Go-Parts Go-Parts Review: Mixed Experience with Shipping and Customer Service

I ordered a couple of parts from Go-Parts and was excited to receive them. The first one came in just a few days with all the shipping information I needed. However, the second one never arrived. I was a bit disappointed and called customer service twice over several days, but I was busy with other things and couldn't follow up as much as I wanted to.

After two weeks, the other part finally arrived. I had requested email notifications for the shipping of the second part twice, but it just showed up on my doorstep one day. I was relieved to finally have both parts, but the experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. I think I'll look for another place to purchase parts next time.

Overall, I think Go-Parts has some room for improvement in their customer service and shipping processes. While I appreciate the timely delivery of the first part, the lack of communication and delay in receiving the second part was a bit of a hassle. I hope they can work on these issues and provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

Go-Parts Go-Parts Review: Decent Selection and Prices, But Lacking in Customer Service

I had a bit of a problem with Go-Parts recently. I sent them a couple of e-mails, but they didn't respond to either of them. When I brought this up with them, they said that their replies may have gone to my spam or another folder. I checked all my folders, but I couldn't find their reply anywhere. I wish they would just admit that they didn't respond to my e-mails.

One thing that I found a bit frustrating about Go-Parts is that they don't have a telephone number for ordering parts. Instead, they have this funky online chat thing that I'm not really a fan of. I'd much rather just pick up the phone and talk to someone.

Overall, I think Go-Parts is an okay company. They have a decent selection of parts, and their prices are pretty reasonable. But I do wish they would be a bit more responsive to e-mails, and I really wish they had a phone number for ordering parts.

Go-Parts Disappointing Experience with Go-Parts: Delayed Delivery and Lack of Customer Service

I ordered a nail gun and nails from Go-Parts on Tuesday and paid for 2-day delivery. The nails arrived on Friday as expected, but unfortunately, the nail gun didn't arrive until Monday. This caused me some inconvenience as I had a job starting on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I had to rent a nail gun for the job, which cost me $180.

I left a message on Friday to inquire about the delay, but I didn't receive a response until Monday. When I finally received a call, I was informed that the nail gun would arrive on Monday. I was disappointed that there was no apology or explanation for the delay. Additionally, I was not offered a refund of the delivery charges or any compensation for the rental fee.

Overall, my experience with Go-Parts was not satisfactory. This was my first and last time using their services. I hope that they can improve their communication and customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.

Go-Parts Disappointing Experience with Go-Parts: Lack of Communication and False Information

I recently ordered a part from Go-Parts and was told that it would be shipped within 24-72 hours. However, it took several calls and emails to finally hear back from them. It was quite frustrating to have to chase them down for information. Eventually, they informed me that they couldn't get the part and would refund me.

I waited for two weeks, but there was no refund. I was starting to get worried and decided to contact them again. Finally, today I received an email from them saying that they had refunded me five weeks ago. I was surprised to hear this, as I had not received any notification of the refund.

To make matters worse, they gave me a phony refund code. I was not impressed with their lack of communication and the fact that they gave me false information.

After this experience, I decided to check their reputation on Google and found that they have many complaints. They are even on the BBB alert list. This is not a good sign and makes me hesitant to use their services again.

Overall, my experience with Go-Parts was not a positive one. Their lack of communication and false information left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend them to others.

Go-Parts Disappointing Experience with Go-Parts: Wrong Part Sent and No Response for Return

I ordered the right part from Go-Parts, but unfortunately they sent me the wrong one. I've been trying to get in touch with them to return the part, but I haven't been able to get a response. It's frustrating because the part cost me $150.00 and I can't use it. I've left several messages, but they haven't returned any of them. It's been almost three weeks now and I still haven't heard anything back. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important for a business to take responsibility for their mistakes and make things right. It's disappointing that Go-Parts hasn't been able to do that for me. I won't be ordering from them again in the future.

Go-Parts Disappointing Return Policy: My Experience with Go-Parts

I went to Go-Parts to find a part for my car. Their website says that they have "No Hassle returns," which sounded great to me. But when I tried to return the part I ordered, I found out that it wasn't so easy after all. They charged me a restocking fee and I had to pay for the return shipping. Plus, they wouldn't refund the original shipping cost. It felt like they were punishing me for not needing the part anymore.

I did order the right part, but I ended up not needing it to complete my repair. I don't think that makes me a bad customer, but apparently Go-Parts does. I was disappointed that they didn't make the return process easier for me. It made me feel like they didn't value me as a customer.

In the end, I decided to sell the part on eBay instead of dealing with Go-Parts again. I don't want to risk having to go through the hassle of returning something again. It's a shame, because I thought their website looked professional and they had a good selection of parts. But the return policy left a bad taste in my mouth.

We are sorry that you are not happy with our return policy, When an item is no longer needed, the return shipping cost and original shipping cost are not refundable as is standard with online shopping. We do not absorb those costs so that we can help keep prices lower for our customers.

