. The access to the venue was also a problem. We were told that there was no way to get dropped off at the entrance and that we would have to "hoof it up the hill like the other handicapped patrons." This was a major issue for anyone with mobility challenges, as the hill was partially paved with lots of ruts, potholes, and stray stones, and there was not much lighting on the way out.
The staff at the venue were also quite indifferent and unhelpful. Our tickets said Row 1, but when we arrived at our VIP box, we found that our seats were actually in the second row. This might not have been a big deal, but the women who shared the box with us had front row tickets and chose to dance the whole night in front of our box, spreading out in front of the entire box. This made it almost impossible to see the monitors or the performers on stage unless we stood up. While I understand that they were excited and had every right to enjoy the concert, I think the venue could have done a much better job of enforcing rules and encouraging common courtesy.
Overall, while the music was great, the experience was not up to the standards we have come to expect from attending concerts. The traffic control, access to the venue, and indifferent staff all contributed to a less-than-ideal experience. I would recommend Ticket Liquidator to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared for potential issues with the venue itself.
Ticket Liquidator Review: Unprofessionalism and False Promises
I recently bought two tickets to see Dave Matthews from Ticket Liquidator, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on May 23, 2015, and was told that my tickets would be sent out by June 2, 2015. However, as the concert date approached, I realized that my tickets had not yet arrived. I contacted their call center in Windsor CT multiple times, but each time I was given false information and empty promises.
To make matters worse, my tickets did not arrive until June 8, 2015 - two days after the concert had already taken place. I was beyond frustrated and upset. I work in a call center myself, and I know how important it is to provide customers with accurate information and timely service. Unfortunately, TicketLiquidator failed to do either.
I decided to take action and contacted the Better Business Bureau, as well as other companies that I know have a reputation for holding call centers accountable. I was told that I would receive a refund for my tickets, and that if they happened to arrive in time for the show, they would be free. However, when I contacted Fed EX to inquire about the status of my shipment, I was informed that the company had stopped shipment on the tickets.
To say that I am disappointed with Ticket Liquidator would be an understatement. I believe that they purposely take customers' money without any intention of delivering the tickets they paid for. Their so-called "100% worry-free guarantee" is nothing more than a 100% stressful nightmare. If I had known what I was getting into, I would have gladly paid more money to a legitimate ticket company.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering using Ticket Liquidator to think twice. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability are simply unacceptable.
Mixed Experience: Great Tickets, Terrible Event Organization
I was so happy when my tickets from Ticket Liquidator arrived on time, just in time for the concert. I ordered them only a week before the event, so I was relieved that they arrived in time. Our seats were amazing, and we had a great view of the performer. I would definitely order VIP tickets again. However, I was very disappointed with the overall organization of the event at Montage Mountain. The event staff wouldn't let me park in the VIP parking section, even though my parking tag was visible. I asked and pointed out that I had VIP parking and tickets, but I was still denied access to that section. Instead, I had to park in a baseball field about 5-7 miles away from the pavilion. We then had to wait for approximately an hour for school buses to shuttle us up the mountain hill. There were only 4 or 5 buses running at a time, which made the wait even longer. The traffic getting to the concert was incredibly congested and disorganized by event staff, which took about another hour to get to the pavilion. We were dropped off way below the pavilion entrance and had to walk another 1/4 mile or so into the event. The buses were filled with unbelievably drunk, obnoxious people, one of whom pulled her pants down and urinated on the bus. We missed all of Dustin Lynch and only saw the last song of Little Big Town due to the poor traffic control and organization. We barely made it there to see Luke Bryan, and the ushers had little knowledge of where my VIP box section was located. The section for food for VIP holders was shut down, and only soft pretzels and beverages were available in the VIP area. I paid for VIP parking and wasn't allowed in that area, plus missed two entertainers I paid for. Needless to say, I'm very disgusted with the event organization, the poor planning, and control of the whole situation. Our seats were really good, but the rest was horrible.
Avoid Ticket Liquidator: Sold My Tickets & Refused Refund
I recently had an experience with Ticket Liquidator that I feel is worth sharing. On December 30th, 2015, I decided to purchase tickets for an event in Toronto. I placed my order at 6:30 PM and received a confirmation email from the company at 6:45 PM. The email stated that I would receive my tickets via email within 10-15 minutes. Feeling confident that everything was in order, I left my house at 6:46 PM to head to the event.
When I arrived at the event at 7:35 PM, I checked my email for the tickets, but there was no email to be found. I called Ticket Liquidator at 7:40 PM to inquire about the tickets, and they informed me that my tickets had been sold to someone else and that they had no tickets to replace them with.
At this point, I had already spent $25 on parking and around $15 on gas. I was frustrated that Ticket Liquidator had charged me for the tickets, sent me a confirmation email, and then failed to deliver the tickets. They could have at least sent me an email to let me know that my tickets had been cancelled.
I had my kids with me, and we were all disappointed that we were not able to attend the event. I had to run around outside the arena trying to find someone selling tickets because I had trusted Ticket Liquidator. I was not happy with the customer service I received when I called to explain my situation. The agents were rude and did not let me speak. They refused to honor the 200% money back guarantee and did not offer any kind of incentive for their mistake.
I have purchased tickets for events many times in the past, but I will never buy from Ticket Liquidator again. I strongly advise others to avoid this company as well. They are not a legitimate source for tickets, and they sell tickets they do not have. If you are planning to attend a high volume event, it is best to buy your tickets in advance from a more reputable company like StubHub, Vividseats, or Ticketmaster. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Ticket Liquidator.
Disappointing Experience with Ticket Liquidator: Lack of Verification and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased tickets for Beyonce's concert in Houston, TX for my girlfriend's birthday. However, I encountered an issue while trying to log into my account on the way to Houston. I contacted Ticket Liquidator and waited on hold for over 40 minutes before finally getting through to a helpful representative whose extension was 1852. I explained my situation and she informed me that I had called a few days ago to change the email on the account and that my cousin would be printing out the tickets. They had changed my email password and assisted me in printing the tickets a few days later. The representative was surprised and said she had never seen this before. She spoke with her manager and I had to wait outside in a $50 parking spot for about an hour while they verified my information.
