This online store, Go-Parts, is not the best place to do business with. I ordered two parts from them last Tuesday, and I needed them urgently. However, it is now the next Tuesday, and the parts have not been shipped yet. I was very disappointed and frustrated with their service. I emailed them twice last week, but all I received was a survey to take, which was not helpful at all. I needed real assistance, not a survey.
Yesterday, I decided to call them to find out what was going on. I was told that when they took the parts I ordered off the shelf, they were broken, so they had to order new ones. I was surprised that they did not inform me about this earlier. I was left in the dark, wondering what was happening with my order. They promised to ship the parts expeditiously yesterday, but it hasn't been shipped at all. I am very disappointed with their service.

Buyer Beware: Go-Parts Rips Off Unsuspecting Customers with Shoddy Parts and Restocking Fees
So, I gotta say, I made a big ol' mistake when I ordered from Go-Parts. I didn't do my usual research, and boy did I pay for it. I ordered these Tow Hook Covers for my sister's fancy-schmancy 2013 BMW Convertible (328i), and let me tell ya, they were not the right size. Not only that, but they were some shoddy knock-offs from Asia. I mean, come on, I coulda got the same thing on AMAZON for like 12 bucks each! I didn't even bother opening the package, I knew right away they were no good. I double-checked my order to make sure I didn't mess up, and I didn't. So, I had to send them back, and guess what? I had to pay for the shipping! When they got the parts back, they only gave me a credit of $33.00! Can you believe it? They took out a 25% restocking fee, even though they were the ones who sent me the wrong parts in the first place! And on top of that, I had to pay for the return shipping, which was like 9 bucks. So, all in all, I paid 62 bucks for something that was totally useless, and only got 33 bucks back. That's a net loss of 29 bucks! And you know who made out like a bandit? Go-Parts! They made 20 bucks off of me, plus they get to resell those crappy parts to some other poor sap. It's a total scam, I tell ya. They're probably making a killing off of people like me who don't know any better. So, take my advice and don't buy from Go-Parts. There are plenty of other places out there that won't rip you off like these guys did.

Unfortunately the item you purchased is listed as fitting the sedan/coupe, not the convertible you own. As is standard with online purchases, when the incorrect item is purchased, the person who bought it is responsible for the return shipping cost. No restocking fee was charged on your order. The original shipping cost is non-refundable as we shipped what was ordered and are not able to absorb that loss for you. Ordered some parts from Go-Parts and they said that my order was supposed to be shipped within 72 hours.
I did not received any shipping notifications so I decided to contact them to find out if everything was ok, but they did not reply and ignored me for over a week! When they finally replied they said that my order was not in stock so they had to cancel it. I asked if all 3 parts were not in stock and they said yes. What a joke.
They said that refund was processed and that was the last thing they ever said to me. Never received my money and up to this day I can't get in touch with anyone from Go-Parts.