Go-Parts Poor Customer Service and Communication from go-parts.com

I recently made a purchase from go-parts.com for a condenser cooling fan. After placing my order, I noticed that the site only displayed a message stating that my order was processing, but I did not receive any confirmation. I attempted to contact the company by phone, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone and was directed to voicemail. I left a message, but did not receive a response.

Feeling unsure about whether or not my order had been placed, I decided to order the part from another website. However, to my surprise, I received an email from go-parts.com stating that my order had been shipped. I attempted to contact the company once again, but unfortunately, I was still unable to reach anyone and did not receive a response to my request for a callback.

In an attempt to return the part, I filled out a return form and sent it in, but once again, I did not receive a response. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with go-parts.com and would not recommend this website to others.

Go-Parts Difficult Return Process and High Shipping Costs from Go-Parts

I messed up and ordered the wrong part from Go-Parts. I was pretty bummed out, but I knew I had to do something about it. I reached out to their customer service team and they told me I needed an RMA number to return the part. I was a little confused at first, but they explained it to me and sent me the RMA number via email.

The only catch was that I only had three days to return the part. That seemed like a pretty tight window to me, but I figured I could make it work. I had to make sure the RMA number was on the original box, which was a bit of a pain, but I managed to get it done.

Then I had to email them the routing number and only send it ground. I wasn't thrilled about that, but I figured it was better than nothing. Unfortunately, it ended up costing me $37.37 to ship the part back, which was almost as much as the part itself. That means I'm only going to get $18 back if everything goes smoothly.

Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole process. It doesn't feel very customer-friendly to me. I understand that they have policies in place to protect themselves, but it feels like they're making it difficult for me to get my money back. I'm going to try to jump through all their hoops and see if I can get my refund, but I'm not feeling very optimistic about it.

We are sorry if you are not happy with our return policy. We ask that you ship that back within three days to help ensure that we are able to refund your order as items that are beyond the 60-day return period are not eligible for refund. If it takes a couple of extra days to ship that return, you would not be denied it, but we have unfortunately had several that wished to wait month to return the item, so we have had to nudge people to return that item within a reasonable time frame. Have a wonderful day.

Go-Parts Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Go-Parts: Missing Part and No Response to Inquiry

I ordered two parts from Go-Parts, but unfortunately only one was delivered on time. I sent an email inquiry about the missing part, but I never received a response. Frustrated, I decided to call their customer service line twice, days apart. Finally, a live human answered and promised to call me back the same day with an update on the status of my order. However, I never received that call.

Since this is a business truck that needs to be operational on Indiana roads, I couldn't wait any longer for the missing headlight part. I had to order it from another supplier. I sent an email to Go-Parts asking them to cancel the headlight part of my order and to credit my card for that part.

I'm still waiting to see if they will issue the credit, but I'm not holding my breath. It's disappointing that Go-Parts didn't follow through on their promises and left me in a difficult situation. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Go-Parts Disappointing Experience with Go-Parts: Lack of Customer Service and Unfulfilled Order

I recently made a purchase from Go-Parts and unfortunately, my experience was not the best. I ordered two parts and was charged for both, including shipping fees. However, only one of the parts was shipped to me. At first, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe there was a mistake. But the problem is, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company to resolve the issue.

I have sent multiple emails to their customer service department, but have not received any response. When I tried calling their phone number, it always goes straight to voicemail and the message says that they are currently closed. I even tried their online chat feature, but the representative I spoke with did not seem interested in helping me. They simply told me that both parts were in the order, even though the email I received from them clearly stated that only one part was shipped.

While the prices at Go-Parts are good, the lack of customer service is not worth the hassle. I am now forced to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and find another provider to order my second part from. It's frustrating to have to go through all of this trouble when it could have been easily resolved if someone from Go-Parts had just responded to my inquiries.

Overall, I would not recommend Go-Parts based on my experience. It's a shame because they do have competitive prices, but the lack of customer service is a major issue. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive provider for your auto parts needs, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Go-Parts Nothing was in stock

Ordered some parts from Go-Parts and they said that my order was supposed to be shipped within 72 hours.
I did not received any shipping notifications so I decided to contact them to find out if everything was ok, but they did not reply and ignored me for over a week! When they finally replied they said that my order was not in stock so they had to cancel it. I asked if all 3 parts were not in stock and they said yes. What a joke.
They said that refund was processed and that was the last thing they ever said to me. Never received my money and up to this day I can't get in touch with anyone from Go-Parts.

Go-Parts Impossible to get money back, but the order was cancelled

People, stay away from the company www.go-parts.com. I ordered car parts from them, but these jerks cancelled my order after 3 days. They haven’t warned me and I have no idea why they did it. All communication stopped after that, so I couldn’t get any money from them. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

Go-Parts They didn't provide any precise info and still no delivery

I ordered parts from the company www.go-parts.com. I didn’t get the precise info about the order and delivery day. The rep told me that they would provide further info, but it was big lie. I sent them tons of emails and they only promised to provide the day and time, and blah-blah, but nothing was happening. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I ordered an item from the Go-Parts website that said it fits my vehicle (100% match found). When it came to my address, it was not the right part. Customer service was not helpful and they did not want to retrieve the item. Highly recommend not to shop with Go-Parts.