When the representative returned to the phone, she informed me that her manager said, "Oh my god, he's not lying." They had not verified the order and apologized, saying that they had to do FBI stuff before issuing a refund. I tried contacting them four times on Monday but was placed on hold non-stop with no answers. The most frustrating part was that my friend had purchased tickets one row down from mine and had confronted the thief, who had purchased the tickets on Ticket Liquidator. The concert security couldn't do anything, as it was Ticket Liquidator's responsibility.
I received an email from Ticket Liquidator stating that my email was changed in good faith and that they were sorry for the confusion. They offered me a 10% discount off the total ticket price on a future purchase through Ticket Liquidator as an apology. The code 4ACRolandPerez can be inputted in the Promotional Code box on the checkout page and will expire one year from today.
Overall, my experience with Ticket Liquidator was frustrating and disappointing. While the representative I spoke with was helpful, the lack of verification and the inability to get a refund or even a response on Monday was unacceptable. I would caution others against using Ticket Liquidator for ticket purchases in the future.
Ticket Liquidator: A Scammer Company - My Experience and Warning to Others
I bought tickets for a show in Toronto from TicketLiquidator.com/Echo Tickets on October 3, 2016. They charged me $618.75 right away, and the show was scheduled for April 15th, 2017. I received an invoice saying that the tickets would be mailed to me by April 11, 2017. However, I knew that wouldn't work because I would be out of town by then. I called them right away, and they assured me that I would have the tickets by December 1, 2016. But when I called on that day, they said that I would definitely have them by the end of December 2016.
The holidays came and went, and I still hadn't received the tickets. I called again on March 10th and spoke to a man named Stanislav, who was very rude and obnoxious. He even threatened me and said that if I didn't stop calling and bothering him, he would hold onto the tickets until the very last minute. I was shocked and upset by his behavior.
I decided to call the corporate office and spoke to a woman named Tracy. At first, she seemed very nice and promised that I would get the tickets soon. But after a week went by, I realized that she was in on the scam. She put me off and didn't seem to care about my situation at all.
That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I called the box office at the Princess of Wales Theatre and spoke to a woman named Marie. She was very helpful and told me that Ticket Liquidator was a scammer company. They charge high prices for tickets and often sell fraudulent ones that can't be used at the venue.
Marie helped me to get my tickets and even called Ticket Liquidator on my behalf. But Stanislav lied to her and said that the ticket office had refused to give him my tickets because I had harassed them. None of that was true, and Marie knew it.
Finally, I was able to get a 100% refund from Ticket Liquidator because they couldn't get any tickets legally from the ticket office. Tracy even denied that she had promised me a 200% refund, which was part of their guarantee when I bought the tickets in October 2016.
I learned my lesson the hard way. Do not buy tickets from Ticket Liquidator or any other ticket liquidator. They are rip-off artists who prey on unsuspecting customers. If you have trouble with them, call the box office of the venue and ask to speak to someone who deals with fraud.
I'm glad that I was able to get my money back and even got tickets in the 6th row for $150 less than what I originally paid. But it was a lot of grief and aggravation that I could have avoided if I had just called the box office in the first place.
Please file complaints with your Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, your bank, and your credit card department. These guys need to be shut down before they can scam anyone else.
Ticket Liquidator Ruined Our Night Out: A Review of Our Experience at the Mumford and Sons Concert in Toronto
My experience with TicketLiquidator was not a pleasant one. My fiancée and I had purchased tickets for the Mumford and Sons show at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, Ontario months ago. We arrived at the venue at 5:45pm, excited to see our favorite band perform. However, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment and frustration when we discovered that the MASTERCARD provided by Ticket Liquidator for entry to the concert was EMPTY!
We immediately contacted Live Nation at the Molson Amphitheatre box office, who advised us to call Ticket Liquidator and speak with someone to resolve the issue. We spoke with a service representative named "Brandon" who tried to track our order while putting us on hold. After 20 minutes, he came back on the line and said that he didn't know why the card was empty, but he had our order on the screen. We asked to speak to a manager, but Brandon was unable to locate one to assist us.
We pleaded with Brandon to help us as we had taken a half day off work to drive from Cambridge, Ont to downtown Toronto, Ontario, already paid for parking and had now been at the venue AND on the phone with him for almost 45 minutes by this point. Brandon tried to track down another manager and was successful in finding one named Kelly. Kelly offered us her sincerest apologies for the mistake on their end and offered no resolution for us, only a 200% refund which she pointed out in the Ticket Liquidator money back GUARANTEE!
However, she stated that we had to obtain in writing and on company letterhead that we were at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, Ontario and that we were denied access because the card that Ticket Liquidator had given us for entry to the Mumford and Sons concert was in fact empty. We tried to find a manager at the box office to write us something on company letterhead or in an email, but to no avail. Nobody would assist us as it was now 7:15 and the front gates were packed!
At this point, we were deflated having been on the phone with Ticket Liquidator for almost 90 minutes and were no closer to getting into the concert. We attempted to buy tickets, but they were completely sold out and the only people with tickets were scalpers offering their cheapest tickets for $250 EACH! We thanked Kelly for her time, hung up, and took a couple of selfies in front of the Molson Amphitheatre.
We were heartbroken that we were at the front gates and could not get into see Mumford and Sons. This is a wound that will last a lifetime as I'm sure it was an amazing concert! We are still trying to obtain our 200% refund, but we will never forgive Ticket Liquidator for ruining our night out. We had purchased very good seats to see our favorite band, paid a very good price to see them, lost a half day's pay each, but the worst thing is that we were there and nobody had the power to get us inside to see the show, no matter how bad the seats were.
In conclusion, I am upset, hurt, and frustrated that Ticket Liquidator ruined our night out to see our favorite band. This is a wound that will last a lifetime, and I will never forgive them for it. I hope that others will learn from our experience and avoid using Ticket Liquidator in the future.
Ticket Liquidator Review: Overpriced Service Fees and False Guarantees
Ticket Liquidator ain't worth the hype, let me tell you. They claim to have a 200% guarantee, but they don't even live up to 1%. Here's why: they're just a middleman between you and the ticket seller. You pay Ticket Liquidator an overpriced service fee, but your credit card gets charged by the original seller. So if anything goes wrong, Ticket Liquidator isn't even on the hook. They're just there to make a quick buck off you.
