TireMart Mixed Experience with TireMart: Safety Concerns and Availability Issues

I recently made a purchase from TireMart and was excited to receive my new tires. However, three days after placing my order, I received a call from someone informing me that my order had been cancelled due to some issues. In the chat, I was told that the tires that were supposed to be shipped to me were deemed unsafe for mounting and driving. The representative even went as far as to say that there could have been an accident if they had sent me those tires. I was disappointed to hear this news, but I appreciated their honesty and concern for my safety.

Unfortunately, there were no other tires available in the specific size and type that I had ordered. I was told that there was an unexpected error with the tires that were supposed to be shipped. I was frustrated that I had lost a week waiting for my order, but I understood that safety comes first.

What bothered me the most was that the tires were still being advertised on their website even though they were not available. This made me question the authenticity of their advertisements and whether or not they were actually selling what they claimed to be selling.

Overall, my experience with TireMart was not the best. While I appreciated their concern for my safety, I was disappointed that I had lost time waiting for an order that was ultimately cancelled. I would caution others to be wary of their advertisements and to double-check the availability of their products before making a purchase.

TireMart Disappointing Experience with TireMart: High Prices, Wrong Size, and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased some tires from TireMart and I have to say, I was not impressed. The prices were way too high for my liking, but I needed new tires for an upcoming trip so I decided to give them a try. I used their website to determine the right size and ended up paying a whopping $400 for only two tires.

When the tires finally arrived, I was disappointed to find out that they were the wrong size. I've been trying to contact their customer service department all day, but I've been on hold for over an hour and still haven't been able to get through to anyone. It's the middle of the business day and there's no one available to help me with my return.

Honestly, this has been a huge waste of my time and money. I would have been better off going to a local mechanic and having them order the tires for me. Not only would I have saved money, but I also would have received better customer service.

For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better from TireMart. It's frustrating that I can't even attach photos of the wrong tires to my return request because the website isn't working properly. Overall, I would not recommend TireMart to anyone looking for affordable and reliable tires.

TireMart Disappointing Experience with TireMart: Lack of Communication and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with TireMart was pretty bad. I ordered some tires on August 2nd from my local spot, thinking they'd be here in a jiffy since I live only 15 miles away from the BestUsedTires location. But nope, turns out they're shipping all the way from California instead of Pennsylvania, and nobody bothered to give me a heads up about that. It's been days and I still haven't received my tires, and they haven't even shipped yet! I tried to cancel my order, but they told me I couldn't. When I asked if the tires had even shipped as of August 5th, they said no. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this kind of lack of communication and terrible customer service is just unacceptable. I won't be doing business with them anymore.

TireMart TireMart Review: Shady Business Practices and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with TireMart. I ordered a tire for my daughter's X5, which she drives on sub-zero temp highways at high speeds. I was really worried about safety, so when the tire arrived with a baseball size repair and caramelized tread, I knew I had to return it.

But here's the thing - TireMart REQUIRED me to get an authorized tire expert to confirm my concerns before they would even consider a return. That appointment and work missed would have cost more than the tire itself ($75). I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.

And to make matters worse, I've been trying to convince them to take the tire back for over a year now. They just won't budge. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

To top it all off, they lie about their reviews. They claim to have 4.8 stars, but when I tried to leave a review on their site, they wouldn't let me. That's just shady.

And if you don't believe me, just check out their "F" rating on BBB.org. Yeah, you read that right - "F"!

Honestly, I wouldn't waste your money with TireMart. There are plenty of other tire shops out there that actually care about their customers and don't try to pull shady stuff like this.

TireMart Mixed Experience with TireMart: Easy to Use Website, Smooth Checkout, but Inconvenient Tire Issue

TireMart is a website that is easy to use and navigate. I had no trouble finding the tires I needed and the checkout process was a breeze. I was pleased to find out that I could get my tires installed on the same day they were delivered. However, the next morning, I discovered that one of my tires was flat. This caused my wife to miss work that day, which was very frustrating.

After work, I decided to investigate the issue and found that the tire had a pinhole leak on the sidewall. I was disappointed that I had received a tire with a hole in it and had to pay for the installation of another tire. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a replacement tire of the same type. While I was happy with their offer, I was still disappointed that I had to pay for another installation when I should have only had to do it once if they had checked their own stuff before sending it out.

Overall, I would say that my experience with TireMart was mixed. While the website was easy to use and the checkout process was smooth, the issue with the tire was a major inconvenience. I appreciate that customer service was willing to help, but I wish that the issue had been caught before the tire was sent out. If you're considering using TireMart, I would recommend double-checking your tires before installation to avoid any potential issues.

TireMart Disappointing Experience with TireMart: Defective Tires and No Warranty Coverage

I recently bought some tires from TireMart and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I found these tires on eBay and they were advertised as "like new," but when I got them, they were actually defective. I mean, come on, I thought they were supposed to be tested for leaks, but that was a total lie.

So I took them to a tire shop to get them put on my car, and the very next day, I came out to find that one of the tires was completely flat. I had to change the spare and drive it back up to the shop. They told me that there was a huge hole under the tread, which they filled with some slime. I mean, what kind of tire has a hole in it right after you put it on your car?

