Blaise was a pleasure to work with. When our circumstances changed and we were not able to utilize all our points, we were referred to Timeshare Rental Pros. We were offered a price per point to rent, agreed, and signed a contract the same day. We received a check a few days later. This company pays upfront with no cash required from us. They are transparent, efficient and fair. Solved a problem for us, and we will continue to use them as we need.

I have been allowing Blaise and Timeshare Rental Pros to rent our unused timeshares for the past year and a half. During that time I believe he offers us a fair price for out timeshare rentals. He is always responsive to me when I contact him and provides the information I need. After we agree he sends a contract which spells out each of our obligations and lists when the payments are to be made and they have always been timely according to the contract. I find him to be trustworthy and would recommend him to others.

For the past year, Time Share Rental Pros have used our timeshare points. We've been extremely happy with them. They've communicated throughout the time period, paid per our contract with us, and updated us with their our timeshare points usage. We have tried several rental agencies who have paid us much less than what we are paid for point-usage by TimeShareRentals and often been left very disappointed. This past year has been very hard for the vacationing for everyone, something all should remember even outside the rental programs.

we have used this vacation rental company for our excess rental points that would otherwise go unused for the past year. It has worked seamlessly for us and we have received our contracted payments on time and in full for each rental period. we have used other companies in the past but this one pays out more readily and fairly. their is no work on your end just discuss what you want to rent, get an electronic contract to sign digitally, provide access to your account and bank account for direct deposit and email it back. then sit back and relax.

Working with Blaise of Timeshare Rental Pros the past two years has been a godsend. Because of the Covid pandemic we were not able to travel and use our time share points. We rented them to TImeShareRentalPros and were able to use the funds to pay our maintenance fees and real estate taxes on our timeshare points even though we couldn't use the. Blaise and TimeShareRentalPros have been completely honest and above board in all our dealings. The contract is easy to read and understand. Their payments to us have always been on time or even a few days early. Dealing with Blaise has been very easy via texting. We have purchase about seven or eight times over the years and in years we will not be able to use all the points we will rent them to TimeShareRentalPros and use them towards our annual fees.

To say I'm happy with the service with Blaise with Timeshare Rental Pros would be an understatement. He was recommended to me last year when the pandemic hit and I had to cancel several rooms I utilized every year for the past 10 years at facilities where major car shows are put on. All shows were cancelled or postponed and our family/friends were cautious about traveling especially with the large number of the crowds these events have. We are so glad we were referred to Timeshare Rental Pros.com two years ago. We have used Blaise a number of times to rent our unused time share points. I feel he always offers a fair price, is very professional, has a very simple, easy to understand contract, which includes payment dates and amounts. He has always made payments on time. He has been a Godsend this year because we have not been able to travel because of Covid-19. Not only is he renting all of this year's points for us, but also all of those we got back from a cruise and land tour we could not take last fall.