Their guarantee is a joke. They promise that your tickets will be legit, arrive on time, and be exactly what you ordered. But if anything goes wrong, good luck getting your money back. I bought tickets through their site, and when I found out they might not arrive in time, I contacted Ticket Liquidator. They passed me off to the original seller, who offered me "better" tickets that were supposed to be closer to a nonexistent second stage. When I got to the event, I was actually further from the main stage by 20+ seats. I immediately contacted Ticket Liquidator, but all they offered me was $100 off my next purchase if I signed a waiver. Are you kidding me? I spent $2560 on tickets, and they think $100 is going to make it right?
I tried to talk to their customer service reps, but they just gave me the runaround. Finally, I got transferred to Shawn in the Loyalty Department. He told me their offer was final, and that it was my word against the seller's. He didn't even bother to contact the seller to verify my claim. I've been trying to talk to him for two days now, but he's conveniently unavailable. It's been almost two weeks, and they still haven't offered to live up to their own policy or guarantees. All I want is my service fees back, but they won't even give me that.
Save yourself the trouble and don't use Ticket Liquidator. They're just a middleman who doesn't care about their customers. Go straight to the seller and save yourself some money.
Unjust Treatment at Twenty One Pilots Concert: A Disappointing Experience
Last night, I went to the Twenty One Pilots concert with my 11-year-old daughter, and I have to say, it was not the experience I was hoping for. I encountered several issues that left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
Firstly, I had my small, outdated tablet in my satchel. After waiting in line for hours, we finally got to the entrance, and a very rude and condescending woman security employee checked my satchel. She saw the tablet and firmly and rudely stated that no video recording devices were allowed. I explained that I didn't use the tablet to record video and apologized, but she cut me off and restated her policy. I felt like she didn't hear a word I said. I also found it strange that my brand new iPhone 6s Plus and my daughter's iPhone 6 were not an issue, even though they have far better cameras than my 2013 mini off-brand tablet.
Secondly, we were seated in the second row, even though I had been told by the box office that we were in the center. I didn't want to be seated on the sides directly in front of the speakers because my daughter is only 11 years old. When I asked the security lady if I could speak to someone from the box office about a potential upgrade, she treated me as if I was unworthy of respect and told me that if I left my seat, I wouldn't be allowed re-entry. This didn't seem right to me, so I asked if we could sit in another location further away from the speaker. She said we could, as long as we moved without issue if someone showed up to sit there. We moved, but then a man with a mustache told us we needed to leave because those were second-row wristbands. It took a while to sort out the confusion, and it was embarrassing and inconvenient.
Lastly, after the concert, we stopped at the merchandise stand on our way back to the upper south lot. The woman behind the counter looked directly at my daughter and asked in an annoyed voice, "What do you want?" My daughter didn't hear her, so I said hello and proceeded to give my order. The woman ignored me and looked directly at my daughter again and asked her. When my daughter started to tell her what she wanted, I jumped in and said that I would be the one making the purchase because my daughter is only 11. The woman responded rudely to me and told both of us to "$#*! off." I made a $65 purchase via a different person and asked to speak to the manager. The same woman passed us by and said "$#*! you" under her breath. The manager arrived and told me that he had never had any issue with her and that it was inappropriate for her to have treated us in that manner. He wouldn't give me any contact information regarding where I could issue my complaint.
All of these scenarios ruined what should have been a memorable evening that cost my family approximately $360 for tickets, $20 for drinks and snacks, and $65 for merchandise. The way we were treated was unjust, and my daughter wanted to meet Twenty One Pilots, but we didn't stay around because of how negatively we were treated.
I hope someone can contact me about these series of unfortunate events because we experienced several injustices last night, and someone needs to correct this.

Disappointing Experience at Monmouth Athletic Center: Poor Organization and Traffic Issues
The Monmouth Athletic Center (MAC) at Monmouth University in Long Branch, NJ is a venue that needs some serious improvement. The organization of the event was very poor, and it caused a lot of problems for the attendees. The traffic was backed up for almost two miles because there is only one way into the parking lot, and it is a single lane road through a residential area. There was no law enforcement directing traffic, which made the situation even worse. It took almost 45 minutes to travel that distance, which is unacceptable.
When you finally get into the parking lot, they had ticket holders standing on a line that went through the center of the lot and interfered with the flow of traffic in the lot. This caused even more problems and made the situation even more frustrating. The concert was supposed to start at 7:30 pm, but ticket holders were not admitted into the venue until 7:45 pm! This delay caused a lot of frustration and anger among the attendees.
When we were allowed in, we discovered that the opening act started at 7:30 pm as advertised, but only the "Meet and Greet" fans were there to hear it. This was a huge disappointment for those who had paid for tickets and were looking forward to seeing the opening act. The main act (Shawn Mendes) came on at 8:35 pm, which was a relief for everyone. From that point on, everything was smooth, and the concert was enjoyable.
However, the MAC Center should NEVER be a venue for anything other than college basketball games! The organization of the event was so poor that it caused a lot of problems for the attendees. The traffic situation was unacceptable, and the delay in admitting ticket holders into the venue was frustrating. The MAC Center needs to improve its organization if it wants to be a successful venue for concerts and other events.
Disappointing Experience with Ticket Liquidator: Conflicting Information and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently used Ticket Liquidator to purchase tickets for a concert that I was really excited about. After placing my order, I received an email with my tracking code and Purchase ID #, and I was thrilled to see that the tickets had been processed with a green check mark. However, my excitement was short-lived when I received a voicemail hours later informing me that my order had been rejected because the tickets I selected were no longer available. I was disappointed, but I was willing to consider other options.
When I checked my tracking code, I noticed that the processed tickets now had a red "X" mark, which was confusing and frustrating. I had already spent hours searching for tickets, and now all the prices had increased and it was difficult to find more than two tickets at a time. When I called Ticket Liquidator for help, they were not very helpful and told me that there was nothing they could do. They offered me tickets at nearly double the price, which was not affordable for me.
Overall, my experience with Ticket Liquidator was very disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I will not be using their services again in the future. It was frustrating to receive conflicting information about my order, and the customer service was not helpful or understanding. I hope that others can learn from my experience and choose a different ticket provider for their events.