But it gets worse. I drove to the gas station to get some gas, and when I looked down at the rear tire, I saw that there was a bulge in the sidewall. I mean, seriously? This was just a few days after I got them installed.

So I took them back to TireMart and asked what was going on. They told me that the tires weren't covered under warranty, which was a total bummer. I had to spend another $75 to order some new tires from a different company.

Overall, I was really unhappy with my experience with TireMart. I mean, I thought I was getting a good deal on some like-new tires, but it turned out to be a total disaster. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

TireMart TireMart Review: Easy Ordering, Quality Tire, and Repair Patches Available!

Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on my experience with TireMart. So, I gotta admit, I wasn't able to give a review on the quality of the tire until now. You see, I needed to purchase four new tires originally, and it took me a while to get around to using the one I got from TireMart. But now that I have, I can say that it's been holding up pretty well!

I did have a bit of trouble with a slow leak at first, but I think that was just in the repair area. I ended up using a tireflat sealer and it's been good as new for months now. And hey, if you're worried about getting a tire with a patch, don't be! These tires can totally have repair patches.

Now, I haven't actually used the tire I got from TireMart yet, but I can say that the ordering process online was super easy and quick. And when the tire arrived, it was the correct tread and everything. The only downside was that it had a previously patched hole, so I won't be using it until my current tires need to be replaced.

I actually ordered this tire after getting an unrepairable flat on my AWD SUV, so I'm really hoping it'll come in handy when I need it. I'll definitely try to remember to update my post once I've used it!

Overall, I'd give TireMart a solid four stars based on my experience with ordering and delivery. It was a pretty smooth process, and I'm happy with the tire I received. So if you're in the market for some new tires, I'd definitely recommend giving TireMart a try!

TireMart Disappointing Experience with TireMart's Customer Service and Delivery

I had a bit of a rough experience with TireMart, but I'll try to be fair in my review. So, I ordered some tires from their website and was supposed to get them on a Thursday. But, when I checked the tracking number, I saw that the delivery date had been changed to Friday. No big deal, I thought, just one day late.

But, Friday came and went, and still no tires. I waited a few more days, but still nothing. No one from TireMart bothered to contact me to let me know what was going on. So, I decided to call customer service to see if they could help me out.

Unfortunately, the person I spoke to didn't seem to know what had happened to my tires. By this point, I had already missed two appointments with the shop to get my tires replaced. I was pretty frustrated, to say the least.

The customer service rep suggested that I choose a different set of tires and they would ship them to me. However, they insisted that I had to pay the difference between the price of the original tires I ordered and the new ones I was getting. I didn't think that was fair, since it wasn't my fault that the original tires never arrived.

Long story short, it took two weeks and two payments before I finally got my tires. It was a pretty frustrating experience, and I don't think TireMart took responsibility for their own mistake. Their customer service could definitely use some improvement.

TireMart Mixed Experience with TireMart: Proper Tire Repair, but Lack of Information on Resulting Appearance

I recently had an experience with TireMart that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I had purchased a tire and took it to American Tire Co. to be installed. However, they refused to take responsibility for the driver's safety when installing the tire. This left me feeling uneasy and unsure about what to do next. In the end, I decided to play it safe and order a new tire from Amazon.

When I visited TireMart's website, I noticed that they had an explanation about how repairing a tire with a "patch/plug" is the only RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association) approved way to repair a tire. I wasn't sure what the result would look like until I received the tire. When it arrived, I noticed that there was indeed a patch in the tire. While I appreciate that they followed the proper guidelines for repairing the tire, I think it would be helpful if they could post photos of the selling tires showing how the result of the "patch/plug" method looks like. This would allow buyers to make an informed decision about whether or not they want to purchase the tire, rather than being confused after receiving it.

Despite my frustration with the situation, I have to say that their customer service representative, Melinda, was very nice and responsive to my emails. Even though there wasn't much she could do to help me in this particular situation, I appreciated her willingness to listen and respond to my concerns. Overall, while I think there are some areas where TireMart could improve, I appreciate their commitment to following industry guidelines and their friendly customer service.

TireMart Mixed Experience with TireMart: Good Tires, Bad Quality Control, and Average Customer Service

I recently bought three tires from TireMart and I must say, I was quite satisfied with the first two. However, the third tire had a hole in the sidewall and was completely unusable. I was quite disappointed when my mechanic informed me about the issue while mounting the tire. Thankfully, I had purchased an extended warranty at the time of mounting the tire on my wheel, which helped me to get the tire replaced.

Unfortunately, I was unable to send the bad tire back to TireMart as Discount Tire had already claimed it under the warranty I had just purchased. I explained my situation to the customer service team at TireMart, but they were not willing to refund me for the defective tire. I was quite frustrated as I had spent a total of $217 ($147 for the tire, $30 for mounting, and $40 for the extended warranty) and ended up with a tire that I could not even drive on.

Despite my disappointment, I must say that the customer service team at TireMart was quite helpful in extending my warranty. However, I do feel that they should have been more understanding of my situation and refunded me for the defective tire. I also feel that the tire should have been tested more thoroughly before being sold to me, as the bubbles jetting from the tire should have been a clear indication of the defect.

Overall, I would say that TireMart is a decent place to buy tires from, but they need to improve their quality control and customer service. I hope that they take my feedback into consideration and work towards providing a better experience for their customers in the future.