Disappointing Ed Sheeran Concert Experience with Ticket Liquidator - 2 Stars
Ordering the tickets from Ticket Liquidator was a breeze, but the experience I had at the concert was not what I expected. I purchased tickets for the Ed Sheeran concert for my fiance's birthday, and I thought that the close to first row seats on the bottom level would give us a great view of the stage. However, I was wrong. Our seats were located right next to an entrance to the floor seating, which meant that we had a front row view of the back of everyone's head for the entire concert. It was a real bummer.
To make matters worse, the security personnel insisted on standing directly in front of our view of the stage when there was no line. It was frustrating to say the least. We spent 75% of the concert waiting for people to take their seats, and the other 25% trying to catch a glimpse of the stage. I was so disappointed with the outcome, especially since I had worked hard to save up for decent tickets.
I wish I could get a full refund so that I could have given my fiance something half as decent for her birthday. The experience was embarrassing and displeasing, and I wouldn't recommend Ticket Liquidator to anyone looking for a good concert experience. Despite the ease of ordering the tickets, I give Ticket Liquidator only 2 stars.

Ticket Liquidator Review: Scammed Out of $1700 for Concert Tickets
We've been using Ticket Liquidator for a few years now and have spent thousands of dollars on their site. However, our most recent purchase of $1700 for a concert turned out to be a complete scam. We arrived at the venue, excited to see our favorite band perform, but were stopped at the entrance. The reason? Our seats were already occupied and our tickets had already been scanned. We were devastated and confused. We immediately called customer service, but were put on hold for over 45 minutes. When we finally got through, we were told that there was nothing they could do to help us.
Just when we thought things couldn't get any worse, we received a call from a representative claiming to be at the venue. He said he would help us sort out the situation, but when we looked for him, he was nowhere to be found. We were left feeling frustrated and helpless. We vowed never to use Ticket Liquidator again.
To add insult to injury, we were later told that if we could provide proof that we did not enter the venue, we would receive a refund of 125%. However, the venue informed us that they do not provide customers with any proof of non-entry. We were left feeling like we had been scammed and cheated out of our hard-earned money.
We were not offered any compensation for the hassle and inconvenience we experienced. We were left feeling like we had been taken advantage of and that Ticket Liquidator did not care about our experience as customers. We strongly advise anyone looking for tickets to go elsewhere. Do not use Ticket Liquidator.
Disappointing Experience with Ticket Liquidator: Split Seats and Poor Quality
I recently purchased tickets from Ticket Liquidator for a concert and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I had purchased four tickets together in the emerald section, but was not informed that they would be split up. This was already disappointing, but it only got worse from there.
When we arrived at the venue, we were directed to the wheelchair section where our seats were located. However, the ushers were unable to locate our seats for about 45 minutes into the concert. To make matters worse, our seats were in two different wheelchair sections, which meant we had to go to the level where the suites were located to access them. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to walk on that level as we did not have tickets for a suite and were not handicapped. This resulted in us having to get a manager and a police guard to escort us to our folding metal chairs in each of our separate sections. This was a very embarrassing experience and we missed half of the concert while trying to sort out this mess.
Aside from the embarrassment, I was also disappointed with the quality of the seats. I paid over $1400 for what I thought was a great area, but ended up in the wheelchair section. The ticket sellers should have been more specific when selling such seats, as it was not what I had expected. Overall, my experience with Ticket Liquidator was not a positive one and I would caution others to be wary when purchasing tickets from them.
TicketLiquidator.com Review: A Middleman Mess, Protecting Scammers and Inflating Prices
I gotta tell ya, my experience with TicketLiquidator.com was a real doozy. My ol' lady thought she was doing me a solid by snagging some tickets for me and my boy to catch a ball game on Father's Day. But boy oh boy, were we in for a surprise when we got turned away at the gate like a couple of chumps. Turns out them tickets were resold on StubHub, making 'em totally invalid. And who's to blame for this mess? You guessed it - TicketLiquidator.
Now, let me tell ya, these guys are nothin' but a bunch of middlemen who don't do a lick of good for anyone except themselves. They don't provide any real service, they just protect scammy ticket sellers. And if you wanna try and get a refund, good luck with that. You gotta fax a letter from the ticket office on some fancy "venue letterhead" saying you were denied access. But let me tell ya, the ticket office ain't gonna do that for ya. They don't want nothin' to do with these third party middlemen either.
And if that ain't bad enough, TicketLiquidator refused to make a simple phone call to confirm that the tickets were sold and honored on StubHub. What kinda nonsense is that? They're just inflating ticket prices for their own benefit, and protectin' scammers through their bogus terms and conditions.
So let me give ya some advice - stay far, far away from TicketLiquidator. They're nothin' but trouble, and they ain't gonna do ya no favors.
Disappointing Experience with Ticket Liquidator for Ed Sheeran Concert Tickets
I recently bought tickets for the Ed Sheeran concert in Chicago on September 15, 2017, through Ticket Liquidator on March 17. I received an email receipt that stated my e-tickets would be available on September 8 and to keep an eye out for an email. However, on September 9, I still hadn't received any email, so I decided to contact both Ticket Liquidator and the seller. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response, so I finally decided to call Ticket Liquidator on September 12.
After waiting for 10 minutes on hold, I spoke to a really nice girl who explained that this kind of situation happens all the time, and not to worry. She also mentioned that a lot of people were in the same boat as me because of how Ed Sheeran sells his tickets. She instructed me to call back around 12 pm on the day of the concert if I still hadn't received my email.
On the day of the concert, I still hadn't received any email, so I called Ticket Liquidator again. This time, I was on hold for 5 or so minutes, but the gentleman who answered the phone told me to call back at 4:30 pm and decide what I was going to do if I didn't have my tickets. I called back at 4:30 pm, but this time I was on hold for 20 minutes. At this point, I also called the seller on another line.
When I finally spoke to a Ticket Liquidator representative, she told me that I was supposed to call at 5 pm, and she couldn't help me because I didn't listen. She then hung up on me. Thankfully, the seller was able to get us new tickets in the same row, just a section over.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Ticket Liquidator. The lack of communication and the unhelpful customer service made me feel frustrated and stressed. I would not recommend using Ticket Liquidator in the future.
Terrible Service and Mockery from Ticket Liquidator - A Warning to All Concertgoers
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ticket Liquidator. As someone who has purchased a lot of concert tickets in the past, I have never received such terrible service. I spent almost $1,200 on 14 tickets for a show that was five months away. I chose to have my tickets mailed to me because I do not have a printer, and I received an email confirmation that I would receive my tickets by July 12th. However, I did not receive my tickets until 45 minutes before my daughter's supposed-to-be surprise Sweet 16 birthday party. I had to call the call center 11 times over three days to get my tickets, and I was treated extremely rudely and even mocked by two of the employees.
This experience caused me a lot of stress and lost sleep, and my 16-year-old daughter cried for hours on what should have been the happiest day of her life. I am appalled by the lack of integrity shown by Ticket Liquidator, and I will be warning my friends, family, and the general public about their scandalous ways. As a local business owner myself, I could never imagine treating my customers in such a way.
To add insult to injury, one of the employees offered me a measly $15 refund, which I do not even want. It is just another slap in the face. I hope that Ticket Liquidator takes this review seriously and makes changes to their customer service practices so that no one else has to go through what I did.
Ticket Liquidator Review: Disappointing Service and Unreliable Delivery
I was trying to buy some tickets for an upcoming event and I had a question about when I would receive them. I didn't want to take any chances, so I decided to call Ticket Liquidator (TL) to get some advice. The person on the phone was really helpful and suggested that I have the tickets sent to a hotel in the city where the event was taking place. That way, I could pick them up when I arrived and not have to worry about them getting lost in the mail.
I thought this was a great idea, so I contacted the hotel and explained the situation. They were very accommodating and agreed to hold the tickets for me until I arrived. I was feeling pretty good about the whole thing, until I received an email from TL a few days later.
To my surprise, the email said that my tickets had already been shipped - two months earlier than expected! And to make matters worse, they had been sent to a hotel in a completely different city that I wasn't planning on visiting for another two months. I was really frustrated and confused, so I called TL again to try and sort things out.
The person I spoke to this time told me that I needed to contact the actual seller of the tickets, who was the real owner of the tickets. I didn't understand why I had to do this, since I had paid TL an "excellent service" fee and shipping costs to take care of everything for me. I didn't have any relationship with a third party seller or owner, so I felt like TL should be responsible for making sure I got my tickets.
Unfortunately, I still haven't received my tickets or any updates from TL. I'm starting to feel like I've been ripped off, so my next step is to contact my credit card company and see if I can get the payment reversed. It's really disappointing, because I was looking forward to this event and now I'm not even sure if I'll be able to go.
Ticket Liquidator Review: Shady Business and Frustration
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Ticket Liquidator. I thought I was getting a great deal on some Club Level tickets for a big event at the Pepsi Center. I mean, $52 per ticket seemed like a steal! But boy was I wrong.
First of all, they didn't send me the tickets until just two days before the event. That's cutting it pretty close if you ask me. And when I finally got them, I realized they weren't even tickets at all! They were just passes to some VIP area in the Pepsi Center. Now, don't get me wrong, the club level bar was nice and all, but that's not what I paid for.
To make matters worse, these passes didn't even include entry to the venue or the event! Can you believe that? I was so confused and frustrated. And to top it all off, Ticket Liquidator didn't make it clear at all that these were just passes, not actual tickets. I mean, come on, that's some shady business right there.
I had to scramble to buy last minute tickets at a premium price, which really put a damper on my plans. And when I contacted Ticket Liquidator about the issue, all they offered me was a measly 3% discount on the new tickets and a 15% discount on future orders. Like that's supposed to make up for the cost and inconvenience they caused me.
But hey, I guess it could have been worse. At least they gave me a voucher code for the value of the tickets/passes, which I can use within the next year. So I guess that's something.
Overall, I would strongly advise against using Ticket Liquidator. They clearly don't vet their sellers before listing, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reputable ticket seller.
I was charged for nothing. I want a refund!
Strange things happened. I was scrolling down the pages thinking about where to go but thought that I probably don't want to go anywhere and stay home. So I didn't buy anything, as you might understand. However, I got a new email and it was from TicketLiquidator. It was thanking me for the purchase. I was like Whaaaaat? I didn't buy anything, I didn't approve anything and didn't even click the submit button!
It's a serious mistake because I was charged and I want my money back as soon as possible!
TicketLiquidator service
I just want to warn others about TicketLiquidator because this site can't be trusted. I can't believe that there are actual people who had a positive experience with these guys.
I contacted TicketLiquidator because I wanted to cancel my ticket, and they did not let me do that. I wasn't able to do that myself without their help, but their rep was rude and said that cancellation was not possible.
I can't believe they had such a ridiculous policy! Many things can happen in life and we can predict what will happen in the future. In my case, a dear family member passed away and there was no way I could go to a concert when something like that happened! I don't recommend dealing with such a company! I explained my situation and all they said was sorry no cancellations and refunds. Heartless thieves!
Where is customer support? I need to cancel my ticket!
I am very disappointed with TicketLiquidator, they are terrible and the worst part is that I can't reach anyone from customer service. I bought a ticket to a concert from TicketLiquidator website and due to some personal reasons I will not be able to go to the concert. For over two weeks now I've been trying to reach someone from TicketLiquidator because I need to cancel my ticket as soon as possible but they did not reply. I sent numerous email and called but there was no response. I really hope that's just an accident and I hope to hear from them soon. As for now I would not recommend this company, customer service does not exist and I can't get any help with my problem.
Purchasing theater tickets
On 10/24 I purchased two tickets to The Carol King Musical. I received my confirmation via email, confirmation number, notification my card was processed, received order summary, given the rows and section and stating my ticketswill arrive through e-ticket instant download and given tracker numbers pin numbers ect. Then i get a text saying to call Sandy at [protected] saying if i dont call him my tickets will be cancelled. I called him he told me they sold my tickets to someone else. They resold the tickets i paid for. I want the tickets replaced for tomorrow nights show which is the last night it is playing. i want an apology letter and i am hopeful legal authorities can do something to prevent them from engaging in further illegal practices. I ordered this via phone confirmation number order [protected] Section Zone E
Rip off
I purchased tickets from ticket liquidators. The person on the phone said they were 87.00... When I got the tickets in the mail. They were marked $50.00. The total they charged for each ticket came to $106.50 each. They stole 56.50 from us. Don't give them any business... They are thieves.
Hello! I am an employee of TL responding to the customer above. It seems there has been some confusion as to the nature of our website.
Briefly, we at TL (rather like EBay) are a nationwide network through which registered companies and trusted individuals resell tickets to events. This means that we don’t own, price, or ship the tickets you see listed for sale on our website. It’s also true that the tickets listed on our exchange are being resold (and thus re-priced) by their respective sellers, usually above face value -- sometimes below. The resultant mark-up is what keeps popular event tickets on the market longer than they’d normally be available for purchase and also allows consumers to access tickets that wouldn't normally be offered for sale to the public. (Many event promoters withhold large numbers of tickets from public sale and instead distribute those tickets (or sell them) to special groups or entities -- like industry insiders, fan clubs, business partners, and so forth. Ticket sellers usually have connections or access to such special tickets and therefore, by selling them online, expand the range of buying possibilities for consumers, rather than restricting those by accessing tickets from, say, the venue directly.)
Having said that, the actual nature of the mark-up in ticket prices can change drastically and isn't at all uniform -- the mark-up varies from seller to seller and event to event. It's therefore ultimately up to the consumer to research prices (always check the venue) and then examine the various possibilities offered by sellers for the best deal possible. Some sellers are season ticket holders who access tickets for cheap prices and can thus simultaneously sell tickets below face value and make money (!). Other sellers simply have a hard time selling tickets for less popular events and thus offer tickets for sale in the resale market for very low prices. There are numerous positive results from ticket resale, but certainly, yes, there is often a mark-up involved (we mention this above every event listing and throughout our site) and customers should be aware of that.
As a rule, therefore, customers should check the venue of their event for tickets first and then subsequently examine secondary ticket sources -- where, we trust, you'll find the cheapest prices on TL. We're nevertheless sorry for the customer's confusion and hope that, in the future, should we able to help with tickets, we will be able to do so without any subsequent misunderstandings.
Additionally, too, the customer above is free to message us on ComplaintsBoard if they ever do want tickets again and we'll be happy to help with a discount.
Rip off
I received my Peter Frampton tickets, concert in St. Augustine, Florida for Oct. 7th, 2011, and was SHOCKED to see that each ticket price (on the actual ticket) was really $79.00, but that Ticket Liquidator charged nearly THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for four tickets (that included a $430.68 scam fee for processing)! This smells of ticket scalping. I will be contacting the Attorney General for the State of Florida to investigate the legal propriety of this transaction.
800% MARK UP !
Hello Ola! Thank you for your comment. We are aware of your issue and are sorry about the problems with your purchases. You placed two orders through our website and the problem is that you were not aware that the orders you placed were both for club passes and not for event tickets. Club passes allow you access to a special club at the venue (where you can buy food and drinks and whatnot) but they don't grant you access to the event itself. A club pass would be an amenity that you would buy in addition to a ticket so as to enhance your event experience.
In your case, you purchased twice from a listing advertised as the following:
Event: Washington Capitals vs. New Jersey Devils Mar 2 2012 7:00PM
Venue: Verizon Center - DC in Washington, DC, United States of America
Section: ACELA CLUB Row: PASS
Seller's Note: Does not include admission to event.
Specifically, if you look at the listing concerned, you will notice that the ticket seller (the company who owned, priced, and shipped the pass) advertised the pass literally as being a club pass for the Acela Club. They also noted explicitly that the pass "does not include admission to the event." I'm therefore unsure as to why you believed the club pass was not advertised openly as being a club pass or why you thought the pass granted you admission to the venue when it explicitly stated otherwise. A representative of ours would have communicated that same information to you if you had been examining the club passes at the time of your phone call to us.
On another note, our representative would not have encouraged you to make an order online by yourself, since there's no inherent reason to do so. Representatives usually recommend people place orders through them in order to ensure that there are no confusions with the order. We also track the sales success of our representatives (as does every retail company) so a representative would have an incentive to help you with the order and not refer you elsewhere.
Additionally, I'm afraid we are not able to expect your ticket seller to refund you for your purchase, because they did nothing wrong - they supplied the passes you ordered. We are aren't to cancel someone else's order unilaterally and force them to give you the money back (which they fairly earned). No one would feel comfortable reselling anything through us (would you?) if we could randomly take money out of your account for something you didn't do wrong.
Please also note that event tickets and their subsequent amenities (like club passes, parking passes, etc.) are time-sensitive items with strict limits on their value. It is risky for a seller to have to take back tickets or passes because they may not be able to resell them or may have to resell them for less money than you paid.
Once again, though, we're very sorry for the trouble and we can understand your disappointment - but we ultimately think it's misplaced. We have tried to accommodate you by offering you a discount on a new order and you could have always tried to resell the unwanted pass, too, and make your money back that way.

Hello Jackie! We're sorry to hear about the problems and confusions concerning your ticket purchase.
To begin with, it seems that you did not realize you were purchasing tickets through a secondary market ticket website when you ordered through us. This is to say that the tickets on our website are owned and priced by independent sellers who are not associated with venues or event performers. These sellers typically price tickets independent of face value (which is to say that tickets are priced above or below their face value). The actual mark-up on tickets varies from event to event and seller to seller and is something that is not determined at all by TL. (We make money off the service fees of ticket orders, but the actual ticket mark-up is made by the seller listing the tickets.) Some tickets are even priced at or below face value (some 40%, according to Forrester Research), so there are good deals to be had.
That being said, the basic reason for the mark-up in ticket prices is to cover the numerous expenses incurred by sellers to obtain hard-to-get tickets and also to keep tickets on the market longer than they'd normally be available. The internet has made it so easy to access tickets that it's harder and harder for consumers to do so directly. It's additionally true that event promoters often withhold large numbers of tickets from public sale in order to sell or distribute those tickets to connected groups -- industry insiders, business partners, fan clubs, and the like. The secondary ticket market is therefore often the only place where customers can access tickets that were never meant to be available to the consumer public.
Having said that, it's also worth pointing out that we try very proactively to inform customers about our status as a secondary ticket exchange and about above-face-value ticket pricing. We explain the face value issue in our Feedback Page, on our Glossary Page, in our FAQ, in our Terms and Policies (highlighted at the top), and above every event listing (all 64, 000+ of them) in the "Lowdown" area at the top of the page. We hope that consumers will use the information available on our site to be informed and confident in their purchase and get the best deal possible -- even if it's not through TL. Our main goal is to give customers the freedom to buy what they want to buy and to give sellers the freedom to sell what they want to sell. We leave buying choices up to consumers and we're sorry, in your case, that you were unhappy with the mark-up for your tickets.
We can also assure you that we make sure every seller who resells tickets through us does so in accordance with any and all relevant laws. All such sellers are vetted beforehand as part of our effort to ensure the best possible service for ticket-buying customers. Please also know that the discount we extended to you will always be available and, hopefully, will help cut down on any future mark-up.
Fraudulent web sites
Ticket Liquidator uses a network of fraudulent online ads through which they sell tickets.
The text on their many ads claims they are the official online source for the venue whose tickets they are advertising. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They can hide behind these stories about how they simple host the network the tickets are sold on but the fact is, they manage the Google account used to publish the fraudulent ads. They create the fraudulent ads.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hello TicketPolice! Thank you very much for your feedback. We're very sorry for your unhappiness in regards to our website and our ticketing advertisements. We at TL are indeed a nationwide network through which independent sellers (trusted businesses and individuals) resell tickets to events. We at TL don't directly own, price, or ship tickets, but rather serve as a marketplace that connects buyers with sellers of tickets. We proactively try to keep selling fees low for the sellers who use our exchange in order to ensure that the ticket prices on our site are lower than on other resale sites. (Lower selling fees means that the sellers can afford to price their tickets less, because they're losing less money to TL...) We therefore do advertise and encourage consumers to check us out for low resale market prices for event tickets.
Having said that, I do want to emphasize that we at TL are not a primary ticket seller and that we are not associated or affiliated with any venue, team, performer, or box office. We also don't advertise ourselves to be the official source of event tickets, but rather mention throughout our website that we're a resale marketplace. This includes on our FAQ page, on our Glossary page, on our "How Our Business Works" page, on our Feedback page, and above every event listing (upper-right) in the "Lowdown" -- where the information is available across over 62, 400 event listings.
As a result, I'm very sorry for the confusion, but we at TL do advertise ourselves as a resale market, because we proactively want customers to be informed about their purchase experience.
If you have any other additional concerns, please feel free to email Maxine at maxine.davis@ticketliquidator.com and she'd be happy to help!
Stay away from these guys
Ok, so I have been waiting, as well as my wife, to see the strokes, for years. Too bad once we got to nyc we found out that they have pawned us bad, fake tickets. 100% guarantee? How about subtracting 100 percentage points. Filing a complaint with visa asap. DO NOT TRUST THIS "Company."
So 125 for each ticket, which turned out to be fake, then we had to buy, "obstructed view" tickets which were way lame.
Do yourself a favor and stick with ticketmaster or an actual reputable company.
Its a joke. Shipping fees and commission fees are insane . better off buying of a scalper on the street. Terrible customer service too. I had a very negative experience with these rip off artists.
Hello! I'm an employee of TicketLiquidator responding to Obirine's commentary. We're very sorry to hear about the problems associated with the customer's order.
To start with, we at TL are a nationwide network (like EBay) through which independent companies and individuals resell tickets to popular events. We don't directly own, price, or ship any tickets listed for sale on our website. Our purpose is to create a forum for sellers to sell tickets and for consumers to buy them. We also monitor ticket transactions to make sure that things go well for consumers.
In this case, it isn't 100% clear what happened with the customer's purchase, but we do enforce rules to ensure that tickets sold through our website are legitimate for event entry. We also have a rating system in place that restricts seller ability to resell tickets based on past order experience and efficiency. We'd be more than happy to investigate the customer's situation if he or she would be so kind as to email us his/her order ID number (7 digits) to customersupport@ticketliquidator.com.
Thank you!
Overcharging
Ticket liquidator adverised spring training baseball tickets at $47.00 each, plus $8.70 per ticket sevice fee and $15.00 shipping. Received tickets approximately 6 weeks later and face value of tickets was only $18.00 each. Purchased 4 tickets and was charged $237.80. for tickets total value of only $72.00. Asked for refund, asked to speak to supervisor, asked for address to return and was refused each request. Was told by represenative that they could charge whatever they wanted and I had no recourse, no refund, and would give no address to which i could return tickets. Was stold supervisors will not be available when I said I would wait on hold.
I certainly will not recommend that anyone use this service.

Hello Shadow! There is indeed a flat $15 charge for FedEx shipment of ticket packages (shipment takes 2 business days to arrive after an order is shipped). We require the sellers who use our service to utilize FedEx for ticket shipment purposes in order to ensure that tickets arrive safe and sound at their chosen destination. FedEx shipping is actually standard among most ticketing companies and is therefore not unusual (delivery charges on our ticketing sites are very similar). We prefer not to encourage sellers to use unsecured USPS shipping when they're handling items - often irreplaceable items - that could be worth hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars... for obvious reasons.
Please note that we at TL also don't make make money off of the delivery fee and so we are not inflating the delivery charge to make extra money off of you. We only make the service fee off of ticket orders.
'$1.65' 1st class mail.
$15.00 shipping for something they can ship for $165 with delivery confirmation, go f*** yourselves.
Hi WEIS1223! We're sorry you feel that way. Feel free to give us a try sometime and I think you'll find things go well. I see you still haven't used that discount we gave you -- it won't expire! :-)
[censor]
I am an employee from Ticket Liquidator responding to the commentary above. I understand the customer's anger, but I also have to say that it is unfounded. We at TL are a nationwide network through which licensed companies resell tickets to events. This means we don't actually own, price, nor ship the tickets you see listed for sale on our website. All that responsibility is in the hands of individual ticket sellers who list tickets on our exchange. Typically, these sellers resell their tickets for whatever they think people are willing to pay. As a result, the prices of tickets sold through our website are usually either above or below their face value. This fact is stated numerous times throughout our website and is something we openly advertise.
Having said that, the general purpose of above-face-value pricing is to keep event tickets on the market longer than they'd normally be available. Nowadays, tickets are accessible easily via the internet (by everyone!) and so events are often sold out (at least of the best seats) very quickly. Ticket Liquidator and other resale sites allow people to find tickets to very popular events up to the day of the event itself. As a result, you don't have to shop for tickets on the venue's schedule or even on Ticketmaster's.
So, overall, it seems like the customer above is upset because she purchased something and wasn't aware of what she was purchasing. I'm sorry for the confusion, but the confusion is not Ticket Liquidator's fault and we weren't obliged to cancel her order. In the future, I'd recommend the customer examine primary sources (eg: the venue) first before looking at the resale market. However, in many cases, the primary sources won't have good seats available and, if so, we at TL will always be there to help out.
Scam
This company would not cancel an order that was placed the SAME DAY and was NOT already shipped. I tried to get a refund and was told that refunds were NOT ALLOWED. After complaining further, I was told that they would accept a return if I paid a 12% re-stocking fee and also still paid the $13.51 service fee for EACH of the THREE TICKETS.
After finding tickets from the hosting venue's website for less than HALF the price the very next day, I tried to take advantage of this loaded return policy but was told that I could not.
I should mention that these circus tickets were $73 each (my wife made the purchase) and I found the same section seating for $33 the very next day.
Ticket Liquidator is a TERRIBLE business with TERRIBLE customer service. Do not purchase from this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hello! I'm responding to the poster immediately above...
The poster concerned experienced problems with his tickets due to some confusions at the venue and the issue was resolved in full. He received his 125% before his above post and this was subsequently confirmed with him.
I bought almost $800 worth of tickets. Got to the concert. Fake. How embarrassing. 5 hour drive to get there plus a hotel room. I think that becuase the value of thetickets went up after I bought them, Ticket Liquidator simply dicked me out of the seats and sold them to someone else. They promised a "125% refund" which they did not honor. Second promise broken.
Hello again! I'm responding to MLK178...
I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and that you didn't receive a resolution to your issue.
To begin with, we do routinely search for positive and negative complaints online, because we're interested in engaging and responding to customers as frequently as possible -- which I'd say is a benefit in company and not a drawback. Our internet reputation is actually excellent, since we have numerous review sites that rate us positively, both "official" sites and consumer sites. The sites where you will find negative information will almost always be sites (like ComplaintsBoard) that focus exclusively on negative reviews -- for obvious reasons, you won't find many good reviews of anyone on a site with "complaints" or "ripoff" in the title. We're nevertheless interested in responding anywhere to people's concerns and, yes, sometimes use the same explanations, if the same issue is involved, so that we can make sure to reach out to everyone without having to increase the service fee we charge for orders. :-)
Additionally, we certainly don't intend routinely to blame consumers for problems, because oftentimes the issue at hand is a misunderstanding and not one of actual wrongdoing. The customer above (as an example) was describing events and processes which we simply don't employ in our business -- so they were evidently not talking to TL about their order, but to their seller. I also explained the policies we have in place (all openly broadcast) to inform consumers about our business and to illustrate that we advertise information on our site more transparently and more publicly than any competitor. (We're the only ticket site that publishes negative customer reviews on our site.) We can publish as much information as we want, but we can't force people to read it -- there' s only so much any business can realistically do in order to convey information. That doesn't mean we want to blame anyone, per se, but we do want to point out that it isn't quite accurate to claim we don't inform customers about X, Y, Z, when we work hard (and lose sales vis-a-vis less open competitors) in being transparent.
In regards to your own issue, please feel free to message us personally via ComplaintsBoard and I'll be happy to give you the email address for one of our managers, so she can re-examine your issue.
In response to the 'employee from Ticket Liquidator'--is it your job to search for negative reviews and complaints for Ticket Liquidator and respond to them? I had a HORRIBLE experience with your customer service department today, emailed Ticket Liquidator about it, and was given more ridiculous excuses. So I googled the web (SEO can't reach everything--I found plenty of complaints and most of them regarding your poor customer service) and found many others like myself, along with the same 'explanations'--typically blaming the consumer--from a 'Ticket Liquidator employee.' Maybe instead of thinking of crafty responses for internet complaints, you should focus more on improving the customer service department in your company. I will never use Ticket Liquidator again and will continue to refer everyone I know to do the same.
I am an employee from TicketLiquidator responding to the commentary above.
To begin with, we're sorry that we couldn't cancel the customer's order, but the "all sales are final" theme is standard throughout the ticketing industry. It is adopted by every one of our competitors and even by primary ticket sources like theaters, stadiums, etc. This is because tickets are items that have a finite limit on their value (once the event passes, they're useless). As a result, you can't return them as you would an unused pair of shoes or an unworn jacket.
Added to that, it's also important to remember that TicketLiquidator is simply a network through which licensed companies resell tickets to events. In other words, we don't actually own, price, nor ship tickets, nor do we charge your card -- the sellers do. Thus, when you order through TicketLiquidator, you're actually ordering from them directly, not us. Consequently, we can't swoop in and cancel an order for a seller (just like how EBay can't cancel its sellers' orders).
On that note, I also doubt that we at TicketLiquidator offered the customer the "loaded' return policy referenced above (we have no such policy). Therefore, I'm guessing that the ticket seller was the one he spoke with and who offered the possibility of a cancellation. But, even then, since all sales are final -- a standard posted on our website and to which the customer agreed upon placing his/her order -- the seller is not required to cancel the transaction.
As for the face value issue, it's advertised throughout our website that the tickets sold through us may well be above face value due to the resale nature of the business. We at TicketLiquidator do not control ticket prices on our site and so we don’t know the face value of the tickets listed on it. We also fully support people investigating primary sources first (in fact, we openly say so!) and so we're sorry for the customer's disappointment. Ultimately, though, neither we nor our sellers have the ability to know all the ticket options available for the thousands of events we deal with and so it is up to the customer to shop around to find the best tickets at the best value at any given time.
And, actually, if you do shop around, and you don't find tickets available on the primary market, chances are you'll find the best deal for resold tickets on TicketLiquidator.
